This item is to replicate the effects of the Wizard Bladesinging Arcane Tradition subclass feature: Bladesong. Simply equip it when the class feature is activated and unequip it when it ends. Subclass feature details:
Starting at 2nd level, you can invoke a secret elven magic called the Bladesong, provided that you aren’t wearing medium or heavy armor or using a shield. It graces you with supernatural speed, agility, and focus.
You can use a bonus action to start the Bladesong, which lasts for 1 minute. It ends early if you are [condition]incapacitated[/condition], if you don medium or heavy armor or a shield, or if you use two hands to make an attack with a weapon. You can also dismiss the Bladesong at any time you choose (no action required).
While your Bladesong is active, you gain the following benefits:
* You gain a bonus to your AC equal to your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1).*
* Your walking speed increases by 10 feet.
* You have advantage on Dexterity ([skill]Acrobatics[/skill]) checks.
* You gain a bonus to any Constitution saving throw you make to maintain your concentration on a spell. The bonus equals your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1).
You can use this feature twice. You regain all expended uses of it when you finish a short or long rest.
Starting at 14th level, you add your Intelligence modifier (minimum of +1) to the damage of your melee weapon attacks while your Bladesong is active.
* If your INT modifier is 0 or less, add a 1 to Fixed Value for the Bonus - Armor Class modifier. But why would a Wizard have a 0 or less INT modifier?

I was trying to add bless, is making it throw an extra dice not a thing?
No, unfortunately we can't currently add a die to a To-Hit roll, just fixed values. At least it'll show the +1d4 in the saving throw box, but the roller can't make use of it.

Hmmm... I'm not sure how we would do that. It's possible to Customize the parts of the character sheet manually, but not to do so with an item. Also items aren't currently able to add Actions.

But using Wis instead of Str for checks and saves is the trickier part. You could customize Athletics manually on the character sheet to use Wis instead of Str, but I don't think an item can do that. They'd also need to adjust the Str saving throw; Monks get proficiency with Str saves but not Wis (until they reach 14th level), so it's not just a matter of rolling a Wis save instead of Str.
