Hun continues to ignore the lizard snapping at him and throws another frost bomb at a farther target. Already heavily mangled by Yulmiath's previous attack, the targeted lizard kicks the proverbial bucket. (Giant Lizard#6 takes 2 cold damage and is DEFEATED.)
Mr. Thicc fights the nearer reptile instead. A powerful punch hurts but does not kill. (Giant Lizard#7 takes 9 force damage.)
His next kill stolen, Yulmiath turns to the last lizard near him. Another swing of the axe and a lightning-fueled stomp put the next lizard at death's door. (Giant Lizard#5 takes 32 magical slashing damage.)
"Phew!"The two lizards in front of Krodhen and him were dealt with and the one behind seemed to be taken care of as well. Kairus looked back then at the lizard Yulmiath was fighting, and finally settled on the latter. He repositioned himself a bit to better see the target and shot the bolt:
Attack: 21 Damage: 7
"You are better at hitting stuff close,"explained Kairus his choice to the paladin. "I'm sure you'll finish that one behind in a second!"
Already engaged with one of the last lizards standing, Rhogal brings his shillelagh down on his enemy's head. (Giant Lizard#7 takes 6 magical bludgeoning damage.)
Some spores linger in the air and (eventually) infect one of the many wounds this reptile has suffered. The creature simply slumps over at that point. (Giant Lizard#7 takes 4 necrotic damage and is DEFEATED.)
Feeling he can stretch his muscles again, Kairus reaches for his crossbow and aims a pre-loaded bolt at the last lizard. The lucky shot hits the creature's eye, and claims its life. (Giant Lizard#5 takes 7 piercing damage and is DEFEATED.)
While celebrating, the bard sends a few kind words toward Krodhen(Bardic Inspiration.)
The group takes a few deep breaths and allows their heart rates to calm down.
WE ARE NOW OUT OF INITIATIVE. YOU MAY DO AS YOU WILL.
Hun spares but a moment to check the ceiling for any other surprises before finally breathing a sigh of relief. "Well! Looks like meats back on the menus boyyyys!~ Again!"He chuckled elbowed Mr. Thicc's shin. "Right! Mr. Thicc! Start moving those bodies nearer to the entrance for sorting out later. And Mr. Yully, if you would be so kind as to hold there a moment." Without waiting to see if Dragonborn might comply, Hun wades his way over to the Dragonborn's side to study his injuries . "Hmn. Pretty bad. But not worry, 'cause I have just the thing."
As Hun started to reach in his bag for some likely healing tonic or concoction, only THEN does he fully take in the now faint crackling of divine energy about his hand. "What the...? Hmm... This seems to be.... wait... Whoa, uh, hmm... guess it wasn't all a dream then?" He mutters. But then with a prompt shake of the head, he again focuses on Yulmiath and puts a hand on his shin, discharging the latent energy. To Yully it might tickle a bit, but soon after some of his injuries would begin to knit itself, leaving behind only a faint scars.

"Nothing a good rest and a nice song can not heal." Kairus sounded as optimistic as usual but was looking skeptically at his own wounds. He did not begin to play right away, though, but instead came to look at the dead bodies. "That's a lot of meat. But what do you say about the hides? I bet turtles could make a lot of useful things out of it. Can we skin those lizards properly?"
"By the way," Kairus stopped pondering the future use of lizards' hides and looked towards the (potential) treasure chest. "Remember the scroll from that Xorn fella that tried to eat us? If the chest is locked and trapped, I think that scroll is what we need. Quite a handy spell, I say." He balanced his backpack trying not to drop it into the mud and searched for the said scroll."Here. Of course, we can save it for the future underwater adventure but can as well use it now."

"A bit more tricky, but sure."Is what was Hun's immediate response to the question of hides, if albeit somewhat absent-minded sounding reply, as the Kobold had taken in again by his now de-sparking hand. "..... Wait, what's this about a chest?" The Kobold eventually went on to ask after having looked up sharply and then about the place in confusion.
"Oh that one. Hn. Well, let me have a loot at it first 'fore we go using up a perfectly good scroll! As I /do/ have quite a few tools that I've been neglecting so far on this journey. And I wouldn't mind making use of'em."Hun scurries on over to the chest without waiting for much further input, and carefully studies its exterior for a moment or two. If he should fail to detect any magic over the thing, a few quick adjustments of his goggles assures optimum ocular enhancement for what was to come next. Just before he begins, Hun looks to the skeleton again warily before calling out, "'ey, uh... K-kirkwall? Kroham? Whatever! Uh, you're like a, uh... Y-you know what, nevermind, Nevermind!"Hun returns to studying the chest, checking it for traps, before then breaking out his thieves tools to start going at the lock if it seemed necessary.
"I reckon we had a bit of luck on our side in that one....was not expecting so many critters..." after which he tails off, his gaze drawn to the skeleton, and interesting he realises that he can reach out somehow to see whether there is yet more trouble brewing. Once the thrill of battle dies down, the conversation quickly turns to focus on potentials spoils. Hun is the first to mention the wealth of meat the Snackers now have at their disposal, ordering Mr. Thicc to pile up the hunted animals near the entrance. Kairus reminds the group that their hide should also make for a good resource, one that Ahoyhoy will surely appreciate. Nonetheless, while the construct starts his task, the group focuses on other items on their collective to-do list.
Hun puts some new divine-based power to the test and heals Yulmiath, who is more than willing to give the strange glow a try now that he has reverted back to his normal size. (Yulmiath recovers 9 HP.)
Everyone's attention then turns to the skeleton and the treasure chest it sits atop of. Kairus suggest breaking out the spell scroll he found earlier to knock the container open from afar but Hun prefers to save that particular resource and put his own skills to use. After Krodhen confirms the lack of any undead dangers nearby (Divine Sense), the kobold jumps into the pond and climbs the obsidian rock where the skeleton is. His detect magic spell confirms that the chest houses two sources of magic within, though the container itself is not a third source of power.
The lock is a complex one but nothing that the artificer has not dealt with in the past. The wrong key or forceful breakage would cause some poison gas to be released in the vicinity of the chest, potentially killing the would-be robber. The tools Hun uses could very well trigger the simple but deadly trap, but the kobold knows what he is doing. Not only does he disarm the trap-lock, Hun also safely opens the chest. The sitting skeleton clangs into the pond as the chest is opened.
Inside, the group finds (assuming you spend at least an hour to properly account for the treasure):
230 silver pieces
200 gold pieces
Lapis lazuli (opaque light and dark blue with yellow flecks, 10gp)
Moss agate (translucent yellow-white with mossy green markings, 10gp)
Tiger eye (x3) (translucent brown with golden center, 10gp each for a total of 30gp)
A silver ring with the likeness of a frog atop it instead of a gemstone. This is one of the magical sources.
A pair of comfortable boots made of metal, leather, and fabric and with straps. This is one of the magical sources.

"Hooo boi! We're in the money now, bois, and thank Wakau--er, uhm... Thank Gond for that!"He said a touch nervously towards the end, before then spotting something else in the chest. "And look!"Hun immediately pulls out the boots and holds it up. "Got some fresh kickers with a bit of magic too'em. There's a ring too with a frog on it that's got the touch toe. But we'll need a bit more time I think to sort it out all out. Which-..."
Hun looks over the assorted the group and their various injured states. "-let's face it. Some of us can do for a spot of rest, anyhow. So, I s'pose we can get settled in a bit."He says, not seeming not or mind his suggestion meant some might have to deal with the mud. But rather he immediately looked to Yulmiath, Rhogal, and even Krohden. "'fore we do though, you three mind getting those future luncheon slash din-din over there ready?"

"Great!" Kairus was as enthusiastic about the treasure as others but as soon as the blue gem was discovered, he lost interest in the rest of it. "Can I have this one?"Companions knew the triton well enough by this time to understand it was not greed talking. Money, that Hun carefully divided, he simply threw into the pocket without counting and obviously immediately forgetting about them.
"All for some rest now. Though, can we do it outside?" Kairus demonstratively raised his foot that the mud beneath did not want to let go. Once everyone went outside and settled for the rest, he did play his "healing tune" as he called light music that indeed somehow cleared heads and calmed minds.
