Angus will once again slash at the flaming elemental with his longsword. He will try again to use a 1st level spell slot to make any of his strikes that connect a divine smite.
When you hit with a melee weapon attack, you can expend one spell slot to deal 2d8 extra radiant damage to the target
First longsword Attack: 14 Damage: 15magical slashing + 4radiantif hits.
Second longsword Attack: 21 Damage: 9magical slashing + 4radiantif hits.

<according to the daemon tracking post irl time, Tauzen has been "up" for two days. I'm moving on, but his actions csn still be applied to the preceding round.>
Both of Angus' attacks hit the elemental, causing it to roar in pain and anger.
Engaged, the elemental grabs Angus and flies over the water below. (He heads for the central tower of the east wall whether the check succeeds or fails, but on a failure Angus gets an AoO. On Success, he drags Angus with him, no fire damage is imparted to the PC, fly speed is halved.)

Humans (actually go before elementals):
The door at the top of the stairs flies open, banging the stone wall as 6 armed combatants rush into the room from the floor above. They surround Tauzen and Tabaqui to the east, blocking their escape by stair ir door. They bear the symbol if 4 swords arranged in the figure if a diamond and carry a rough look about them: unshaven, with missing teeth and broken noses across several of the half dozen faces you see. These mercenaries consist if both males and females, with human, elf, dwarf and half-irx represented in the room. The first three attack Calner with Los words, two others set upon Tauzen, likewise with swords akimbo. The final blade stands half way up the stairs, and takes aim at the monk with her crossbow.
Blade 1 x Calner 9 for 10 for 15 , 22 for 3 for 12
Blade 2 x Calner 12 for 9 for 17 , 8 for 4 for 18
Blade 3 x Calner 17 for 9 for 12 , 11 for 4 for 16
The air Elemental continues to attack Calner 22 for 10 bludgeoning and 16 lightning, DC13 Con or stunned for 1 round (@ end of elemental's turn next round).
The earth Elemental pursues Hamish, burrowing beneath the castle wall to emerge in the inside. He strikes the giant with his maul 21 for 13 , 23 for 14.
Hamish allows his axe to respond 17 for 23 and 22 for 20

Sorry, just to clarify the wall of numbers: I'm guessing the "for x for y" are two different damage types for the attack. (Type isn't mentioned, but I don't think it matters for me.) On the last line '23' is the attack (which hits), "for 6 for 15, 3" means 21 hp total damage and... not sure what the last '3' is supposed to be. More damage?
(Anything happening with the fire spreading throughout the room? Post #2151)
Eaglyth flaps her wings and screeches in a menacing tone when she watches Walks being targeted for an unexpected attack. Besides, the possibility of a massacre inside the keep disturbs her state of mind severely. She bends her neck downwards to see if Walks has something to say or do about it.

Angus' Athletics rolls to contest grapple: 8, 22, 19
(The damage from being on fire from searing smite is just 1d6 at the start of each round, I don't think it increases as rounds go by. Oh, I guess as I read it again, the ELemental gets a new CON Save at the beginning of each round)
Angus fails the third grapple contest, and is dragged out over the lake. (Angus' total weight of self plus gear is 336 lb. Does he get dropped, and if so, for how much damage?)

I was trying to clean up an issue with the dice roller. Looks like I pasted multiple instances of damage. Just use the second one if anything even hits. The first does not include the bonus from being within 5ft of an ally.
The damage type is standard to the weapon: slashing for longsword (B1-B5), piercing for the heavy crossbow fired by Blade 6.

Quote from rob88scps2>>Angus fails the third grapple contest, and is dragged out over the lake. (Angus' total weight of self plus gear is 336 lb. Does he get dropped, and if so, for how much damage?)

(ooc: how high is the ceiling in the room Calner is in?)
"Now half a dozen mercenaries have joined the fray."
"I'm really hurt!"
"We might consider a retreat?"
(ooc: in case this got overlooked, I know you're sometimes busy and don't always notice every little detail or question... but how high is the ceiling?)
<Yup. No worries. I think I quoted the whole blurb, here is the relevant bit.
"Ceilings. In the towers, rooms are 9 feet high with flat, stone ceilings. In his own keep, Tyreus conjured 10-foot ceilings with decorative timber rafters from which he could hang lanterns and other detail."
This is the keep, so 10ft ceilings. If the stairs somehow don't add up, know that I just doodled them because the map provided doesn't show then at all but they are nwntioned in the text.>
Eaglyth replies to Calner in Giant Eagle language: "Armored air-elemental? Did Tyreus summon them?"
Sort of. Elemental myrmidons are elementals conjured and bound by magic into ritually created suits of plate armor. In this form, they possess no recollection of their former existence as free elementals. They exist only to follow the commands of their creators.
I am loathe to use the term "myrmidon," but, per the text, they were already here when Tyreus showed up, though they were not as yet myrmidons.
