Effulgynyou're up--you managed to keep the vines away but you find yourself on difficult terrain once again as Creature C stalks you, vines cascading from 15 feet in all directions of where it stands.

Effulgyn struggles through the magical undergrowth, and manages to move 12.5’ south, just past “creature C.” There, he sets his jaw, turns, and points his wand, shouting these magic words: “T’muff Kew!!”
In answer to his arcane plea for help, a semi-transparent Fey princess appears, takes in the scene, and shakes her head, “tch, tch, tch,” at the halfling’s predicament. She puffs her cheeks and puckers, and through bright green lips issues a summer breeze, resplendent with dandelion petals, sending whomever it touches into a warm and comfortable slumber.
Interact with object: ready magic wand
Action: cast Sleep centered 15’ northwest of C, so as to hit both C and B within its 20’ radius. Sleep “damage”: 33
Grishkar Darkmoor, Necromancer of Nerull the Despiser Kelvin Rabbitfoot, Diviner, con artist, always hunting for a good sale Bründir Halfshield, Valor Bard, three-time Sheercleft Drinking Competition Champion, Hometown hero
Effulgyn'ssleep spell hurtles across into the brush and hits a vine belonging to Creature B, instantly putting it and all of its vines to sleep.
(OOC With a 33, there are not enough points left to effect Creature C as well, so Creature C is still active. I will also rule that the ground under Ferg'sfeet is still full of vines, even if not actively wriggling, so his movement speed is still halved.)
(Also Arc it is now your turn. You can attack any creatures you want but as a reminder Creatures A and B will wake if they take any damage. Creature A is a little injured, whereas Creature B has not taken any damage at all.)
Unfortunately that's a miss, and since Creature C is the only one still awake it will move in the direction of the arrow and use part of its turn to move in Arc'sdirection. As soon as its vines sense Fergit will reach toward him and Fergwill need to make another DC 12 Strength Saving Throw or be grappled once again.
(OOC: I thought Ferg was two squares to the right? He could have gotten there even at 1/2 speed on the previous turn. Might not make a difference but look at the map you published from #622)
Oh my gosh you're right! I updated the wrong version of the map, what a putz. Let me update the map to Ferg's actual position. If he is out of range from the vines the creature will do a full movement toward Arc and that will be the end of their turn.

Arc's bolt misses the creature, but redirects the creature's focus from Effulgyn. The creature moves its full movement in Arc'sdirection, vines searching ever outward but not finding purchase.
(OOC New map here, and Ferg it is actually your turn. Creatures A and B are asleep, with Creature A having taken some damage. As soon as they take any other damage they will wake up.)

(OOC: Wow, I read this post twice before and completely missed that it is Ferg's turn. Sigh. Also you are far from a Putz Kethra, this has been great and little mistakes, I have made several, are expected)
Seeing the success of sleeping the first two tree creatures Ferg will again attempt to stop the progress of the last creature that continues to entangle them:
ACTION: Cast sleep - 23 a little behind creature C so that it is the only creature in range of the spell
MOVEMENT: Ferg will back up 15 feet (if possible) or 10 (if still in difficult terrain) diagonally towards the top right part of the map.
With an expertly cast spell, the third and final creature of its kind slumps, its vines going limp as it falls into a magical slumber. Unless something wakes them, these creatures will sleep for one minute from the time they were put under.
It is now the other creatures' turn. The first one (Creature D) claws at Finin a frenzy, and despite being under Parson'sattack (or maybe perhaps made crazy because of it!) manages to tuck its claw into some skin not protected by chain mail. He takes 5 points of damage.
The other Creature (E) also attacks and manages to make contact with Fin'sface, producing a tiny little cut just above his left eyebrows. The damage is minimal (2) but he does momentarily worry that it will leave a scar.
(OOC Finyou take a total of 7 points of slashing damage, and it's your turn. Updated map here).
(Also OOC I will update and share the play by play soon because it is starting to get confusing for me so I bet it is for you all, as well!)

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((I believe I'm at Advantage for Parson's Help, right? Longsword attack: 12/10, for 5 slashing damage, +2dmg for Dueling Fighting Style, then adding a Smite for 4 damage.))
Fin cursed his own useless attacks and M.O.M.'s training. As vines found their purchase in his protection, he abandoned form and treated these things like the bushes they were. He aimed straight for the center in a cleaving motion, and a small recess of his mind screamed the name Kord as loud as it could. This small voice, however, resonated and echoed through Fin's entire being. In a flash, he could see his blade hewing through branches with a brilliant light, as though his blade were hammered, silver moonlight. The damage drew an involuntary laugh from the young man as he raised his shield for a counter

Despite the blood trickling in his eyes, Finis able to take advantage of Creature D's preoccupation with Parson and with his blade, reduces the creature into a mass of falling branches. Creature D is dead, and now, only Creature E remains.
(OOC Parsonis up--with only Creature E remaining active. Creatures A, B and C are alive but asleep. If you want we can assume that he is always using a helping action unless you tell me that you would prefer to always choose; in another campaign I play a warlock who likes to use her familiar to roam around and check things out in battle, which is why I ask. Either way the updated map is here.)

Effulgyn turns to Fin, and then to the
semi-transparent Fey princess (which may be a figment of the halfling’s imagination), and says, “Help Fin!”
The princess shakes her head again, “tch, tch, tch-ing,” at Fin’s predicament, puffs her cheeks, and blows a summer breeze with dandelion petals floating lazily upon it toward the final creature.
Action: cast Sleep centered 25’ south of Fin, so as to only hit creature E within its 20’ radius. Sleep “damage”: 18
