"Slimy bastard of shrimp! Keep your grabby hooks to yourself!"As always, in case the thing clinging to Yulmiath did not understand Common, Kairus repeated the insult in Aquan. "Cut it to pieces, Yulmiath! The bastard is clingy!"
He could see the dragonron was not in a position to cut anything but at the moment could only support the fighter verbally, weaving some healing magic into his words.
Rhogal, figuring a different strategy is needed for the tentacular foe, moves to the bottom of the stairs (LN 25 right side) and throws some spores at the eyes of the ten-armed freak of nature, calling out "Blastomyces!"
Kairus continues to encourage Yulmiath to get free and rush inside, although this verbal encouragement now comes in the form of words of healing as well as insults being thrown at the overgrown octopus. (Yulmiath recovers 10 HP; Decapus takes 2 psychic damage.)
Rhogal also gets into the fight against the green-skinned tentacled-monster. He starts by getting a bit closer to the action {LN-66} and then calling on some specialized eye fungi to grow and attack the decapus's vision orbs. The creature let's out a shriek, letting the druid know that it is now blinded.

OOC: I can't see anywhere in the posts that the creature is not within reach so.....
With the spellcasters doing their thing to help Yul, Krodhen gives a grunt then rushes foward "What've you gotten us into now!!", flail swinging at the creature, somewhat surprised that it doesn't seem to react to the incoming attack
Krodhen closes to LM62 - using his Ring of Jumping if needing to get up anywhere (will replace Harness Divine Power if this was needed to close to melee).

(@MuggsHill: You can definitely attack the tentacles within melee range. There is no need to use the ring of jumping.)
Krodhen continues moving forward, intent on helping Yulmith out of his most recent trouble. The paladin channels Tyr's justice through an already mid-swing flail and releases the charge onto the creature's tentacles. (Decapus takes 22 magical bludgeoning and radiant damage.)
Some of the charge remains with the half-orc, who claims it as a way to revitalize his own magical stores.

The decapus reacts by decreasing the number of tentacles dedicated to securing Yulmiath. Five of them are then whipped towards Krodhen. The creature follows this up by using the one non-attacking tentacle to swing 5ft closer to the dragonborn and then chomping.
-> Bite vs. Yulmiath (restrained): Attack: 13 Damage: 6 (17,9)
Edit: The Decapus is blinded so its attacks are at disadvantage. This should not affect the first attack against Krodhen, which was already rolled with disadvantage. However, the attack roll against Yulmiath should be a straight roll. It becomes only a 17 if going with the first die of the original roll. Unfortunately, the attack still hits, so the outcome is overall unchanged.

The five tentacles are unnable to bypass Krodhen's shield, but they still manage to hold the paladin back long enough for the creature to gain an opening and sink their fangs into Yulmiath. (Yulmiath takes 4 piercing damage, already halved.)
Meanwhile, the blood hawks continue their well-timed swooping attacks. Their bird brains see no reason to switch targets:
-> Beak vs. Hun (advantage canceled by Deflect Attack): Attack: 21 Damage: 6
Although Mr. Thicc does his best to protect his master, a couple of swooping beaks still pick at the kobold. The construct himself is not safe from a similar attack. (Hun takes 9 piercing damage; Mr. Thicc takes 8 piercing damage.)
As the crimson birds fly back up in unison, both Hun and Mr. Thicc have a chance to retaliate.
(Yulmiath and Hun are up next. The birds are no longer in their spots show in the map, but their general distances from the ground remain the same. They are currently circling around Hun and Mr. Thicc, but not in melee.)
(OOC: If allowed to make an improvised weapon attack with the shield or wand like some magic bone club, then he'd do it just to not waste the silvery barbs. Otherwise, ignore the below roll. Mr. THicc also cannot take an AoO since reaction was used in Deflect Attack)
Reaction(Hun): Reven-geey Attack! (prioritizing wounded birb if possible, otherwise targeting 1st to leave range for simplicity's sake) (Melee, Lethal)Improvised Club(Wand) - Attack: 18 Damage: 0 of non-magical bludgeoning.
"Ack! Back I say! Back you bloodied beak buzzards!"Hun yells as he started to more violently lash out with his wand while trying to defend himself, hopefully clocking an already injured one good across the cheek during their retreat. Just as soon as the assault relented, the Kobold put away the wand and raced for the group while muttering curses about stupid birds and greed. But, he did so not before bidding Mr. Thicc to join in the assault on the creature, seeing that most efforts of Yulmiath's attempt to flee were for naught!
But if by some chance instead he sees the dragonborn hurrying yet for the steps, then Hun is certain to have the construct follow along and priortize defending itself.
Action(Hun): Cast (Cantrip)Frostfire Bomb on Birb(prioritizing Wounded one). Con Save(DC 14) or take 6 Cold Damage and disadvantage on next attack.
Movement(Hun): To LO-68.
Bonus Action(Hun): Command Mr. Thicc to destroy Decapus!
Movement(Mr. Thicc): To LP-62.
Action(Mr. Thicc): Cast Disruptor Fist at on Urn. (Melee)Force Rend - Attack: 12 Damage: 5 of Force.
(OR, if Yulmiath successfully escapes and moves back to the group, Mr. Thicc will Dodge and move to LN-68.)

Blinded, the decapus cannot make an opportunity attack against Yulmiath. On the other hand, Hun certainly can make one against a flying bird. Depite the successful attempt, however, the blow is more of a weak tap than a proper hit (Blood Hawk#2 takes 0 bludgeoning damage.)
Taking advantage of the decapus's innability to see properly, Yulmiath muscles his way out of the grabby tentacles and just about makes it to the double doors. As he moves, sparks of lightning make sure the decapus pays some sort of price for its hugs. (Decapus takes 2 lightning damage.)
Hun is just behind Yulmiath in his retreat but, unlike the dragonborn's, the kobold's passing attack misses the overgrown octopus. Mr. Thicc has not trouble catching up while keeping his wits about him.
Rhogal's clothes start sprouting fruiting bodies (activating Symbiotic Being) in anticipation of any attacks from any of the flying foes. For the first one that does, he will strike with his staff.
Yulmiath finally got back to the corridor, but now Krodhen was fighting the tentacled monster in the gazebo. Kairus added what he could to the fight. "You are the bravest soul, Krodhen, but watch it out! Or better yet come back too! We can burn the gazebo after we are done with the birds!" Even if it did not sound like encouragement, the shout meant that the half-orc was not alone in this fight. To make his point even more clear, the triton sent a bolt into the hanging tentacles.
