I'm currently trying to create the 3.5 version of the Warforged Juggernaut prestige class in 5e. Through my tinkering I have found that you can recreate some of the class with current action mechanics, Charger, Mobile, and Weapon Master Feat. This would also require a full set of spiked Adamantine Platemail.
The problem I'm facing is that not all of the abilities transfer over either by spell or magic item. Does anyone know if there is a conversion tool, template, or website that can help convert older editions to 5e?
Also, If someone has already done this please send me a link so I can see if I'm on the right track.

Do you dance with the devil in the pale moonlight?
I originally tried to do it with magic items and mechanics in game, but realized it worked better to homebrew it as a barbarian subclass. Not everything transfers over but I can get it pretty close.

There is not, as the fundamental design philosophy behind the systems is different.
Looking at the prestige class, I would probably make it a feat.
