I am new to creating my own homebrew content and was having trouble understanding how to achieve something using it.
I'm trying to create a custom homebrew race trait that causes an increased base AC of 11 + Dex and has normal armour AC be ineffective if equipped.
Is there a way to do this with trait modifiers so that I don't have to 'pretend' that a character has the armour equipped.
