Hello all! I created a new homebrew spell and would like some feedback on it! What level should it be? Is it balanced? How should I make it balanced? Do you like it? Have any ideas I should add to it? Thank you!
Grasp of Chaos
What level?
Casting time: 1 action
Range: Touch
Components: V S
Duration: Instantaneous
Classes: Cleric, Sorcerer, Warlock
You touch your hand to a creature’s head. Chaos and dissonance explodes through them, wreaking havoc. Roll on the Effects table to see the effect of the spell

The target must make an intelligence save against your spell save dc or take 2d10 Psychic damage on a failed save, or half that on a successful save.

The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save dc or be blinded until the end of their next turn.
3
The target must make a constitution saving throw or be deafened for 1 minute.
4
The target falls to the ground, prone.
5
The target must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc or take 1 level of exhaustion.
6
The target must make a constitution saving throw against your spell save dc or be poisoned until the end of their next turn.
7
The target must make a wisdom saving throw against your spell save dc or become frightened for one minute. They can repeat the saving throw on the end of their turns.

The target must make an intelligence saving throw against your spell save dc or be invisible until the end of their next turn. They can’t choose to fail the saving throw.

Nothing seems to happen. If the target dies within ten minutes, the target explodes, everyone within 10 feet of the creature must make a dexterity saving throw or take 2d10 piercing damage. The DC is the original casters spell save dc.

Roll twice more on this table, ignoring results of 10.
At Higher Levels: For every two levels above Grasp of Chaos's level, roll an additional time on the effects table. (I'm being vague since I don't know what level it should be.)
I would go with 3rd as well, the effects are a bit too strong for 2nd level but far too weak to be fourth level.
