The streets of Bryn Shander take many of you back, its 30 ft high walls resemble a lot big cities established along the sword coast, the minimalism of Dougan's Hole and Goodmead seems know like a thing of that section of the dale almost like worlds apart, the cold and lack of sun light is still an issue but the people here seems to use that as an excuse to wear extravagant gear, colorful and of pretty good taste, many buildings will have both inside and outside several lamps hanging illuminating almost to a point where you it doesn't feel that bad to be there. Many places advertise hot baths and comfy beds and pretty much everything else you could find in any other big city.
Whenever you reach the Northlook ((or ask around if they do offer warm baths, comfy beds)) you'll learn that their accomodations are a step up from Dwalt's cabin but just that. The tabern is filled with people drinking, sharing stories, playing cards and dice and fewer just eating a hot soup and some kind of roasted meat, trout is also a common sight.
((I'm not assuming that you are staying at the Northlook so it's OK to find accomodation elsewhere. If you wish to make a stop somewhere else we can postpone the Northlook entrance until you actually get there))
The first one to enter the Northlook will hear a sudden voice singing in a rather mechanically entonation, not as a robot but as a prerecorded voice with just a tad of emotion:
There's a place I like to go
Farther up the river's flow;
Where it is, I do not know;
Must be under all that snow.
You turn around but can't find anyone near enough to project that sound. You walk a couple of steps and as another party member walks in the song starts again. An annoyed customer throws an apple to the wall and shouts "Shut up! Ol' Bittey!" Hanging in the wall you see a plaque holding a Huge Knuckletrout
Finding a table is quite easy but still, a tablemaid insists in walking you to a table ready to accomodate the group, Ghathi fins enough room for the legs and his hed is still a couple feet free from hiting a hanging lamp
"Welcome to the Northlook my name is Clara, Should I get you something to drink or eat? " says with a cheerful voice
"Hi Clara, we just arrived and have been walking in all the way from Goodmead so something to eat and drink sounds good, something warm preferably. I think I'll have that soup and a glass of wine. We might also want to stay here for the night so I'm interested to know if you have any rooms available and if you could provide me with a hot bath." Sarya says to the tablemaid with a friendly smile.
As they travel towards the inn, Darby will keep a look out for any kind of shops or perhaps a market area of the town. Seeing as this was the largest of the ten settlements this would more then likely be where he would have gone to sell his wares first and foremost.

First place that gets your attention is an establishment named "Blackiron Blades" mostly due to the fact that it is a combination of shop and smithy and it stands just north of the main square, but also because they clearly went all out in advertising and branding, it was hard to walk some steps without noticing the name printed or engraved in plaques all over the city.
Ghathi makes his way to the Northlook with Sarya. "A bit of soup for me would be good," he says to the woman who showed them to the table. "Ale too," he adds, almost as an afterthought.
Tysris follows behind Darby, fingering any axes that he sees along the way, testing their sharpness. He will look through and see if there is anything worthwhile that he could use.

A wizard is never late, nor is he early, he arrives precisely when he means to.

Sarya says to the tablemaid with a friendly smile.
"That's quite the trip I heard, you must be really tired, we have enough rooms to accommodate the whole group and setting up a hot bath can also be arranged just let me know. Accommodations go for 5sp per person while you decide I'll bring the drinks"
Darby will make his way to the place since it seems to be the most advertised. Upon entering he will browse a bit to see if anything catches his eye.
Opening the door will ring a bell and a Shield Dwarf immediately turns his head and stops hammering what seems to be a piece of iron. "Good Day friend! What can we do for you!? we have everything you may need from any sort of blade to rations, cold weather gear, ice picks, and snowshoes." - Says the dwarf as he cleans his hand with an already dirty rag.
Dwalt finds a place at the table and a drink. He sends his time listening and watching the people and movement around him and those at the table but says little.
Sarya nods and smiles as she is told a hot bath could be arranged for her at the Northlook. "See, this place has some amenities at least." She says cheerfully to Ghathi.
Ghathi says, "Well, I suppose we are fortunate and you'll get your hot bath." He looks around at the crowd, trying to see who else is present in the tavern.
((Still waiting for Darby's answer but in the meantime we can continue with the group at the Northlook))
As Ghathi looks around he notices people minding their own business, many look like locals but a couple of tables seem to adventurers as well but smaller groups, nothing that would catch your attention until three stocky figures bundled in cold weather garb stumble toward you. They have snowshoes slung over their backs and ice picks fastened to their belts, and two of them have thick beards. The third holds up a gloved hand and says, through a thick wool scarf in a raspy voice, “Well met! I’m Hruna, and these are my friends, Korux and Storn. We need help, and you look capable.”
Sarya is looking around for Clara to get back with their drinks and maybe also food as the three stocky figures stumbles forward to their table. "Hi Hruna, Korux and Storn, nice to meet you. You've defintely come to the right table, we're quite capable all of us here. What is it you need us to deal with and what will you pay us to get it done?"Sarya says in a friendly tone.
"Browsing for now." Darby will answer as he continues to look around, occasionally stopping to observe things a bit closer as if scrutinizing it for quality.

“We’re the survivors of a group of dwarves tasked with delivering a sled of iron ingots to Bryn Shander. A yeti surprised us and killed a member of our group. The rest of us fled as the yeti tore Oobok limb from limb. Now we need someone to go back and get the sled for us. As payment, we offer each of you a gemstone worth fifty gold pieces. The friendship of the dwarves of Icewind Dale can also be a boon in these harsh times.” - Says Hruna with a raspy voice most likely from years of smoking. After laying out her offer she stares at Sarya and tapes the table with three fingers...her hand only has those three fingers.

"Ok, just let me know if you need anything then" - The dwarf goes resumes his activity
((if you'd like to check the quality of the tools you can make an investigation check))
Darby nods before stopping his browsing. "I am actually in search of perhaps more interesting goods. I am a merchant I search of goods to return south with. I mostly work in gems and jewelry but I doubt that much of that is sold here due to current circumstances."

Grim looks to his companions. "The friendship of the Dwarven clans is indeed worth much." He turns to Hruna, and says, "we must wait for the rest of our companions to join us before committing, but is there aught else you can tell us? Such as how far out the sled was? How heavy it is--can we pull it with a team of dogs or will we need a stronger beast? Anything else that might help?"
