Exirsa takes a step away from Graxx {AH-93} and then waves her staff about while raising it above her head. A localized dark cloud quickly forms in the sky above and delivers a hail of rock-hard ice vertically down into the are obscured by the insectoid's poisonous fog. Everyone inside is suddenly hit by pelting hail that they can't quite see coming.
(OOC: This counts as a spell, so the arcana reaction is available here too. Graxx is the only one who can see Exirsa's casting this, so this reaction is only available to him.)
-> DEX saving throw {DC 14} vs 3 bludgeoning damage and 14 cold damage. Succeed for half damage.
Since only a small portion of his frame is showing, most of the icy pebbles that hit Doozey are small in size. Knowing he is close to falling unconscious, Doozey reacts by magically absorbing some of the ice. Thokk manages to shield himself with the one arm that is heavily armored, while Neya makes use of her blindsight to expertly sidestep the larger chunks (Evasion).Peabody protects Bigar, while letting most falling icicles simply bounce of its slippery scales. (Doozey takes 9 bludgeoning and cold damage; Thokk takes 13 bludgeoning and cold damage; Peabody takes 13 bludgeoning and cold damage; Bigar takes 13 bludgeoning and cold damage.)
Dornal and Utar are too focused on the putrid cloud to react in time to avoid the falling chunks of ice. At least the dwarf is Raging. (Dornal takes 21 bludgeoning and cold damage; Utar takes 26 bludgeoning and cold damage.)
The two remaining villager heads, caught in the middle of the fog and localized hail storm, perish immediately. (Villager Head#2 takes 13 or26 bludgeoning and cold damage and is DEFEATED; Villager Head#7 takes 13 or26 bludgeoning and cold damage and is DEFEATED; no saves needed.)
As the ice-fall subsides just as quickly as it began, the ground underneath is covered in slush (difficult terrain.)
-> Here's another concentration check for Doozey's Favored Foe {DC 10}: 10 (10)
06. Insectoids (x2) - {AH-94} is concentrating on a spell;
05. Exirsa -
MAP:
NOTES: The red circle represents the poisonous cloud, but it is also considered difficult terrain. Please interpret the water-fountain in the map as the hags' cauldron. The gray stone squares where the statues used to be represent debris.
The putrid cloud entered the house within which Rag has been hiding but stopped just shy of his position. The sudden icy precipitation also seemed to just narrowly avoid him in the roofless home. He counts himself the luckier of the party's two halflings. Not wanting to walk into the yellow-green fog, and currently being unable to see any potential targets, Rag uses his experience as a burglar (Second-Story Work) to climb the far wall, parkour over and down the edge of the uncovered structure, and then dash north (Cunning Action) toward the other main thoroughfare of the village {AJ-87}.
Not wanting to run into the open, Rag then hides in the alley and bids his time.
(Neya and Graxx are up next. Neya is considered blind outside the range of her blindsight. Neya also has to roll a CON saving throw {DC 11} at the top of her turn or take 22 poison damage on a fail and half as much on a success.)
(@Lerus: Neya has Evasion, so I don't think she takes any damage from the Dex save spell)
Con save: 8
Noxious fumes filling her lungs, Neya coughs as she lifts off into the air until she clears poison. She takes out her bow and fires two arrows: one Exirsa, and the other at the insectoid next to her.
The temporary ability to fly gives Neya the chance to float above the noxious gas without having to deal with the sleet on the ground.That said, she cannot help but inhale some of the gas on her way up. Thankfully, her dragon mask is there to filter out some of the effect. (Neya takes 11 poison damage.)
Now hovering 25ft above ground level, the monk shoots two arrows, each at a different target. The one aimed at Exirsa hits her foot, drawing the first drops of her dark blue blood. She hisses in pain. (Exirsa takes 9 piercing damage.)
The arrow aimed at the insectoid next to Exirsa is easily deflected by the creature's weapon.
"Right. I have to take the offensive too. Here I go."
Bigar slowly walks in the direction his back was facing until he emerges from the cloud. He is coughing as he does so. (Bigar takes 9 poison damage.)
The greenling then disappears in a swirl of silvery smoke only to reappear on top of the roof of the house to the party's right. He then walks right to the edge of it {AN-99} and launches a mental attack on Lolmetta. The hag simply shrugs off the attempt.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Graxx shouts to inform his companions of his location and intimidate his foes. He picks his next target and swings away, opting for more measured attacks than the ones he usually performs. He slashes across the insectoid's carapace, opening nasty wounds in a flash of radiant light. (Insectoid#2 takes 32 magical slashing and radiant damage.)
Despite his natural resilience, Dornal can't help but gag a bit on the poisonous smoke. (Dornal takes 5 poison damage.)
The dwarf begins to walk in the direction he thinks the smoke came from, stepping hurriedly through the slush on the ground. Not wanting to deal with it more than he has too, Dornal performs a long jump out of the cloud, traveling 20ft in the air to land next to the village's large well {AJ-97}. Realizing he misjudged the direction a bit, he whispers to himself his disappointment with his airtime: "Hmm.. I can do better than this. I should run on all fours next time."
He then dashes (Using 1 Ki Point - Step of the Wind) and attacks the source of the stinky cloud {AH-95}.
-> [action]attack;Cudgel[action] vs Insectoid#1: Attack: 22Damage: 9 (12,8)
-> [action]attack;Punch[action] vs Insectoid#1: Attack: 28 Damage: 13 (23,9)
The initial attack is parried but Dornal still clocks the bug on the face. (Insectoid#1 takes 9 magical bludgeoning damage.)
The green fiend fighting Graxx does not raise his greataxe for another attack. Instead, he spews sludgy blackness from his mouth and lets it form a bubble around himself, his insectoid companion, and Graxx. The barbarian has faced this spell many times in the past, and knows this to be magical darkness.
-> Graxx is effectively blinded and his darkvision does not seem to help. He only sees a void in all directions.
(Utar is up next. He is considered blind and also has to roll a CON saving throw {DC 11} at the top of his turn or take 21 poison damage on a fail and half as much on a success.)

Utar's CON save: 24
Knowing that the buildings should be funneling him towards the crone's and their cauldron, Utar stumbles forward towards where he last saw Doozey, around AJ,92.
Coughing, he casts spiritual weapon, the familiar warhammer appearing on the other side of Elisande and taking a swing at the coven's newest member.
Bonus Action Attack: 10 Damage: 7
Doubling down, he then targets Elisande with sacred flame.
(OOC Elisande needs to pass a DC16 DEX save or take 11 radiant damage. Also, can Utar spends his reaction to give the warhammer +10 to hit? That would be his last channel divinity.)
(@MB: I'm seeing the following four rolls in your post above. Let me know if you see something different: 20, 12, 12, 6.)
Walking forward, Utar comes out of the stinky fog but at the cost of some painful coughs. (Utar takes 10 poison damage.)
Getting a clear view of Elisande now, the Tormite casts two quick spells which are both aimed at the girl. The cleric's signature spectral warhammer swings at its target as soon as it appears on the battlefield. Unfortunately, the swing proves to be a bit premature as the weapon passes through Elisande in its semi-formed state.Utar aids his own attack-by-proxy by invoking his War God's Blessing. (Elisande takes 12 force damage.)
The second spell happens to be accompanied by one last cough from the half-orc, which forces the casting just wide of its mark.
Thokk heard Graxx and wants to keep his word to the honorable warrior. Unfortunately, the stink-cloud and the sleet on the ground will delay his arrival. (Thokk takes 11 poison damage.)
For now, the gladiator follows his fellow half-orc out of the cloud {AJ-93} and, taking heed of Doozey's warning, launches his trident at Lolmetta:

(LAIR ACTION coming up.)
LAIR ACTION
Exirsa waves a hand toward Graxx, as if shooing him away:
-> Graxx's CON saving throw {DC 15}: 22 (22)
Graxx feels his hair blow back as if a gust of hind had suddenly picked up just around him. Nothing else happens.

Graxx looks as he now has the green fiend and the insectoid around him. He also realizes he is cut off from the group and needs to clear a path.
Graxx sets his eyes on the Insectoid.
"YOU DIE FIRST" screams Graxx both to reveal his position and instill fear in his foes.
Graxx will make two normal attacks against the Insectoid.

@Graxx/@Grx:
