Have a homebrew class with constitution and wisdom as its primary abilities, and dexterity as it's secondary ability. Wondering what resistances or immunities would best fit the class, and what the cap should be so it's balanced?
There usually aren't resistances/immunities that classes gain, except Paladin getting to be immune to disease and Monk eventually becoming immune to poison.
Do you perhaps mean saving throw proficiencies?

I think you need to think about more than the primary abilities and more about what the class represents thematically.
For example Monks and Paladins get immunity to disease, Paladins primary abilities are Stength and Charisma, Monks primary abilities are wisdom and dex. Both probably have con as their 3rd ability but I can not think of a class where con is not in the top three stats.
Monks themeatically have control over the the ki energy that flows around and wthin them and their is a logic that this means they can prevent disease having any effect.
Paladins are on a holy quest who protect the weak and hurt, so there is a logic that when helping the diseased thier oath protects them against it.
Barbarians get resistance to weapon attacks because it fits the theme of the clas not because they have strength and con as primary stats (otherwise fighters would have it
Class abilites to grant immunities and resistances are pretty rare, many classed do not get any, even if makes logical sense (the reasons I gave for paladins to get immunity to disease would also apply to clerics but thety don't get it).

There are actually quite a lot once you include subclass features (and a homebrew calls will have a subclass either seperate or embedded into the class features. hving said that with over 100 subclasses it doesn't sum up to that much and many are not on all the time (e.g. barbarian's only get resistance while raging). Many PCs (based on published material) will not gain any while others will get 2 or 3.
I think you need to think about more than the primary abilities and more about what the class represents thematically.
The theme is self-control and free-will, I already considered what would fit this to an extent: I thought immunity to possessions, transmutations, enchantments and raise undead would reflect this theme best.
