I am working on getting some of the homebrew races for my campaign encoded, and I have been approaching their design to keep in line with the new overall setup in Monsters of the Multiverse. To this end, I am trying to find an easy way to have them be able to select their spellcasting modifier for their racially granted spells (as with Tieflings and Genasi for example). Is there a way to set this as an option that will affect all spells the racial features grant, or is the only option to grant each spell 3 times, once with each casting stat (one int, one wis, one cha)?
On a related note, is there an easy tutorial of how to default the ability score increases granted by race to have the variable +1/+1/+1 and +2/+1?
For the spellcasting ability you would need to create the racial trait that grants the spells, and attach three Options to it, one for each of the ability scores. Then you would add each spell to all three Options with the correct ability score selected that corresponds to the parent Option. So one Option would be named Intelligence, and have all the spells attached to it designated to use Int as the spellcasting ability. The next Option would be named Wisdom, etc. By creating the Options, from the player’s perspective in the character builder they would only have to select their desired spellcasting ability once instead of having to select it on a per-spell basis.
For the ASIs, you would again set those up as two Options, one named “(+1/+1/+1),” and the other named “(+2/+1)” and use the following modifier:
Modifier: Bonus→Subtype: Choose an Ability Score→Fixed Value: X
For the (+2/+1) Option, put the “Fixed Value: 2” modifier in first so they stay in the correct order.
I hope that helps. If you have any further questions, post either here or in that FAQ thread and I’ll help you out. (If you find that FAQ helpful, please vote in the poll and Like/Upvote the post so maybe others can find it more easily.)

If you need help, I fully explained Options in the following thread; (Subclasses & Races FAQ #1): (https://www.dndbeyond.com/forums/dungeons-dragons-discussion/homebrew-house-rules/131411-a-homebrewers-how-to-faq).
