I am working on an arcane tradition for Wizards. I have encountered a problem with the Level 6 feature. You should be able to Chose two of 4 spells that are added to your spellbook and be Always prepared. I have tried multiple Things:
Add the spells directly in the class feature.
Add them as class feature options
Add them in the feature-spell tab and as feature options.
With all Options i have toyed with the spell configuration menu (uses spell Slot, kown spells, Always prepared etc.)
The way to do it is to create 4 options as part of the subclass feature, each option granting one spell. You will want both “Consumes Spell Slot” and “Always Prepared” to both be “Yes.” Everything else besides the named spell should be left blank.
Then, as part of the feature that contains the options, under “Basic Information” you need to check off “Has Options” and set the “Class Levels Where Options Known” to read “6,6” so it grants two choices from those four options at 6th level.
Then re-save that subclass feature, and then re-save the entire subclass using the main “Save Changes” button under “Basic Information.”
After that, it can take up to 20 minutes for those changes to push through to the character sheet.
At that point, the player should be able to select their two options directly in the character builder and view their sheet and those two spells should now populate their prepared spell list.
Thanks for the help. i actually did it that way and it worked without me realizing. I checked only the character creator (where it does not add the spells) and not the digital character sheet (where it does ad them) It only annoys me a Little that i have to enter a description to the feature and cant leave it blank.
Also i think you can force to update the character creator by removing the class and re-adding it.

I believe that changing levels also forces it too.
As to the description, all it has to say is “At Xth level, you gain two of the following spells: A, B, C, D.” (or some such language), and then for the description for the options themselves, just copy/past the description from the spells. That’s how the official stuff is done anyway.
