They're fighting. Really? At a time like this? S***.
"Akayan, what are you---" Noticing that the link has been cut, she rolls her eyes and tries her hardest not to groan in frustration, lest she be caught on the roof. She tries contacting Reika, hoping that their connection wasn't severed when Akayan cut his. "Reika, can you hear me? Akayan's off the link and he's fighting Malikily outside. It's not good, they're seriously beating the crap out of each other." Worried, she fidgets with her brooch, contemplating something.
(Do you allow homebrew weapons, Aaron? I have an idea. I could send you the stats privately.)

(The connection between Sheerow and Rieka would also be severed since Akyan was the link between them.)
(OOC: I quite enjoy homebrew weapons, because it brings new ideas to the table. However, could you DM me with the details about it, such as:
If you have anything else to add about the lore of the item, feel free to add.)

(OOC: The second attack would've hit but if you're fine with them both missing that's OK.)
Malikily limps back five feet, "I (gasp) I suggest you surrender now dark elf." Malikily cries out and clutches his abdomen.
Akyan stands his ground, he looks relatively unfazed, "You should be the one surrendering." Two new blades appear in his hands, "I can do this all day." He prepares to throw them once again. "I'll stop when you ask me too."
Malikaly suddenly hears Akyan's voice in his head, "Don't make me kill you."
Intimidation:18
(OOC: Well that was a lucky roll. If that doesn't end this fight, I don't know what will...)
Malikily traces the areas that Akyans blades had hit. "I-I'll stop, for your sake." With that Mlakikily sheaths his shortsword.
The two blades vanish. "You keep lying to yourself." Akyan looks back at the tavern, "Now, If your done here, then get lost. However, I'll give you one last chance to help with this mission." He turns to fix Malikaly with his silver stare. "Don't cross me again."
"Next time I won't be so merciful." After saying this, he severs the link. "So then, what will you do."
Sheerow, anticipating the fight would get worse, had since unpinned her Lily-of-the-Valley brooch and pressed the button that allowed it to expand into a short blowgun. She had gone as far as to load the transformed blowgun with the necessary darts. However, she's surprised when the fighting seems to suddenly stop without a word. Not sure if she's relieved that they stopped fighting or disappointed that she didn't get to use her pride and joy, she sighs. Finally.
She resets her brooch, returning it to its former state as a metal ornamental flower, and flies back down from the roof. Still invisible, she flits over to Akayan and Malikily, wanting to give them a piece of her mind but not wanting to blow her cover. She lies in wait instead, silently hovering just over Akayan's shoulder.

"First of all, I don't need your consent to help with the mission, and second of all, I deserve compensation for my troubles." Malikily responds to Akyan. "So I'll stay just to talk to Firehand and get my payment."
Akyan gives Malikily a flat look. "You think you can just walk right back in there? After what you just did? Fine. Be my guest. Don't expect me to help you this time." He steps backwards and to the side, leaving space for the genasi to walk past him.
(WOW I missed a lot while I was asleep)
Rieka hears Sheerow's thoughts and replies curtly. "I'm on it."
Turning back, she nods to Thalinel. "See if you can find another way in, I have a problem I must contend with."
Running outside, she stops as she sees that the fight is over, and her unnatural, black and grey eyes flick between the two of combatants.
"Akyan, Malikily. You understand that this mission requires teamwork, right? No matter how annoying your team mates are."

Glad to know nobody died, Xo can continue to concentrate on the wall. "Hey - err - Thalanil was it? Are we totally sure that the... cat monster, is beyond this wall?" Xo beathes as he turns his head at the orc, then looks back at Thalanil. "The way that orc said it, the monster is not behind one in particular." He feels stupid for asking, but he wants to know Thalanil's opinion.
Akyan grunts, he does not feel the need to explain himself. "I don't think that I will be able to go back in there." He glares at Malikily, "He shouldn't either."
Rieka sighs, placing her head in her hands. "Ok, fine. Just," she pauses, looking at Malikily warily. "Try not to kill each other out here."

Akyan stares at the Tavern for a moment, "Hmmm, I have an idea. I might be able to create a link with the tressym. I'm not sure if it will work, I've never tried it on animals before, but I have used it to locate hostages." As he says this, he reaches out with his mind, attempting to communicate with the tressym.
(If the tressym is intelligent enough to understand any language and is within a mile of him, Akyan will be able to communicate with it. It doesn't matter if they don't speak the same language.)
Malkikily is going to try to sneak up on Akyan.
Stealth: 8
(OOC: Hopefully for my character Akyan is going to be preoccupied with trying to communicate with the tressym.)
Sensing something might go down again, Sheerow quickly flies over to Malikily (while still invisible) and whispers into his ear, "I wouldn't do that, if I were you."
