Ayen runs forward, getting right behind the commander. He increases in size, suddenly looking almost like a regular Elf. Finally, he's no longer so small.
(btw: how long does the temp hp from that silvery stuff last? indefinitely, or is it gone by now?:P)
((Not temp HP (so they could stack), but Grandpa and Ayen both have 16 HP shimmering shield if they haven't taken damage since then.))
Grandpa mounts up and charges forward, blasting the lead giant. It gapes dumbly, looking between him and the obviously more dangerous red dragonborn beside the tiny gnome.
Ayen hurries up with Storm, growing a bit as he does. Meta dashes forward to be able to get into the fray when it comes.

Storm continues forward, casting a spell now... Three swirling versions of himself spring into existance around him, making it hard to tell which is him and which is not.
Bolt realises her mistake too late and sees that her held attack won't reach the giants. So she lets the chaos bolt fly into the house just south of the red dragonborn image in the hope, the smoke and dust will hinder the attacks of the giants on her mates. Maybe some of the rubble will even fall onto the street and slow their approach.
Then she advances closer to her life long enemies, running to close the gap ((dashing 60 ft in a straight line on the map)).
((I could have rolled a d4 for BLESSED when trying to identify the type of giant, but forgot. If you'll allow, I'll roll it now 1 - taking my total History roll to 15 if that changes anything))

Bolt's bolt fires over her companions heads and blasts into the roof of the house, but other than singeing some of the shingles, doesn't appreciably weaken the building. She dashes forward, coming up behind the larger illusory dragonborn.
One of the giants approaches, bearing a massive club from an uprooted tree lumbers forward (pun intended), the street shaking beneath his feet, cobbles cracking. He rears back and swings his club at the red dragonborn, bellowing a rumbling challenge.
Club Attack: 10 Damage: 20 Club Attack: 21 Damage: 17
The other two trailing giants emerge from the haze, hurling a pair of rocks at the red dragonborn.
Rock Attack: 21 Damage: 32 Rock Attack: 22 Damage: 13
Randy scrambles through back alleys, trying to get into position to hit them from the side.
((Normally interaction with the illusion is enough to know its an illusion, but these guys are real dumb, so I'm going to have them make an advantage INT check vs Patter's spell DC, and if they don't beat it, will be convinced that they must have mis-seen things, that dragonborn is clearly the threat on the board.))
The first giant swipes at it with his club, the tree passing through it with no effect. He opens his mouth and drools as he ponders the lack of impact.
Grey skinned Giant INT: 13
The two throwing chunks of building send them hurtling through the illusion, much to their confusion.
Pale Giant INT: 9 Sunburned Giant INT: 13
They seem to doubt their own attacks, and still seem to be focusing their dull gazes on the red dragonborn.
Bolt is right behind the red dragonborn, and the northernmost giant's rock comes hurtling through the illusion towards her.
Verne-panther moves to the centre of the main group of his squad mates. He resumes his normal blue form and twists his hands in a weaving pattern. A corporeal grizzly bear enters the battlefield and promptly sits and begins to clean itself. (Positioned 10-15ft directly below Bolt or as close to that to allow max coverage with 30ft radius)

Verne makes use of his swift panther feet to get up with the others, calling forth his spectral bear to give 8 temp HP to everyone except Randy and Patter, who are too far from the rest of the group.

Patter creeps 5 feet forward through the debris (assume difficult terrain), and hoping he's still hidden, aims his crossbow and fires at the lead giant.

Salkur lets black dash toward the left, around the red dragonborn to stand in the alley on that sight, so he is within 90ft of the two giants at the back. When he is there he casts a third level Tasha's Mind Whip on the two giant at the back. It unfortunately is a sorcerer spell so only DC13 Int save for 12 Psychic damage, half damage on a success, and it suffers the other consequences.
Bonus action command red to fly a bit closer (be in 30ft range) and to attack the giant that is close by:
Attack: 18 Damage: 4
After the attack he flies as far away as he still can with his remaining movement

The silent image is staying in one place, just reacting to the attacks, pretending to get hit like a good stunt double.

Bolt shifts her head to the side, the rock sailing past to slam into the remains of a cart behind her.
Patter scoots forward and looses a bolt that whistles past Bolt to sink into the giant. ((Nothing to trigger sneak, so just the bolt damage.))
He moves forward a bit more, but the rubble on the near side doesn't provide much in the way of good hiding places.
