I'm trying to create a feat that allows a person to cast spells as if they have spell slots as if they were a first level sorcerer, but I don't know how to add the counters so that all the options share between each other. is there any way to do this?
"... the counters so that all the options share between each other."
Are you referring to the sorcery points? If your objective is to create a feat that allows multiple spells or spell-like abilities to use the same pool of uses, then, in the SPELLS dropdown list, click ADD A SPELL. You can then select as many spells as you want, or a specific type of spell or spell list you wish the feature to grant access to. You can determine which spellcasting ability modifier the spells are cast with, the specific number of uses for this pool of spells, and various other details. You can do this a number of different times if you wish to simulate spell slots by level.
If you're wanting a "pool" of checkboxes to click on or off, that would be with a Limited Use Action, this is how Sorcerery Points are currently tracked. This would not interact with the spells themselves and your players will have to account for their use manually and the Limited Use Action would be on a different tab than your spells so it would be up to you and your players to pay attention to marking off their resources. If you want a different pool for another class of spells or level 2 spells, that would be a different Limited Use Action.
If you're wanting to limit the number of uses per spell, the method MrSkeltal_01 said works for adding spells with a number of uses defined by the spell, not shared among all the spells.
