Alright, making Player Option category as well (spell), and totally being unable to differentiate decay from an actual nuke, this is what we're coming with.
My Homebrew Spells: Nichuro's Spellcasters Association
Here's my PC option.
Plague Walkers use sickness and disease to augment their martial abilities. They are skilled at spreading a plague and infecting specific targets.
Plauge Walker Magic
Starting at 3rd level, you learn an additional spell when you reach certain levels in this class, as shown in the plague walker Spells table. The spell counts as a ranger spell for you, but it doesn't count against the number of ranger spells you know
Plague Walker Spells
3rd
bane
5th
ray of enfeeblement
9th
bestow curse
13th
blight
17th
contagion
Infecting Strike
Starting at 3rd level, you gain the ability to instantly infect the wounds of your enemies. When you his a creature with a weapon attack, you may force the target to make a constitution saving throw against your ranger spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature is poisoned for a minute. At the start of each of the creature's turns, it may repeat the save, ending the condition on a success. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, regaining spent uses after you finish a short or long rest.
A creature poisoned in this way is reduced to 0 hit points, it becomes a plague zombie under your control. The creature is an ally to you and your companions. In combat, the creature shares your initiative count, but it takes its turn immediately after yours. It obeys your verbal commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the Dodge action and uses its move to avoid danger.
You can never have more plague zombies under your control than a number equal to twice your proficiency bonus.
plague zombie
medium undead
Armor Class 6 +PB (natural armor)
Hit Points 5 + five times your ranger level (the zombie has a number of hit dice [d10s] equal to your ranger level)
Speed 30 ft.
Damage Immunities poison
Condition Immunities poisoned
Senses darkvision 60 ft., passive Perception 8
Languages understands all languages you know, but can't speak anything.
Challenge —
Proficiency Bonus (PB) equals your bonus
Death Burst. When the zombie dies, it explodes in a burst of toxic gas. Each creature within 5 feet of it must make a constitution saving throw with DC equal to your ranger spell save DC, taking PB poison damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Undead Nature. The zombie doesn’t require air, food, drink, or sleep.
Actions
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +3 plus PB to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1+PB piercing damage, and the target must make a constitution saving throw against your ranger saving throw against your ranger spell save DC, taking 2(1d4) poison damage on a failed save, or half as mush on a successful one.
Disease Imunity
Beginning at level 7, your skill with diseases gives you some levels of resistance from them. You gain resistance to poison damage and have advantage on saving throws against being poisoned. Additionally, you gain immunity to disease.
Infectious Plauge
Starting at level 11, your your extensive power over diseases can allow your infections to spread. At the start of a creature infected by your infected strikes feature's turns, the creature takes 1d4 poison damage.
In addition, when a creature comes within 5 feet of a creature infected by your infecting strikes feature for the first time, or end they're turn there, they must make a constitution saving throw against your ranger spell save DC. On a failed save, the creature is effected by your infected strikes feature.
Infectious Explosion
When you reach level 15, creatures of your favored enemy type have a disadvantage on saving throws against your infectious plague and infecting strike features.
In addition, as an action, you can choose a point within 150 feet of yourself. Each creature in a 30 foot sphere centered on the point must make constitution a saving throw against your ranger spell save DC. On a failed save, a creature takes 4d8 poisoned damage and is effected by your infecting strikes feature. A creature takes half as much damage and is not effected by your infecting strikes feature. You can do this a number of times equal to your wisdom modifier, regaining use after a long rest.
Here's my DM option.
Dive. If the ray moves at least 40 feet down and then hits a target with a ram attack on the same turn, the target takes an extra 3 (1d6) bludgeoning damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 12 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.
Mystical Bond. the wizards who created sky rays have given them the ability to bond with a creature it trusts. it can only have this bond with one creature ant a time, but as an action, can switch at will. while bonded, the ray and the other creature can communicate telepathically and sense each other's location. also, the ray can only be ridden by creatures who are bonded to the ray, or by creatures who have permission from both the ray and the creature who has the bond.
Tail Blast. The ray fires a bolt of lightning from it's tail in a 60-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 10 (3d6) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
Ram. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6+4) bludgeoning damage
Description
Sky rays, which look like sting rays except they fly instead of swim, shoot lightning from their tails, are the size of a horse, and can be ridden on, were created by a powerful group of wizards, who were trying to make a mount for adventurers better than the horse. with the ability to fly, the higher combat power, and the mystical bond, allowing telepathic communication, sensing each other's location, and making mount theft almost impossible, they seem to have succeeded.
Here's my inspirational option! Hope you all enjoy it! I couldn't think of anything... Some of you may recognize this.
Variant Rule: Combat Exhaustion
As a variant rule, you may want to use combat exhaustion, to give your battle a sense of gritty realism and add a depth of strategy. You way want to only add this effect a few round into a fight or you may want to start it at the very beginning of the battle. When using this variant rule, scale down encounter difficulty by one level (medium to easy, hard to medium, ect)
At the start of each creature's turn in combat while using this variant rule, the creature must succeed a constitution saving throw, with DC equal to 5 + the round number. On a failed save, a creature suffers a level of combat exhaustion. Additionally, a creature can choose to suffer a level of combat exhaustion on their turn (in addition to making the saving throw). When they do this, they gain an advantage on all attack rolls made that turn.
Use the following table to determine the effects of combat exhaustion. A creature has the effects of it's current combat exhaustion level and each one below it. Every minute spent not in combat reduces a creature's combat exhaustion points by 1, to a minimum of 0.
1
-10 Speed reduction.
2
Disadvantage on ability checks.
3
Speed halved. (Replaces minus 10 speed reduction).
4
Must roll and subtract d4 from saving throws and attack rolls.
5
Cannot take reactions.
6
Cannot take bonus actions.
7
Disadvantage on saving throws and attack rolls.
8
All healing on creature is halved.
9
Speed Reduced to 0.
10+
Takes 1d6 necrotic damage at the start of each of it's turns for each level above 9. This damage cannot be reduced in any way.

Just wondering, Thauraeln... I'm guessing you're going to cobble together individual totals for entries to determine each category winner, but how will you determine the overall winner? Last time, I took the one with the most points overall, but I'm really excited and curious to see if you do it a different way?
Also, not egging to win, just really curious to see if you have a more precise method?

Well, whoever wins the most categories will win. Assuming that there's a tie, then whoever has the highest average percentage will win.
