Dimble, yelling as loud as he possibly can, charges the snow monster (taking the Dash action) while waving his shortsword in the air. He jumps into the snow monster, attempting to knock Xal out of it, and also possibly retrieve his thrown daggers.

Strength check: 20

Dimble uses the ear as a point of reference, thrusting his  hand into the snowy creature to grab Xal by the shoulder and haul him out. He manages to do so, but his hand cramps from the frigid cold (15 cold to Dimble), but it slowly regains feeling.

Laala looks back and forth between all the bad snowmen that keep getting created and her eyes begin to glow faintly and she begins to recite some words in gnomish and the larger snowman's eye also begin to glow as she lashes out with her mind. 

casting Mind Sliver at the larger snowman. Needs to make a DC 15 INT save or take 8 psychic damage and it has to subtract 1d4 from its next saving throw before the end of my next turn. 

Now that Ursula is within melee range, she takes her yklwa and strikes the large snowman twice with it,

Attack: 25 Damage: 11

Attack: 9 Damage: 8

with her first strike, she uses a Ki point for Stunning Strike making him stunned until the end of Ursula's next turn unless it passes CON save of 13

Then for good measure, she punches it in the jaw

Attack: 13 Damage: 7

Emboldened by his success with the smaller snow creature, Nimble moves to the larger one, waves his rapier again to surround it in energy and stabs into the demented snowman.

Attack: 11 Damage: 5 piercing damage plus 2 cold damage plus 5 thunder damage.

On a hit, speed is reduced by 10 feet, but it is does move more than 5 feet willingly it takes an additional 10 thunder damage.

INT Save: 1

CON Save: 8

The big snoman gets a brain freeze from Laala, then Ursula pounds on it and freezes it in place.

Nimble darts forward and tries to stab the creature as well.

Ursula pounds on it three times total, and Nimble darts forward and jabs it!

Xal gets pulled out of the snowman and drops to the floor. Looking up he sees his rescuer, "Thanks for that", he says to Dimble quickly before leaning on his staff and getting up. He swings the staff around and over his head and brings it down on the large snowman while it seems to be stuck in place.

Attack: 9 Damage: 11 (magical bludgeoning)

He then retreats 15 feet to get a bit of distance from it, not fancying being eaten again!

Elafir strikes two more times at the big snowman with his glaive.

First Attack: 17 Damage: 8 slashing + 2 thunder

Second Attack: 23 Damage: 7 slashing + 6 thunder

Seeing Elafir hit the big snowman twice Laala turns her attention to the smaller snowman and raises her hands and begins to trace an outline in the air, speaking some words in gnomish. As she does this a spectral bells forms over the head of the smaller snowman and rings out echoing thru the area.

casting Toll the Dead WIS save DC 15 or takes 4 necrotic damage (10 if its already taken damage.) 

As Xal whiffs and backs up, the big one looks like it really wants to swipe at him with its twisted branch claws, but it's too thrown off by Ursula's attack.

Elafir strikes twice, the first blow carving off a chunk of snow that forms into a smaller snow creature that promptly attacks him with a snowy charge.

Slam Attack: 13 Damage: 1 cold damage

Laala rings some bells at the newly formed smaller snowman.

WIS Save: 3

The vibrating toll shakes the smaller snowman into a pile of snow.

Ursula watches as the small snowman reduces to a pile of snow from Laala's action, "Nice job!  Keep making quick work of these little squirts!" And she reengages the large snowman with her yklwa,

and swings around and kicks him in the stomach,

Attack: 23 Damage: 8

With her first strike, she uses another Ki point and delivers the Stunning Strike again.

CON Save: 23

The creature weather's Ursula's attacks this time, though she's still chipping away at it.

“Every time we carve off a chunk of this snow monster, it creates another one.  Is there any way to defeat it?”  As the larger snowman is distracted by Elafir’s and Ursula’s attacks, Nimble darts in and stabs again with his rapier.

Attack: 8 Damage: 8 plus 2 cold damage

Sneak Attack damage: 6.
