This time, as you approach closer to the agitated group of bees, you notice more details. It is difficult to count when the bees are moving around so much, but there appear to be twelve of them in an agitated state. Their movements appear somewhat random, with no clear purpose. On the ground, you notice four more bees, silent and unmoving. The noise from the unhappy insects is quite loud; you stop approximately 120 feet away. If you approach any closer, verbal communication will be impossible. As of yet, the bees have made no overtly hostile moves towards you.

Zensiro strains to observe the four fallen bees, attempting to discern any notable characteristics. He will also raise the hood of his cloak, in case any stealthy maneuvers are called for.

you suddenly remember from somewhere in your distant past that you're deathly allergic to beestings.
Putting your heads together, you all manage to discern that of the four grounded bees, three appear dead and one gravely wounded. And furthermore, the creature teetering on the threshold of eternity is none other than Her Majesty, the queen.

Zithers has been zoning out as of late, but when he comes to he shakes his head and says "Ah, my apologies. My mind was a bit preoccupied but if anyone would like to know I've been tasked with finding a match to this stone," he hefts the wish stone out of his backpack "It may have a different color, im not sure but the aura should be pretty similar, and I'd be willing to help anyone else with their quest if they need, just let me know what to do"
Zithers is not a fan of getting stung or loud noises, so hes a bit put off by the bees. "Agh, that constant makes my head pound. We should find a way to help stop the infernal noise or get past these soon, who knows? We might get a chance to test these new items."
“Umm. I forgot I am very sensitive to beestings.. I better keep my distance, but let me know if I can help!” Cerlinde says in a small voice. She’s shaking a bit with fear and cowering in her seat.

Zensiro definitely doesn't like what he sees. "I believe I said something about the bees only getting riled up if the queen was in danger ... Is there anyway we can heal her? I have some goodberries, but I don't think bees can eat them. Would any of you be able to get close enough to administer some of the ointment or cast a spell? Or maybe I'm crazy and this is a terrible idea."

Amelia mutters a few curses in Elvish at Cerlinde's words. "Yeah, keeping your distance is probably the best idea. If you're sensitive to them at your normal size, gods only know what'll happen when you're this tiny."

"I can apply a healing spell from a distance. Do you think it would we wise to aid them, though? A hive of friendly bees would be nice, but I fear they might turn on us."

"The chance of angry bees is well worth it if it gets rid of this horrid sound, I'd even be willing to walk up apply the salve if no one else will, but i have less chance of escape than someone with misty step. WAIT- does anyone happen to have an incense burner? That could possibly produce enough smoke to calm them down, or i could see if a fire spell works..? Other than that I dunno what we'd want to do." Either way, Zithers is staying near the back due to the sound.
"I think that if we can help her, Dyumi, they may return to their hive, or otherwise clear the path that we need to cross anyway. It's likely better if we can do this without attracting their attention, but if that's not possible, it would be nice if there is a way we can demonstrate our good will. To your point, Zithers, I can sneak up close, then fey step away if they become hostile. I know Cerlinde has this ability as well, but with her vulnerability to the stings, I'll gladly volunteer."
Sorry, I missed your high Nature roll before. You realize that Malichi's earlier comment about smoke was correct. Smoke takes away their sense of smell temporarily, which is how they communicate emotions. When this sense is blocked, they become drowsy and calm for about 10-20 minutes.

"I can approach, and make my intentions known to the bees. They are not very intelligent, but I should at least be able to communicate my good intent. I think the bees would be wary of anyone approaching the queen too close, so I will use my magic from a distance. I hope they can put two and two together, and recognize that It was me that healed them. You park the machine just out of sight in the grass, and I can Misty Step inside and we can make our speedy escape if anything goes south."
