Ok, this will be my player option entry, until I remove this line of text, its still a huge WIP, I know its probably super OP, and needs some balance work,
and I still need to add flavor text...but, heres my current progressOath of Putrefaction(Paladin Sacred Oath option)-
Oath Spells- You gain oath spells at the paladin levels listed.
3rd
Detect Poison and Disease
Ray of Sickness
5th
Protection from Poison
Ray of Enfeeblement
9th
Bestow Curse
Vampiric Touch
13th
Blight
Sickening Radiance
17th
Contagion
Enervation
Channel Divinity- When you take this oath at 3rd level, you gain the following two channel divinity options
Dizzying Plague- You can use your Channel Divinity to cause a disease that disorients those infected. As an action, you can present your holy symbol, and say a prayer of infection. Each creature within 15 feet of you that can see you must make a Constitution saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is poisoned for 1 minute, or until affected by any effect that cures a disease. While poisoned this way, the creature must make a Strength saving throw at the start of each of their turns. On a fail, they either fall prone, or drop what they’re holding, your choice.
Smite of Radiant Decay- As you deal damage to a creature with your Divine Smite feature, you can use your Channel DIvinity as a bonus action to cause the radiant energy to linger on. For the next minute, you can use your bonus action on subsequent turns to cause the target to take 2d6 radiant or necrotic damage, as the energy causes them to decay.
Aura of Decay- At 7th level, you have an aura of decay constantly harming enemies near you. When a hostile creature starts its turn within 10 feet of you, it takes 1d6 necrotic damage. At 18th level, the range increases to 30 feet.
Draining Divinity- At 15th level, the strength of the diseases and decay you cause increases, allowing it to drain the energy of the target. While a creature is under the effects of one of your Channel Divinity options, they suffer 1 level of exhaustion, which fades when the Channel Divinity effect ends.
Avatar of Decay- At 20th level, you gain the ability to become an embodiment of decay and sickness. As a bonus action, you can become an avatar of putrefaction, gaining the following benefits for 1 minute:
Once you use this feature, you can't use it again until you finish a long rest.
The Oath of Putrefaction is a vow to preserve life, through the destruction of life. Paladins who take this oath use diseases, decay, and radiant disintegration to destroy life that could cause harm to current or future generations. They tend to incorporate symbols of both life and death into their armor and clothing.
Tenets of Putrefaction
Survival of the fittest. Life can only move forwards if the weak get destroyed through the natural cycle of life. This cycle should never be interrupted.
Heal only the strong. Healing should only be used to heal those who would already recover. If they would die from the sickness they have, then they need to in order to properly continue life.
Be the life, by being death. If something seeks to interrupt the cycle of life, obliterate them through natural and holy death. Preserve life, by snuffing out that which seeks to destroy it.

I would never have thought of a paladin oath centered around disease, but it definitely works.
All stars fade. Some stars forever fall.

Thanks! I was trying to think of something no one else would and when I went through every class, this was my thought process
Artificer- it would be interesting, but i dont know the class very well yet.
Barb- I have ideas, but itd be way too easy
Bard- Interesting ideas, but I already have 3 bard subclasses....
Cleric- Maybe? But I really dont want to give [player at my table who only plays clerics] more reason to not play more variety
Druid- Spores exists
Fighter- Similar to barb
Monk- My 2nd place pick for what I could have made
Ranger- I really dont do much with ranger, not many at my table ever actually play one....
Rogue- 3rd place pick
Sorc. Warlock or Wiz.- I have no ideas, Im not very creative.....
Paladin- What if there was a subclass where the radiant energy they use causes disintegration and decay? Y'know what, why not, lets do it!

I think the only broken bit is the free channel divinity, especially since it’s free advantage on every turn essentially as soon as they fail the con save.
I can’t remember what’s supposed to go here.
Yeah.....Im trying to think of something to replace it, possibly just a way weaker version of it. We'll see what I can think of. Thanks for the feedback!

Okay I'm definitely competing in this!
Fun! I think I’ll be using it at some point.
This isn't actually a signature, just something I copy and paste onto the bottom of all my posts. Or is it? Yep, it is. Or is it..? I’m a hobbit, and the master cranial imploder of the "Oops, I Accidently Destroyed Someone's Brain" cult. Extended sig. I'm actually in Limbo, it says I'm in Mechanus because that's where I get my WiFi from. Please don't tell the modrons, they're still angry from the 'Spawning Stone' fiasco.
No connection to Dragonslayer8 other than knowing them in real life.
Great!

Oh I am absolutely doing this one... here's my Plague Doctor Artificer for the PC options.
Edit: I am curious on peoples opinion on the subclass. I haven't had much feedback on it since I've finished it, though I do plan to work on the subclass description text some more.

I don't have a lot of feedback for it. Personally, I think it's really great. It's going to blow my spore blight spell right out of the park lol...

Give your spell some more credit man, looks like a solid choice to me. I'm just happy that after 3+ month's on working on it, I finally got this subclass's mechanics in working order (I do have to give quite a bit of credit to sposta for helping me out with it) and my DM's approval for use in a future campaign I'll be playing in.

Will be working on
Magic Item: The Aeonblades Skyskimmer and Halo (Aeonblades are similar to the 9 swords of grewhawk with additional powers in my homebrew WIP world, Kavaœr)
Subclass: Order of the Stonerazer, Bloodhunter Subclass
Might do something villain themed for The Gritty City, not sure.

Using These Subclasses
Unlike regular subclasses, the options presented here are designed to be compatible with multiple classes. The classes that are compatible with each subclass option are specified in each subclass’s entry.
Choosing the Subclass
When you choose a subclass for your character (a bard’s Bardic College, a wizard’s Arcane Tradition, and so on), you can instead choose one of these subclass options, so long as the subclass is compatible with your character’s class. You can choose the subclass only once, even if you multiclass into another class that is also compatible with the subclass.
How the subclass manifests in your character’s story is up to you. Perhaps your sorcerer’s innate blight has granted them the power over rot and mire, or your druid has become empowered by the unearthly nature of fungi. Maybe your ranger dwells in some fey swamp, or maybe your warlock’s patron is a primordial being of the swamp.
At Higher Levels
Like regular subclasses, the subclass you choose here grants your character new abilities at higher levels. When your character would normally gain a new subclass feature (as noted in your character’s class table), you gain a feature from this subclass instead. All the subclass features detailed here have a level prerequisite, as noted beneath their name, and you must meet the prerequisite to gain the feature. For example, to gain a feature noted as “Level 6+,” your character must be 6th level or higher in the class for which the subclass was chosen. So if you’re a warlock with this subclass, you must be a 6th-level warlock to gain the Mire's Ward feature.
When you reach certain levels, you might be eligible to choose from among multiple features in the subclass. When you reach such a point, you select one of these features for your character to gain. Unless otherwise specified, you can gain no more than one subclass feature at a time. For instance, as a Sorcerer at 14th level, you might be able to gain the Mercy of the Mire feature or the Spore Aura feature, but not both.
Special Note
Due to differences in the number of subclass features each class can select (druid, ranger, sorcerer, and warlock each have 3 levels at which they can gain subclass features beyond the Spells of the Swamp and Blight Hex features, whereas the fighter has 4), when a druid, ranger, sorcerer, or warlock becomes eligible for either the Spore Aura or Mercy of the Mire feature, they may choose to gain both. A fighter instead must gain the feature not chosen at 18th level to compensate.
Multiclass: Revenant Mire
Druid, fighter, ranger, sorcerer, and warlock subclass
Spells of the Swamp
Level 1+ Revenant Mire feature
You learn the cantrip acid splash, which counts as a class cantrip for you but doesn’t count against the number of cantrips you can know.
In addition, the following extra spells are added to your class spell list, if they weren’t there already. When you would gain a level in which you gain a spell slot of a level higher than you currently have and that would allow you to learn one of these spells, you may choose to learn one permanently and have it prepared, though it does not count against the spells you know or can prepare.
If you come to this subclass from the fighter class, you can instead gain one first level spell slot when you gain this feature. The level of the spell slot increases by one whenever your proficiency bonus increases. For example, as a 3-level fighter, you gain a first level spell slot. When you reach 5 level, the slot becomes a second level spell slot. You regain expended spell slots you gained from this feature when you finish a short rest, and you can only cast the spells listed on the Revenant Mire Spells table with these spell slots.
As a fighter, your spell ability modifier is Strength, and your spell attack modifier and save DCs are calculated as follows:
Spell save DC = 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier
Spell attack modifier = your proficiency bonus + your Strength modifier
Revenant Mire Spells
Spell Level
Spells
1st
detect poison and disease, ray of sickness
2nd
barkskin, pass without trace
3rd
plant growth, speak with dead
4th
blight, giant insect
5th
contagion, tree stride
Blight Hex
Level 1+ Revenant Mire feature
You hex a creature, giving it a blight of the land. As a bonus action, you can choose one creature within 30 feet of you that you can see. The creature must succeed on a Wisdom saving throw against your class spell save DC (this is detailed in the Spells of the Swamp feature for fighters). On a failed save, the creature takes an additional 1d6 necrotic damage when it is hit by a weapon attack or cantrip by you, and it gains one type of blight of your choice.
The effects of the Blight Hex last on the creature for 1 hour, or until it dies or is targeted by a remove curse spell or similar magic. You can use this feature once per short or long rest.
Blight of the Dark. The target’s vision is dimmed, making it hard for them to see. For the duration, the creature counts bright light as dim light, and dim light as darkness for the purpose of sight and making attack rolls.
Blight of the Dawn. The target is wreathed in fiery light. The creature can’t benefit from being invisible, and it has disadvantage on Stealth checks for the duration.
Blight of the Stagnant. You slow the target’s mind, making it like a stagnant bog. The target gains disadvantage on Intelligence checks and saving throws made for the duration.
Blight of the Vines. Curling vines wrap around the target, restraining their limbs. Whenever they would make an attack roll against a creature for the duration and they are within 120 feet of you, you can choose to make them have disadvantage on the attack. Also, the target has disadvantage on Dexterity saving throws for the blight’s duration.
Blight of Tracking. You can cause the target to unsettle the land around them. For the duration, you know the rough direction to get to the target as long as they are on the same plane as you, and you also
Mire’s Ward
Level 6+ Revenant Mire feature
You are protected by the mire. When a target fails their saving throw against your Blight Hex, you may also grant yourself a magical ward of spores. You gain temporary hit points equal to twice your level.
In addition, while your Blight Hex is active, you can cause your spores to move you up to 5 feet in any direction. This movement doesn’t count against your total movement that turn, and opportunity attacks made against you because of this movement have disadvantage.
Curse of Blight
Level 10+ Revenant Mire feature
Your Blight Hex improves further. Its duration becomes 8 hours, instead of 1.
In addition, you gain more blights which you can choose from when you curse a creature with your Blight Hex.
Blight of Cold. You cause a layer of rime and dirt to cover the creature. The creature can’t take reactions, and is walking speed is reduced by 10 feet (to a minimum of 0 feet) for the duration. If the creature’s speed becomes 0 feet in this way and it has no flying, swimming or other speeds, the creature is paralyzed for the duration.
Blight of the Blood. You infect the creature’s blood with your spores. The creature is poisoned for the duration. Also, weapon and spell attacks you make against the creature ignore any resistances the creature may have for this time.
Blight of the Swamps. You cause the target to sink into the ground, as if it’s wading through deep mud. Its walking speed is reduced by half for the duration. For example, if it has a walking speed of 30 feet normally, its walking speed becomes 15 feet while the hex is active.
If the creature’s speed would become a number that is not divisible by 5 (eg. its walking speed goes from 25 to 12.5), round its walking speed up to the nearest multiple of 5 (12.5 feet becomes 15 feet).
Blight of the Wisps. You can cause the target to see mesmerizing ethereal lights. On each of its turns, it must make an Intelligence saving throw against your class spell save DC (this is detailed in the Spells of the Swamp feature for fighters). On a failed save, the target is stunned until the start of its next turn. The lights fade after the Blight Hex ends.
Spore Aura
Level 14+ Revenant Mire feature
You radiate with softly glowing spores. As a bonus action on each of your turns, you may choose one of the following effects to create with your spores.
Mercy of the Mire
Level 14+ Revenant Mire feature
The Mire allows you to show mercy on the dying. When a creature drops to 0 hit points within 120 feet of you, you can cause that creature to regain hit points equal to their Constitution modifier.
You can use this feature a number of times equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down) per short or long rest.
It's not great (it's based off the scrapped Revenant Mire sorcerous origin from my Mystic Experimentation Notes and the widely panned Strixhaven subclasses), but I've tried to make it fit well for every class on the list in a better fashion than the Strixhaven one did. I really hope it's good enough for this here not to be critically panned as well, and while I know it's a mess and I'm likely not going to do cross-class subclasses in this way very much, hopefully you can appreciate how wacky this subclass is!

I do think it's interesting that you're taking your own take on multiclass subclass idea. I know that WotC did scrap that concept but still think its an interesting idea.
