Inside Vishka casts sacred flame for 5

The zombie is consumed by pure white flame but Vishka continues to choke on the ash.

 The cultists see their leader go down and stumble to a halt.

They argue for a few moments then on of them reaches down and grabs a small crate from their leaders smouldering pack. They then begin to run back the way they came.

 The remaining zombie attacks Griell

Attack: 8 Damage: 2

Round 6 : 5 vs 4

 The cultists run past Blink without seeing her.

"Hell take Favric for getting us into this."

 The zombie attacks Griell again.

Attack: 7 Damage: 6

 Blink takes careful aim and fires at the cultist carrying the crate.

Attack: 21 Damage: 11 she fells him.

 Kara attacks the last zombie.

Attack: 24 Damage: 6

Zombie CON 9

It falls to the ground in a cloud of ash and she runs outside to chase off the cultisits. Griell follows.

 Seeing the zombies taken care of Melandra chases the cultists.

"Faithless fools!" she casts scorching ray.

Attack: 23 Damage: 11

Attack: 21 Damage: 5

Attack: 7 Damage: 9

 Reidoth shakes his head sadly as he watches the cultists flee.

He does not pursue.

 Vishka stumbles out of the building still choking.

CON 22 she takes deep breaths of fresh air until she recovers.

ROUND 7 : 20 vs 15

 Attack: 12 Damage: 7

Another cultist falls. Only two remain!

Kara and Griell give chase but remain out of combat range.

 Melandra sends a fire bolt after them.

Attack: 25 Damage: 13

She blows one apart, leaving only one standing.

 Reidoth gives a low whistle at Melandras display of power.

 Seeing that the battle has moved out of her reach Vishka does not chase.

She walks over to the smoking corpse of the cultist leader and searches the body. He is carrying a small vial on a cord around his neck which she pockets.

 The remaining cultist screams out in pure terror.

He dashes out of sight.

 Griell walks over and checks out the fallen crate.

"Huh diamonds." she exclaims.

 The party gather again in the town square.

"We should return to my home and plan for tomorrow. I think the town has been sufficiently quelled for me to leave it for a time. Once we have removed the dragon that is..."

 "I had almost forgotten the dragon."

Vishka shake her head and begins to walk back. The others follow. As they walk Vishka shows Melandra the potion she found on the leader.

"What do you make of this?"

 Melandra examines the vial.

Arcana 22 I am not entirely sure. Lets get back to the druids house and I can work on it. They walk on and once they are safe within Reidoths shelter she ritual casts identify on the potion.

"Ha! very useful and very rare. A potion of flight." she hands it back to Vishka, "A valuable find."

 "Ok everyone rest up. We have tomorrow to plan our attack on the dragon."
