3 - Smaller Iguana-ish Lizardfolk holding a heavy club and a spiked shield
3 - Hunched Lizardfolk carrying daggers and a torch
2 - Azaka
The group of lizardfolks get to your camp, the torch illuminates a 20 ft radius. Two of them focus their attention on the objects laying around and on the pair of "statues" on holding a crossbow and the other seemingly praying. The rest inspect the area looking for those who should be laying next to the loot found. The one walking with a torch slowly checks the crevices until he spots the face of someone hiding in there. The creature gasps but doesn't drop the torch.
The creatures hasn't been hostile but it is clear that they are looking for whatever they can get from your satchels and belongings, before whistler was found the guys going through your stuff seemed to be far more interested in whatever food you had with you.
Since you were already positioned to receive the group of lizardfolk You'll get a surprise round before the group can react.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Lizardfolk!
Whistler grimaced. He didn't exactly like dealing with them, but often--hopefully in this case--their emotionless demeanor simplified things.
"No hard feelings, at least."
The bounty hunter focused his power and drew his shortsword, then leapt out of his spot and lunged at the one carrying the torch, fully determined to draw enough blood to pose a lethal threat. Spinning to face all of the intruders, he then raised his voice and prayed they understood Common: "HEY! That's OUR stuff! Y'all get on outta here, now, GIT!!"
MOVE: Close in on torch-wielding lizardfolk FREE: Draw shortsword ACTION: Attack torch-wielding lizardfolk, adding Psionic Strike damage on a hit * Shortsword Strike - Attack: 13, Piercing Damage: 7, Force Damage: 8 BONUS: Refocus to recover one Psionic Die, if one gets expended REACTION: The first of us that any of the lizardfolk attack & hit, use Protective Field to reduce the damage by 7

Finished!
Whistler's felt a bit of resistance before his sword pentrated the Lizardfolk skin and then his muscle. Upong retrieving the sword from the lizardfolk's body Whistler noticed a big stream of blood. The damage wasn't lethal but the enemy was now bloodied
Aranea was prepared to lie in wait until the lizards showed any sign of aggression, but Whistler decided to take the initiative and leap out striking one of the lizards. Well, I guess that's it then, she thinks to herself. They'll definitely attack us now.
She lunges out at the nearest lizard with her rapier.

Attack: 11 Damage: 9
2 to attack roll from Gear's bless
Closest enemy was the one attacked by Whistler, which would allow you to add the sneak attack bonus. (however just with the normal damage its enough to deal lethal damage so no need to roll SA damage) The lizardfolk takes both of his hands to his wound dropping the torch as he falls to the sand.
The slender lizardfolk hisses and throws his spear to Whistler 13 dmg 6 without dropping his bag he moves towards Aranea and swings at her with it 24 dmg 6

Gear walks up to the closest enemy (DM can decide) within 30ft and grabs him by the throat, casting shocking grasp. He hopes by making himself a target to help Aranea Whistler and case move about the battlefield without being focused upon.
“You are trespassing on azaka territory. big mistake.” He barks robotically at the enemies face.
The spear flew toward the fighter, then slammed to a stop as it hit an invisible wall of force.
"Well, either they don't know Common, or they just don't care," thought Whistler as the spear fell harmlessly. He'd hoped to hit hard enough that the lizardfolk wouldn't attempt a counter-attack, but it appeared they'd need a bit more convincing.
The fighter looked around for the most dangerous of their opponents, and eyed the burly creature with the handaxes. He dropped his shortsword he drew a dagger with each hand, concentrating to clear his mind. Almost without thought, his arms moved and the weapons flew from his hands toward the creature.
FREE: Drop shortsword and draw daggers ACTION: Attack lizardfolk carrying handaxes * Dagger Throw - Attack: 7, Piercing Damage: 9 BONUS: Off-hand attack, same target * Dagger Throw - Attack: 24, Piercing Damage: 5 REACTION: On the next enemy attack that hits, use Protective Field to reduce the damage by 6
Case keeps his finger on the trigger of his heavy crossbow. He waits for the first sign of aggression before firing a bolt from the bow.
(Ready: aggression from the lizardfolk, fires his crossbow. If needed; Attack: 10 Damage: 6)
OoC I was waiting for a new roll but I'll take this since it's been a while.
(Forgot to take Azaka's turn before ending surprise round so I'm adding it here)
Case releases a bolt from the crossbow as the lizardfolk attempts to hit Whistler, the impact created by the spear was enough to be considered an aggresion towards the group. The bolt flies high and lands several feets away in the sea.
The older lizardfolk of the group turns quickly to the action and it's hard to read how he reacts to his friend's death as he barely shows any emotion, he simply grabs one of his javelin shrugs for a second before releasing it against Aranea: 11 DMG: 6 he doesn't wait to see if his javelin hits the mark when he's already releasing another at the same target: Attack: 19 Damage: 8
Whistler's dagger hits the chest of the enemy (burly Lizardfolk) but he quickly takes it out and save it in a pouch for later...it's also hard to tell if this one was mortified in any way by his companion's death but he was more excited than the old one he throws two handaxes to whistler as he smiles...(or maybe he was just taking aim as his eyes squinted for a second but the mouth kept pretty much the same all the time)
Attack: 16 Damage: 5 Attack: 21 Damage: 8
Azaka runs towards the older lizard folk and attacks twice with her Yklwa, both of her attacks are fast and precise as if she has done this several times. Attack: 16 Damage: 5 Attack: 15 Damage: 8
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((Thank goodness!))
Aranea grunts in pain as one of the javelins strikes her. The first javelin was somewhat deflected by Whistler's protective magic field so it only grazed her, but the second one bit deep. Struggling to shake off the pain, she turns toward the lizard who just tried to murder her. She moves toward him and attempts to skewer the older lizard with her rapier.

The Crocodile roars after seeing both of his companions were slayed then he starts to hunch preparing itself to stand in two legs, they rapidly elongate providing a similar pair than the rest of the humanoids that invaded the camp, his torso shortens and his arms grow larger. He speaks something unintelligibly for everyone except for Gear
Nature fingers, wrap around these invaders! HuHU haha HUHU HAHA
entangle Grasping weeds and vines sprout from the ground in a 20-foot square starting from a point within range. For the duration, these plants turn the ground in the area into difficult terrain.
Considering how close was the camp set to the crevices, this will affect everyone except Azaka who attacked one of the farthest enemies. So please go ahead and roll a strength saving throw.
The smaller Lizardfolk looks to the former crocodile and it nods slowly back, the young one, fearful turns to azaka and attacks her twice with his club:
Attack: 8 Damage: 4 Attack: 23 Damage: 4
right after that he turns his back to azaka and attempt to escape back towards the jungle.

Gear gears up and sends his bless out into the group, giving Aranea and Aranea bless (d4 on attack rolls and saving throws) as well as gear himself.
He tries to otherwise stay as a statue and not get too much attention from the people passing by.
die to voice of authority, Aranea can use her reaction to attack someone, if she is hidden or capable, that can include sneak attack.
