Yulmiath recognizes the merit in Krodhen's strategy and also makes his way to the center of the room {KP-71}. He tries to more finely tune his senses but that annoying, repetitive sound of waves crashing outside continues to reverberate and preclude the sailor from focusing on anything else for now. Nearby, the half-orc had been ready to attack any assailant but decides to turn his flail into a searching device now. To Krodhen's dismay, he strikes no unseen foe.
Kairus had hoped either of the former pirates would pinpoint the last shadow. That not being the case, the bard turns to the source of commotion on the west end of the room. Mr. Thicc needs help freeing himself from quite the intriguing surface creature! The triton provides such help by trying to magically force the mimic to move away from the construct. Despite some initial resistance, Kairusforces his spell through, sending some of the collected magical goodwill towards the struggling Mr. Thicc. Very awkwardly, the vase hops northward {KK-76}, moving slowly as it involuntarily drags Mr. Thicc along {KL-75}. (Urn takes 13 psychic damage.)
By now, Hun has also noticed his metal companion's situation. The artificer gives the construct an order that leaves no doubt in the air as he moves closer to the action. Not waiting for the construct to act, the kobold launches another one of his favorite cold ammunition pieces, debilitating the urn ever so slightly. (Urn takes 2 cold damage.)
Mr. Thicc hears both the order given by his master and the encouragement provided by Kairus. Despite the added difficulty from the monster's sticky saliva, the construct overpowers it and frees himself. Some of the paint on his plating is left behind. (Mr.Thicc is no longer grappled.)
The urn stubbornly tries to claim Mr. Thicc for itself immediately after the construct broke contact:

The sticky "tongue" strikes so hard that it dents the construct's chest plating. (Mr. Thicc takes 6 bludgeoning damage and is grappled once more.)
Rhogal is the next to react, though the dwarf is busy with his own duel and some increasingly troublesome weakening knees. He knows he doesn't have much strength left, and that the shadow is likely to get the jump on him again (unseen attacker). However, should he survive, he'll be sure to wack the shadow with all of his dwarven might!
Surely enough, his shadowy pursuer eventually pops out of hiding and swings a tentacle at the druid once more. (This roll has a lot riding on it):
-> Shadow Tentacle vs. Rhogal: Attack: 22 Damage: 11 (on a hit: 3)
Rhogal feels the cold lashing of undeath on his hip and almost succumbs to its call. Many of the mushroom specimens hanging from the druid's waist fall to the ground, completely withered. In an ironic twist of fate, the dwarf is inches away from withering into nothingness just days after claiming a staff of withering for himself. (Rhogal takes 11 necrotic damage and his STR score is reduced by3.)
With whatever strength he has left (and wisdom), Rhogal wacks the shadow as it moves toward the nearby pillar with clear intentions of disappearing within it. The hit is strong enough to completely undo the shadow's lower half, though the top one "lives" on to harass him some more. The half-shadow melds with the pillar.
(Yulmiath, Krodhen, Kairus, and Hun can take their turns. This time, let's wait until after the Urn's turn to get @Drache's input, which is what I should have done last round.)

The hard and sharp edges of Yulmiath's rage subside and he turns his attention from seeking shadowy enemies to the Packers themselves.
"We all whole? Anyone hurt?"
While the other Packers assess their own situation and respond, he sees Hun and Mr. Thicc engaged with some kind of living vase. Knowing what he does best, he books it over to help (KK,75).
Raising his greataxe over his head, be brings it down in what he hopes is going to smash it to smithereens.
Attack: 15 Damage: 7
(OOC Yulmiath didn't spend last turn attacking and the shadow didn't choose to attack him, so his rage will drop.)
Chasing the vase was sure interesting but Kairus glanced over to Rhogal and did not like what he saw. The invisible but persistent shadow seemed to drain the very ability to stand from the druid.
"We need light!"Usually, Kairus can perfectly exist without additional sources of illumination but here it did not work. The triton dropped his backpack, yanked a torch out of the bandle he carried around for god knows how long and lightened it up with a snap of his fingers. Then he walked to Rhogal keeping an eye on the shadows around and ready to point at the monster.
(Another Silvery Barbs in case of a successful attack of the shadow with another advantage to Mr.Thicc)

The whole matter of the shadow has by and large taken a back seat in Hun's thoughts, as the Kobold seems dead set on freeing his construct. Realizing that simply breaking free would not be encouragement enough for the creature to try its hand at a more bite-size meal, Hun frantically starts to go for another vial when a thought hits him. "Le gasp-ah! My solvent!" He immediately switches gears and eventually breaks out the pot containing his second -- NO, third prized creation since arriving on the island, and began pouring it over the tongue where it adhered to Mr. Thicc, hoping to free the construct.
Even if that alone wasn't enough, with it in place at least, he'd given Mr. Thicc the command to began self-repairing any internal system disrupted and damaged from attacks thus far.
Movement(Hun): To KM-75.
Action(Hun): Pour solvent on the tongue. (Not sure if this requires a check from Hun or a save from the creature, but feel free to roll it. If sleight of hand, he has +4)
Bonus Action(Hun): Command Mr. Thicc to Repair Self.

Much calmer than a moment ago, Yulmiath turns to take stock of the group and notices for the first time that Mr. Thicc in under attack. The dragonborn closes in and attacks the living vase! His enchanted axe splashes on the creature's gelatinous body but does not complete the full swing. The damage is done, but Yulmiath's new weapon is stuck to the Urn as if it had been glued. (Urn takes 6 magical slashing damage.)
The new data point tells Hun all that he needs to know. Something must be done about this creature's stickiness. And what's better to dissolve glue than some magically infused solvent. The pouring begins and the creature's tongues loses all of its adhesive properties, at least for now, and even dries so quickly it begins to crack. The appendage is immediately retracted back into the Urn. Mr. Thicc is free (no longer grappled.)
The construct uses his newfound freedom to solder some of his own parts back together. (Mr. Thicc recovers 13 HP.)
One additional detail must be mentioned, however. Hun chose to move to better pour the solvent, giving the strange creature a chance to launch a separate pseudopod at the kobold.
On the other battlefront within the same throne room, Kairus moves in the opposite direction Yul just did and joins Rhogal {KL-69}. By the time the triton is shoulder-to-shoulder with the dwarf, the former is already holding a littorch.
Krodhen (auto-pilot) likes Kairus' plan and moves into the torch's bright light as well {KK-68}. He drops his flail to the ground and cock's a javelin ready: "If it gets anywhere near this light, even from a distance, I'll let this javelin fly."
(@Blue: Regarding you planned reaction, as discussed, you can only use SB on an enemy's attack if you see the attacker. Let's hope the torch does the trick.)

Temporarily down one psedopod, while the other is extended in Hun's direction, the Urn swallows its own mouth and forces it to reappear in another section of its body that is facing Yulmiath. Taking advantage of the fact that the barbarian's axe is stuck to its form, the Urn chomps on Yul's own extended appendage.
(OOC: I kept forgetting to give the mimic's attack disadvantage from the previous round's Frostbite. I realize it is not a perfect solution, but I'll apply it here.)
Yulmiath was still holding his axe with both hands. Releasing only one of them proves to be enough to completely avoid the Urn's ill-aimed advance. Nonetheless, Yul's new favorite axe is still stuck to this weird being, and that solvent bottle is looking mighty empty.
Feeling the support from both Kairus and Krodhen, Rhogal prepares for another potential surprise attack. This one could prove to be fatal!
In a desperate attempt to keep himself alive for just a bit longer, his starts growing hair all over his body and his form swells as he morphs himself into a black bear.
Mushrooms give way to fur as Rhogal assumes the shape of a black bear. The Dwarf's seeped strength magically returns in ursine form!
Intent on claiming its foe nonetheless, the remaining shadow reappears just outside Kairus's torch's bright light radius, its dark, foggy tentacle ready to swing. The fiery light makes the shadow's movements easy to see, giving Krodhen the chance he was waiting for:
The projectile passes through the shadow, forcing some wisps to fade away, but the enemy keeps its overall half-shape. (Shadow#1 takes 3 piercing damage.)
The shadow then tests the light, confirms something, and enters the bright light area. Not understanding the details of druidic magic, it then whips its tentacle once more (no advantage this time).
-> Shadow Tentacle vs. Bear-Rhogal: Attack: 6 Damage: 6 (on a hit: 1)
Despite Kairus's magical efforts, the tentacle still hits Rhogal. This time, it is the bear's constitution and strength that give way, not the dwarf's. (BeaRhogal takes 13 necrotic damage and his STR is reduced by 3. It should now be 12.)
-> Mr. Thicc gets advantage on his next d20 roll.
Afterwards, the remaining shade exits the bright reach of the torch and hides itself in the dimly lit portion of the room once more.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
(When the shadow was retreating, did not any of us get Attack of Opportunity?)
Shadow had hidden again and now the bear-Rhogal did not look that good. But two can play this game. Kairus carefully placed the torch on the ground, then put one hand on the back of the bear and played with another the tune of disappearance, he practiced so often lately. When the bear becomes invisible, the triton explained the strategy. "I will be the bait. The thing will come to attack, and you both," he nodded to Krodhed too, "will attack."
There was a bit more to it - he personally planned to verbally abuse the attacker with every cleaver insult he could come up with. (Cutting words for 5 on shadow once it attacks anyone inside the light circle).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
His ankle and back would complain in the next morning, but for the sake of his life, a bit of nimble manuevering over blind trust in armor with so adhesive was a sacrifice the kobold made without hesitation or concern in the moment. And though prepared and quick to have Mr. Thicc assist Yulmiath in getting back his axe had the dragonborn not seen to that himself, Hun follows the little dance manuever with his next brilliant plan: Semi-fresh Axe Beak flash!
So it was that he appeared to yell at in a completely alien tongue. One foreign, in fact, it might even make one question how he'd managed to form the words at all! Yet it flowed with practice ease and seemed to include some archaic gestures. Then he pulls out some axe beak flesh and practically threw some of it into the mouth of the creature.
More yelling is quick to follow with him eventually gesturing towards the corner.
In Deepseech(not that it'll likley matter):
"Now you better listen here ya little whippersnapper! STOP. TONGUING. MY STUFF! Okay!? Get your crusty butt in that corner over there, and you have more of this--!!*proceeds to throw in the meat* "Don't! Then as Gond as my witness, Mr. Thicc is shoving your dumbass into that chair over there! And Bust ya up good!"
Movement(Mr. Thicc): If grappling, move urn onto chair at KO-74(?).
(OOC: Unless his passive arcana/nature might clue him on any potential of the mimic knowing/having the potential to learn a language, he's making presumptions based on its kinship to creatures that tend to use deep speech that he knows of)
