Please try to stay in initiative order: Rhi, hobgoblin generals, Skorli, Misha, warlord, barghests, nilbog, Leokoris, Prim, bugbears.
Leokoris has advantage on her next attack thanks to Misha's help.
As a reaction to Rhi's attack, the nilbog does a Reversal of Fortune and reduces the damage to nothing. Since it hit, though, the Hand of Harm takes effect doing enough extra necrotic damage to cause the nilbog to turn to dust.
Prim, we have several groups whose members are within ten feet of each other: (1) the warlord is about halfway done doffing his armor while his bugbear bodyguards battle the barghest Bek, (2) Rhi and Leokoris were battling the goblin clown (nilbog), and I think Misha is near them, (3) one hobgoblin general is being attacked by another barghest, while (4) the other two hobgoblin generals (who were just startled by Misha's illusion) are approaching you and Skorli.
Leokoris, you're up. The goblin clown (nilbog) is gone thanks to the martial arts prowess of Rhi. Three hobgoblin generals, one bugbear, and the warlord remain.
Okay. Before he can get his plate mail armor off, the warlord succumbs to the heated metal, and with the added necrotic damage, he falls dead. You have achieved your primary mission, but you still have some hobgoblin generals with which to deal.
Misha reaches into her component pouch and pulls the small glass vial with a flea in it. she unbottles it and a swarm attacks one of the hobgoblin generals.
One of the generals takes 6 hp damage as he is stung by the swarm.
Meanwhile, Bek the barghest takes care of the other bugbear and begins feeding on the souls of the bugbears and the warlord. The other barghest misses its target, one of the hobgoblin generals.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Continuing to turn the soldier sees the warlord down and a barghest entertaining one of the hobgoblin generals. Stepping carefully over the debris of the field she closes the distance and salutes the enemy general with her axe...
One of the generals falls at Skorli's feet, sound asleep. Two down, two to go. One is still fighting a barghest. The other is fighting Skorli, hitting for 8 hp damage.
Rhi, whenever you're ready, you have two attacks coming.

The dwarf lets out an "oof!" as the hobgoblin's attack knocks the wind out of him. Recovering himself, he drops concentration on the heat metal spell, and instead invokes searing smite as a bonus action. He then deploys Frigga, aiming for the general's knees.
Warhammer Attack: 26 Damage: 15 magical bludgeoning + 6firedamage and ignition of target.

After Leokoris, Prim is next.
Wisdom Saving throw2
...and the way that clown blew apart...that thing got my armour dirty!!!
GGgrrrr!!!
Leokorlis gets up and moves closer to the Warlord, attacking if she is within melee range
Attack: 24 Damage: 10
Since he has not completely rid himself of all of his armor, Leokoris's attack misses.
Prim, you're up. Leokoris is now near the warlord and his bugbear bodyguards.
Are the Hobs coming toward us wounded or otherwise more susceptible to sleep? She can roll "Medicine" skill if you think it's appropriate.
If they look severely wounded she'll cast sleep.
If mildly wounded she'll cast Toll the Dead on one
Okay. Cast Toll the Dead. 1d8+1d12
I rolled it for you, Prim. Rhi, your turn.
Okay, Rhi, whenever you're ready.
In the meantime, two of the hobgoblin generals attack Skorli, and although they get in some good swings, all of them miss.
Skorli, you're up after Rhi, then Misha.
Despite having to dodge the generals, Skorli persists in his attempt to "cut the head off the snake" and continues the attack on the warlord.
Skorli will repeat his actions of the former turn:
(Bonus Action) Maintaining his concentration on the heat metal spell, Skorli keeps the heat on the warlord, for another 7 fire damage.
(Action) He will follow with the Toll the Dead chant, again directed at the warlord (DC 14 WIS save else 7 necrotic damage)

Attack: 26 Damage: 15
The soldier misses the hobgoblin general.
Prim, your turn.
Rhi strides over and swings his spear at the hobgoblin general followed by a blow with his fist. (rolled on sheet)
Prim tries Sleep on the weakest/most damaged hob general fighting Skorli. Rolling on sheet. 29. Great if it gets both but she's hoping for at least 1.
One of the generals falls at Skorli's feet, sound asleep. Two down, two to go. One is still fighting a barghest. The other is fighting Skorli, hitting for 8 hp damage.
Rhi, whenever you're ready, you have two attacks coming.
Otherwise, it's Skorli's turn.
