All the guys on the third floor just csme down the stairs, though... so would it be attacking the crossbowman on the stairs?
I don't think the shove needs to be contested if Walks wants to enter the room. You're on the outside of the castle (east) over the lake, so this room you're swinging her into is the one with the air Elemental and 6 Blades plus Calner and Tauzen, right?
Tabaqui runs to the window. Can he see Angus or the air or water elementals battling him? if so, he will attack whichever one he can see. If not, he will instead attack the Earth elemental battling Hamish.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(So Marlyth one way or another came into the room with Calner and Tauzan? Did Walks? Is the air elemental still blocking the window?)
"We are holding here a bit longer?" Tauzan asks Calner. He continues trying to fight the air elemental despite the additional mercenaries now filling the room.
Agile Parry: Add +2 to AC until start of my next turn (AC now 22)
Stunning Strike: if any of the attacks hit, spend 1 ki point to make the target stunned until the end of my next turn if it fails a CON saving throw (DC 17)
(It's possibly a better idea to toss Walks into the room of the third floor, then attack one of the mercenaries in the second floor to create a diversion.)

They're 10ft underwater. So from the window 30ft. Would be in range of the longbow. From that angle, Tabaqui could see at least the armor and weapon the air Elemental has - it is a valid target. It would be an attack with DA, so you could roll DA or keep the attack as is against the earth elemental. Up to you.
Relevant rule:
Even against a target within normal range, the attack roll has disadvantage unless the weapon is a crossbow, a net, or a weapon that is thrown like a javelin (including a spear, trident, or dart).
<@Culuril. Walks csn decide where she ends up, bit there are windows on all outward facing sides of this room, so your allies have access. All the attacks hit, but I think it's just 1 save vs stunned right?>

Eagle Marlyth is basically above the stairs either way, either atra king the crossbow-er from above or head on.
From the top of the stairs, a figure in a blue cloak emerges. Locking eyes with the Eagle clawing his footsoldier, he casts a [Tooltip Not Found] at the bird (LA) 30 (18 fire damage)
<The trigger is Tauzen's action, Marlyth having preceded him in turn.> After Tabaqui fires his arrow, the Cobalt Mage vanishes.
Slowly, you notice the walls of the keep begin to crack where the wall separates the two groups of adventurers. The building starts to lean, gradually curving outward, the two halves of the keep bending impossibly, reshaping to open like the peel of a banana, the top of the fourth floor reaching down toward the lake, the east side reaching toward the top of the central tower of the west wall. It's happening slowly, the way that large objects appear to move slowly because if their size, but the distances covered are large. The stones move 1ft per second, so in ten rounds, the keep will be a set of inverted arches. The split begins right above the floor beneath your feet (those on the second floor), with the floor remaining perfectly intact. The walkways and turrets are filled with another half dozen humans. Keen eyes see the grey shield with the head of a lion emblazoned upon it, well known by now as the emblem of the Iron Lions.
Tabaqui (and maybe Angus, who us still grappled by a submerged though no longer flaming air elemental,) see the water around the castle begin to rise. Within seconds it had already risen over 6 feet. It spills onto the narrow strip of land inside the castle wall and begins to immerse the stairs leading up to the doors of the north and south towers of the east wall.
*(Technically the humans are still up, but the ones on the walkways are holding action until they get a shot at a target, so maybe Angus. I'll post the actions for the humans in the keep at the same time I post the actions for the elementals.)

(Eaglyth's Action)
If Walks wants to be carried into the room, Eaglyth will swing her like a pendulum and shove her towards the window of the second floor.
Then she will dive forward and attack a nearby foe using her talons.
Multiattack: Attack: Shove: 4
Attack: Attack: 6 Damage: 13
Otherwise, she will fly towards the window of the third floor (if there's any) and repeat the actions mentioned above.

As soon as Eglyth attacks, Walks will be thrown through the window (I presume) and cast Sanctuary on herself. DC 17 WIS save in order to attack her.
She hopes she can stay unengaged while keeping her companions alive.
