Character builder won’t count the racial ability score i added to the homebrew, in addition the character is somehow proficient in ALL skills for no apparent reason. 

What Modifiers did you use to apply the ASIs and any skill proficiencies?

Tried to define it as +2 dex and +1 con, and it gave options for adding these terms, but then it asks me to pick them again at character creation, and then ignores it entirely. 

for proficiency there is meant to be one in herbalist kit, and i added one. No idea why it gives proficiency in all skills. 

Did you start from a template?

For the ASIs, use the following:

• Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Dexterity Score->Fixed Value: 2
• Modifier: Bonus->Subtype: Constitution Score->Fixed Value: 1

For the proficiency add the following:

• Modifier: Proficiency->Subtype: Herbalism Kit

Then re-save your whole homebrewed race.
