If there's a longbow up there, that's likely Thom's, but he didn't tell that to Galingal and in this moment he's not about to start listing off all of his gear when he was captured for him to bring down. He helps unload whatever Galingal thinks is best given what he sees.
<just grab whatever you thinks best mate. We don't got much time yeah? Others will come next anyhow.>
Thom would decide what he takes for himself once Galingal decides on the first load!
@Spider, is the prince still at the back of the slave pen? How's he doing right now? Getting annoyed like Ront?
Galingal listens to the others thoughts as he quickly assesses what's in the room.
<Sarith,> Galingal thinks down <Best if you put on the armor, and weapons the guard had and keep watch on the other bridge. From a distance, you'll look like the guard.>
He rushes around and grabs some of the closest items and then rapidly thinks about who's down there. The one pile of loose equipment must belong to some of the prisoners.
Almost dumping them down the hatch, Galingal passes down 2 studded leather, 2 chainmail, 2 short swords, 1 longbow, 1 quiver with arrows, 1 great sword, and 1 lyre (10 items).
<One of you, Thom or Lia,> Galingal thinks <should grab some gear and go back up Sarith to make room for others to come in. I'll hand down more equipment to whoever stays.>
He then turns back to figure out what to send down next.
<Good point. Someone want to help me strip him?>, Sarith says in response to suggesting he don the guard's armor.
In the moments before gear starts raining down from the heavens, Sarith helps Thom try to get Lia free, but they aren't able to.
Since Lex backed up, she can only get reception if Lia gets close to the door, or if Galingal happens to be on that side of the room above, unless she steps closer to the bridge.
Thom and Sarith get to work stripping the drow guard, with each other's help, they manage to get it done in one minute, it likely would have taken twice as long if Sarith were doing it alone. He shucks the guard of his clothes as well, tossing his own soiled from captivity underclothes on the guard's face as he pulls on the purloined underwear and drow uniform. He starts donning the armor.
Minute 1: Galingal passing down ten items to Lia, Thom and Sarith stripping the drow guard.
Gear in the Armory:
6 4 chain shirts
6 4 suits of studded leather armor

((Thom, it will take you a minute to put on the leather armor if you wish to do that now, that would be your actions for the second minute.))
((Lia, if you wanted to don the second set of leather, you could spend the next minute doing so, though that leaves no one in the tower currently for Galingal to pass stuff down to, though there would certainly be room for others if you wanted to call them over. Packed in like a full elevator, the lower room could fit a dozen, but with Sarith and maybe the others donning armor, and Galingal passing it from above, probably no more than 2-3 more comfortably?))
<Maybe someone sneaky can start ferrying armor and weapons back to the slave pen? I'm best able to cross the bridges quickly, but I'll be busy here for a bit.>, Sarith suggests.
((@Thom, You didn't tell the Prince to follow, so he's staying put, waiting on the word of his trusted advisor. He's behaving with the decorum one would expect for an elf of his station, despite the trying circumstances.))
<Sneaky?> Galingal thinks for a moment then continues. <Lia can you call Lex and Jimjar over. Something tells me that Jimjar can sneak back and forth and we need Lex armed.>
He looks back at the mountain of equipment left, eyes resting on the rope for a moment, which makes him think of the bridges.
<We need as many over here as quickly as we can. We can cut the rope of the bridge back to the cell to keep the quaggoth from attacking us from behind.>
As he decides what to send down next, Galingal eyeballs the amount of space in the armory. Might be room for one more, or maybe the twins, he thinks.
Then he gathers the next batch of equipment. He spots another bow in the pile of miscellaneous equipment.
2nd minute:
If Lia is ready, he'll pass down 1 bow, 1 quiver with arrows, 2 shields, 2 daggers, 1 rope, 1 hand crossbow, 2 cases of crossbow bolts.
If Lia is instead getting armor on, Galingal will spend the minute putting armor on himself - chainmail
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Assuming Lia passes along the message, Lex will grab Jimjar and make her way across the bridge, throwing a look over her shoulder to Ront that says 'don't try anything.'
Stealth? 20
Once in the guard tower, she spots the greatsword immediately and makes a beeline for it, abandoning her makeshift whip and dagger on the floor in favor of the familiar blade. She takes a moment to relish its weight in her hands, then straps it to her back, moving over towards the felled drow. If there is any clothing left on him, around the room, or in the pile that Sarith discarded that seems large enough, she'll try to form some kind of sling for Stool.
((Lex will spend the second minute searching the lower room and being crafty. Not sure what kind of check you might want for that, but here's a flat d20: 18))
She claims the greatsword, and spotting the spidersilk webbing on the walls used for hanging equipment, sets to work fashioning a sling to strap Stool to her front.
Minute 2: Sarith putting on drow armor. Thom > ?, Lia > ?, Lex making a Stool sling, Jimjar scooting gear back to the slave pen. Galingal passing down 10 more items?

Thom indeed helps Sarith strip the guard for his first minute, and then for his second minute he would ensure that he has his bow picked up (I assume it was his own bow prior to getting captured) along with the quiver of arrows.
He isn't going to mess with the armor yet as he can't put it on because of the collar.
If possible, he'd move so he can be in range to communicate with the prince and tell him to get over here <Prince! Thom your advisor here. It's time. Come across the bridge.> and then he'd like to take cover behind the wall to the west of Sarith's position, looking out the door and waiting for any drow that might be coming that direction across that bridge.
If only one thing is possible this minute, he will just grab the bow and post up beside Sarith as he gets his armor on, not worrying about the prince yet.
((You have time to essentially do 10 turns worth of actions, so can totally call the Prince over, chat with him, and keep watch.))
<Ah, excellent. I shall be there shortly.>
The bridge sways as Prince Derendil's form peers into the guard tower. He sniffs the air. <You made quick work of him, you are to be commended. One down, eighteen to go! What do you think I should do, my advisor?>
<Galingal, I think maybe weapons over armor, unless we can get out of these chains, most of us aren't going to be able to put armor on, but at least making sure we're armed? Eldeth wants to know if there's a warhammer and shield up there with dwarf stuff on it.>, Jimjar sends as he's ferrying things back and forth.
((Eldeth and Ront would claim the chain shirts, even though they can't put them on, most of the others they aren't really their size/style. Anyone in the tower claiming the shortswords?))
Lia’s heart nearly stops when she sees her very own Lyre being passed down from above. She hardly dared believe she’d ever see it again.
But the job at hand doesn’t let her take any time to become reacquainted with the instrument right now. She places it carefully to the side, out of the way of the commotion in the room, along with a set of studded leather((assuming a set is still available)).
She quickly relays a-messages-or-two to Lex and those left in the cells. But soon, there seems to be regular traffic back and forth, so she returns to her position, for the main part of her next minute, receiving items from above again.
She thinks to Galingal, when she’s in position again, <I’m ready!…Send more down!>.
When Prince Derendil arrives, Lia bows briefly and addresses him, <Prince Derendil, is it not?… Would you be so awfully kind as to receive the items we pass down from the armoury?… Oh, and if you could keep a careful eye on my lyre there, I would be most greatful. It is very precious to me!>. She then climbs up beside Galingal and will do as he suggests (passing, searching, etc, whatever he thinks best, having been up there the longest).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Galingal points Lia to a pile of items to pass down: 1 warhammer, 1 dwarven shield, 1 bow, 1 quiver with arrows (if in the pile of equipment - Stena's?), 1 shield, 4 daggers, 3 hand crossbow, 3 cases of crossbow bolts.
Galingal will then dig into the miscellaneous box and the equipment pile, searching for his amulet, a pouch or pack of some sort, a rapier he's sure he had with him and a quick inventory of what else there might be around.
Thom would think to Derendil <Excellent, you made it. Do you need any of this stuff? Listen to Lia there and help out, and then stay low for now until we make our next move, yeah? Er, I mean, please, your royalness.>
Thom moves a set of studded leather armor aside similar to where Lia out her lyre so he can get it when he gets the collar off. He also kicks a shortsword aside in the same spot.
Thom would've also taken some time to grab a dagger and puts it in his loincloth. I don't see him carrying anything else with only a loincloth on. haha!
Minute 2: Sarith putting on drow armor. Thom keeping watch, recruiting Derendil, Lia helping pass things down, Lex making a Stool sling, Jimjar scooting gear back to the slave pen. Galingal passing down 10 more items, Derendil receiving things from above.
<Yes, that's correct! Apologies for not making your acquaintance earlier! A lyre? Do you play? I'd very much like to hear! Once we make our escape, of course. I am an accomplished lyreist myself... though I fear my current physical form would make for a dreadful recital. *sigh* Yes, I can certainly receive goods you pass down. If you'd permit me to assist?>
If Lia allows him to touch her person, the Prince will gently lift her up through the hatch, his strength and size making it easy.
He responds to Thom <Unfortunately, I'm not sure my cursed form is suited to holding or using any of this gear, though I would very much like to be able to be clothed again. Our captors didn't even see fit to provide me with the modicum of privacy that even a loincloth would have afforded.>
((The majority of your fellow slaves are still in the pen, it's only the six of you in the tower, plus Jimjar sneaking gear back to the others.))
Galingal finds his rapier, but no amulet, and in rummaging through the catch-all box, finds some various artisans tools, but perhaps most importantly, a set of thieves' tools. Not as nice as his, but completely serviceable from a quick inspection. The box of caltrops has six leather bags of caltrops in it, and there are two more bags of spikes in the other box.
Lex finishes off making a sling that should do the job as far as carrying Stool relatively securely.

Lia consents, graciously, to being lifted by The Prince, but scrabbles free as soon as she’s up into the hatch and able to do so. She gets away swiftly, but she’s also careful not to come across as impolite or ungrateful. Business-like. <Thank you>.
After passing a bunch of stuff down ((previous minute)), Lia thinks down to everyone, <What more do we need? Is everyone kitted out?>.
If she gets requests, she will pass them down ((and they can count towards the total for this minute)).
In the absence of any requests, or when the requests dry up, she will grab another studded leather from the pile up here and slither into the trousers, and then tie the jacket or top around her waist. ((Do the sets of armour come with boots?)).
She motions to Galingal to do the same as soon as he can too, between requests for gear.
((OOC: @DM… can I assume that Lia’s Lyre has a strap, like a guitar strap, so she can wear it as a sash across her body? I feel like it might have something like that, as she’s a bard that travels far and wide? Thanks))
Galingal isn't sure how he feels not to find his amulet; the symbol of his connection to the Raven Queen. Without it he can not tap into all of the power that she grants him. But at the same time not having it helps him stay separated from her.
He pulls out of the momentary distraction as Lia motions at him. Galingal nods over at Lia's suggestion.
"In minute," Galingal says. "Get more equipment down then will."
With Lia busy, Galingal will get as much equipment down to the others as he can before donning a set of armor and collecting the gear he's setting aside for himself; a chain shirt, shield, his rapier, the thieves' tools, rope, and another dagger.
From the remaining gear, Galingal passes down 2 shields, 1 studded leather armor, 1 bag of caltrops, 2 short swords, 2 daggers, 1 bag of spikes, 1 climbing hammer.
"If the rope bridge can cut, get all across and cut," Galingal calls. "If not cut. Caltrops slow down quaggoth."
((Putting on the leathers means taking a minute to do so. Thinking about it, I think as long as hands are free, armor can be put on over collar/belt, it just won't be comfortable.))
The leathers are just the armor part, so the torso part of this image.
Covers shoulders and upper arm, torso and upper thigh, but doesn't come with boots, pants, shirt, etc.
<Got more weapons up there?>

In this downtime, in the moment that Galingal gathers the 10 items, Thom would try and get Lia out of her manacles.
Thom used STR to try and get out of his collar, which he failed. (his manacles were picked)
He will try DEX for Lia's manacles if possible with help from Sarith? If not ignore the advantage!
<help me, Sarith. Lia needs to be at least able to move her arms, yeah?>

<Got more weapons up there?>
Minute 3: Sarith putting on drow armor (2). Thom > ? Lia >?, Lex > ? , Jimjar scooting gear back to the slave pen. Galingal passing down 10 items , Derendil receiving things from above.
