Eve hears Ryhunis’s question and sees the finger bounce and spin, and, as it looks like it might stop on her, she tugs on a bit of fleece inside her coat and scratches a symbol in the air, with one finger, inside her glove, under her furs ((sleight of hand with advantage due to her thick furs (?): 11 )), and she silently casts minor illusion to make the finger look like it stops, pointing at Iris…
Aside from that she remains perfectly quiet and still.…
((OOC: everyone’s passive perception (except the professor’s) is good enough that they may have noticed Eve do something. Although no one (except the professor) is proficient in arcana, so they may not have understood what she did. Anyone with a spell casting ability (or any other reason to recognise it) may work out that a spell has been cast but may not recognise the exact spell, or what the effect was. I think it’s borderline whether anyone can piece it together and I’d let each of you decide yourself (no meta please!) whether you know what just happened or not!))
(Iris, Maudath, and Ryhunis would all notice Eve doing something with your passive perception. Iris and Ryhunis being familiar with magic you can both make Investigation DC14 check to see if you recognize it was an illusion spell. Maudath you are unsure what she did only that she did something and she was trying to not be seen doing it. If you feel you would want to know more of what she did you can make an Investigation check as well.)
((OOC: What I'm understanding based on what Andrew said, Iris would know that a spell was cast, and the investigation check is to figure out what specifically it was. According to the description of the spell, if you roll investigation high enough the illusion becomes faint to you. I'm assuming that's going to happen as I write out Iris's reaction, but if not let me know and I can change it.))
Iris huddles up against the wall adjacent to Maudath and Eve, tucking her knees close to her chest. She's about to suggest that they try and see if a fire will withstand the winds when Ryhunis spontaneously starts another round of spin-the-finger. The appendage slows to a halt facing Eve, but then the other tiefling makes a tiny hand motion and a translucent copy appears, shifting a few more inches before stopping as well. The pieces click together in her head - Eve is trying to avoid the question.
That's when it registers that the illusory finger is now pointed at her, and the others are probably expecting her to speak. She falters for a moment. "O-oh. I, um, well-"She stutters incoherently for a couple more seconds, then tries to style it off with a cough, raising a gloved fist to cover her mouth. "I mean, I've had to kill plenty of creatures while traveling in the wilderness. But they were trying to eat me, so there really wasn't much avoiding it."
Remembering that Ryhunis got rather frustrated last time when she had to spin the finger every time, Iris reaches out to spin it herself. She's careful to completely cover both the real and illusory finger for a second so Eve has a chance to drop the illusion if she wants.
The finger lands on... 1 Eve again ((lol sorry, the dice have it out for you))
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Eve does dismiss the illusion as Iris goes to spin it again, but she casts minor illusion again too, as the finger lands on her a second time! ((sleight of hand (advantage?): 5 )). This time the illusion points to the professor…
The Professor finally frees himself and looks around triumphantly.
"Any idea how long it'll take for this to blow over? Anything in here for a fire? I'll at least make sure this isn't going to collapse and bury us."
He gets out his tools and moves around the structure, having Maudath or Ryhunis lift him where needed, working on reinforcing the dilapidated shelter where he can.

With Eve’s back to the group, and talk moving on to campfires and the weather, she suddenly blurts out “THEY STARTED IT!!…”, as if she’s having an argument with someone not there.

"it´s ok you are safe here, you did well" she walks to Eve and tries to give her a hug, kinda she was hardly touching Eve, one thing she was sure, she could crush people very easily on purpose and by mistake, so she wanted to be as caurefull as she could "You survived and that´s all that matters, never be ashamed of your past, mainly if it envolves beeing as strong as you are" "Blind rage? "Well certainly, but fire consumes fuel, unless we want to start burning the house down around our ears, I'd need something else to burn.", the Professor adjusts his fire-flinger, and when he squeezes the button, it shoots a tongue of flame out a few inches. "Ah, harrumph... Eve, I'm sorry. You... you seemed off a month or so back, I figured you were still upset that I gave you hiccups for a week... ((Any of you that have been on runs with the Professor in which it became necessary to defend yourselves would have seen his fire-flinger in action, it's mostly a brass tube that lunches a small flaming projectile at the target, like a more controlled roman candle.))

Ryhunis taps the professor and does a sign for him to not talk, then poiting at sleeping Eve, then she crossed her arms and started shaking her head "I swear everyday i grow more and more dissapointment with the professor, first he wakes up late, almost blows up the house, wich i had cleaned it the day before, and now is talking not letting other´s sleep, shame on you professor, shameeee" she moved her mouth but didn´t actually any sound

They raised me that way too. Same with my brother and sister. But, well, when you're taller than your parents by the time you're three years old, and obviously adopted, you attract attention and it's usually not good attention."

As you inspect the structure what remains looks fairly sound, You feel pretty good it isn't going to collapse on you anytime soon.
There are a few pieces of broken rotted furniture you gather probably won't burn too well, anything of that nature was surely pilfered long ago.
