Brin, you hand over six copper coins to the bartender as he brings the guards their drinks. The woman nods at you and smiles warmly. The trio cheer in a chorus as they hear your words of gratitude.
Brin and Gonly, the two of you move on to the next tavern. Unsurprisingly, it is set up exactly the same as the other two you went inside of. Also, similarly, there is a bartending dwarf behind the bar but this time there are no patrons.
Waylin nods, "I appreciate your assistance, I hope you enjoy your evening." He stands and nods to Fahana, walking towards the door. He smiled as the rush of liquor finally washed over him, giving a fleeting sense of euphoria. He glanced to Fahana, "Let us collect our compatriots and share with them what we learned." He pulled the door open, stepping into the inky night. Waylin glanced around, beginning to walk towards the next tavern within the line, the snow crunching underneath hid feet with each step.
Brin looks to Gonly and shrugs. "Do ye be thinking we need to be continuing our hunt then?" He asks as they reach the next tavern in the line. "Seems like that Torgga headed off to Targos, going by what them guards back there be thinking." He eyes the tavern then sighs as they move inside. "Suppose it no be hurting to see if anyone be knowing for sure though." He lets Gonly take the lead inside the tavern this time.
Gonly headed through the door with a thought on Brin's question. Once inside, he turned and said, "You're probably right, yet there's only one person here and there could indeed be someone who knows for certain. The others must be finished with there's by now as well, perhaps after this we should pool back to four for the final tavern, then leave from there." He finished inquisitively, but not really expecting an answer till after dealing with the bartender.
Approaching the bar, Gonly spoke evenly, "Good Evening."
He waited for a response, if there was none, or, if it was a similar greeting, he continued, "We've only come to ask a single question, and I'm willing to pay for an answer."
He then laid three silver coins on the table and said, "Do you know where I can find Torgga?"
While Fahana was right there with Waylin, somehow her mind was off thinking about the lake monster. Waylin calls to her to find the others, she shakes her head feeling a bit confused and regathers her thoughts. She looks back at Eleanor and the orange haired man "Oh, hey, have you all heard anything of the lake monster? I hear the thing is feeding on fisherman...."

Waylin continued forward, having not seen Fahana stop behind him. He glanced towards the sky, hoping to see a glint of the silvery moon dancing across the ebony sky. He pulled his cloak tight, almost instantly regretting having left the warmth and comfort of the inn. His thoughts drifted to the days following his initial flight, each day putting his home behind him. Waylin almost walked face first into the door of the Even Keel, having not paid much heed to his path. Waylin reached out last minute, his hand subconsciously catching the door.
Gonly, the dwarf returns your greeting but with the mention of Torrga, his eyes grow impossibly wide. "What do you want from my old... paramour?"
Fahana, this time the orc replies, to the surprise of the other two. First, a simple grunt, "Hngh." Then, finally, he speaks real words, "Woman. Half-elf. Told us about it. I think there's a deeper story." The orc grunts deeper this time.
Waylin, the only thing that greets you is the crawling darkness overpowering the twilit sky. Leaving behind Fahana you enter Even Keel and are greeted with a shove as two hooded figures push past you and leave the establishment without even acknowledging your presence.
Gonly was genuinely surprised, "Oh, huh, well-" He stuttered, a bit of a grin growing on his face from the irony. It disappeared into a cough he quickly covered, and choked out, "-Ach-wE're, looking for her Caravan."
He adjusted himself, "We keeping hearing there were, or are, merchants in this town but they're as elusive as the sunlight I'm afraid."
Gonly, the dwarf seems lost in thought and stares through you instead of at you. He shakes off his reverie after a few moments and finally looks at you directly. “Right. What were you looking for?”
"We be looking for Torrga." Brin says with a bit of a sigh. "Ye said ye knew them. We be needing to find them since they left town before we be able to see even what they had for sale."
Brin and Gonly, at the re-mentioning of Torrga, the dwarf seems put in a daze once more. However, this time he retains the question. “Right... My sweet Torrga. She was here a few days ago with her company. Couldn’t face her, can’t bear the shame of what I’ve lost.” The dwarf sighs before continuing. “Saw her little pet though, that shady little bastard called Sephek. His eyes... they unnerve the hells out of me.”

"That's what I was thinking too" she remarks almost excitedly "Any ideas as to what it actually is?"

Fahana, the orc shakes his head, his neck muscles straining as he does so. “No. But something important. Town hasn’t had problems before. Now with the winter. Problems. If you find it. Talk to it. Like you’re talking to me. Tribe from before. Gives me an idea.”
Bryn and Gonly, the dwarf nods and says, “East, to Targos. Big fishing town.”

Fahana raises an eyebrow "Talk to it, eh? OK, thanks!" She turns and realizes Waylin is gone "Did he really just up and leave me?" she asks with an attitude. She sighs and pulls her coat up close as she heads for the door and exits, making sure the door is properly closed to keep the warmth inside. She turns and looks around, now where the heck did he go she wonders as she starts trodding towards the Grumpy Moose. She gets to the door and promptly enters, making sure to close the door quickly. She quickly scans the room for any of her new companions.
Fahana, as you walk out of the tavern, you see two hooded figures walk out on the town center and you also see Waylin standing by the next tavern's entrance. You can presume that he was pushed out of the way by the two from the way he's standing.
Waylin takes a quick glance around, looking for the familiar faces of Gonly and Brin. Without seeing them he steps back out, glancing towards the cloaked figures and Fahana. He studies the pair for a moment, finding their abrupt and forceful exit strange. His heart begins to race as he heads towards them, trying to step softly across the frozen around. Waylin turns his head to Fahana, "Tell the others I'll be preoccupied with these two, something feels off about them." He tells her quietly as he passes by.

Gonly nodded and followed Brin. Once outside, he said, "We're halfway through. I'll pay the next bribe."
