Trying to homebrew an Ursine for one of my players and I wanted to have a couple of spells as a racial trait. He wants to play as a Barbarian as well.
(You can cast Druidcraft with this trait. At 3rd level, you gain the ability to cast Speak With Animals as a ritual. At 5th level you gain the ability to cast Barkskin as a ritual.)
Druidcraft is the only spell that ever shows up on the character sheet without any issues. I found the option "AVAILABLE AT CHARACTER LEVEL" for the other two spells, but for some reason, they refuse to show up. Any help would be appreciated!
Ahh yeah, that seems to have done the trick thank you very much. Just curious was it because it having them with spell slots and as a ritual conflict with itself?
The ritual checkbox, the spell level, and the level divisor were all conflicting with those spells. Neither spell has the ritual tag normally, neither spell is 3rd-level, and level divisor does something else. Basically you only use those when giving the player a choice to pick any spell that fit those criteria. You were designating specific spells so you didn’t need any of that.
The spell slots would have meant the spells would be uncastable unless the character happened to be a spellcaster.
Counts as Known as “yes” would have eaten up a known spell if they were a caster, and always prepared was irrelevant since races don’t prepare their spells.

How did you set those other spells up?

These are the only settings I changed.
all that is for "speak with animals." With barkskin everything is the same except at level 5.
Ahh. You filled out way too many fields and filled out most of them incorrectly.
