"AAAHHHHHHH!!" Arora yelps in pain as she goes down on one knee and desperately struggles to get herself away from the gargoyles.

Zhisshikassa snarls and raises both arms. The cobra-like hood shrouding his neck flares as he utters an arcane word of power, targeting each Gargoyle. These people were really incompetent. “GROVEL,” he commands, unsettling voice surprisingly loud.

Both Gargoyles must make a DC14 Wisdom saving throw or on their next turn they spend their action to fall prone rather than attack. 

For any melee user, attacks on Prone creatures are at advantage.

Seeing the ranger struggle, Doc took the opportunity created by Zhi to move towards her and place a glowing hand on her wounds, healing the worst of the damage.  Before helping her move away from the gargoyles, he noticed (insert party member) injuries and shot a tiny mote of healing light their way.  "C'mon, up you go."  Doc said to Arora as he helped her step back.
