Zale draws her rapier and dashes towards b1. As much as she want's revenge on the half-dragon, she figures it'll be easier to kill him once he's alone. (Not sure if you count diagonals as 5ft or 10ft. If 5 she can reach him with 10 ft left to spare.)
If she can reach him, she will agilely stab at his neck, moving her blade as if it were a striking snake.
To hit: 21
Damage: 10
Sneak attack: (rakish audacity) 11
Then she will disengage, another 10ft.
This why we learn Pythagoras! To play DnD effectively!
Best you can do is attack B1 from the NW-square. That's 4 squares (20 ft) east and 4 squares (20 ft) south. a^2+b^2=c^2 so (20x20)+(20x20)= 800 If c^2 = 800 c = about 28,28. So that could bring you in reach, but not you don't have any movement left to disengage.
This chamber has been enlarged and reshaped from its original form. The floor and three of the walls are smooth, and stalactites and stalagmites have been polished into gleaming columns. Every surface glistens with moisture, and the air is warm and humid.

A 21 would hit and you do 10 dmg (I'm not going to dignify sneak attack with an answer). There's no more movement to disengage,
Eric approaches b2, his shield, in a somehow oblique trajectory, leaving field for Kriev and Langderosa to fight, then he opens his right hand toward the enemy, reciting a dwarfish prayer. While doing so the Greataxe of the berserk starts to glow red hot, burning his grasp, with whistles and smoke, coming from his hands.
"If a creature is holding or wearing the object and takes the damage from it, the creature must succeed on a Constitution saving throw or drop the object if it can. If it doesn't drop the object, it has disadvantage on attack rolls and ability checks until the start of your next turn"
so Con saving throw with DC 13 needed from b2
CON save B2 = 13 + 3 = 16 (rolled in game log)
It hurts, but he maintains his grip on the Greataxe.
Khessa is impressed by the berserker's tenacity... hit both by Zale's rapier and Nixi's spell and he is still up! She wields her greatsword and approaches, trying to spot an opening in his guard and finish him...
(She moves to the position 3sq south 2sq east from where she was - ending at Zale's side in front of b1 - then she attacks him with her greatsword)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kriv gasps as he is hit by the blade. He grits his teeth and takes the blow. As his anger grows it begins to seep from his body like sweat. Kriv swings his greataxe at Cyanwrath.

That's a decent hit. Cyanwrath is happy to have a worthy opponent!
Calvin begins moving forward, following behind Zale. He begins hissing, raising his tail and arching his back.
If he can, Calvin will bite the berserker.
(Bite: Attack: 5 Damage: 10)
Lizard Calvin can't reach the Berseker, but the attack would have missed anyway. I'll post your new location in the update map (at the start of round 2).
At the start of their turn, the berserkers become Reckless and gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls, but attack rolls against them have advantage.
Berserker 1: Attacks Zale 9 + 5 = 14 to hit (that's a miss)
Berserker 2: Joins B1 and also attacs Zale 16 + 5 = 21 to hit for 4 + 3 = 7 dmg (slashing)
Berserker 3: Runs to Ericand attacks him 6 + 5 = 11 to hit (that's a miss)
Dancing out of the way of b1's attack, Zale will use cunning action to move around b2 into a flanking position (based off Khessa's location) without giving the chance for an opportunity attack. (10ft movement?) With a flourish of her blade, she stabs at b2 with advantage from flanking. (should also give Khessa advantage on her next turn.)

Well...I'm not telling you how to Rouge, buuuuut.... you already have Advantage bc of Reckless. You also already have Sneak bc the target is in melee with your ally. Soooo... wanna do it differently? (Also, flanking doesn't give Advantage in my campaigns (RAW) because I feel it totally nerfs Pack tactics)
(Oh lol that is true. I really need to get my rules strait. She's still going to move so that only b2 could potentially hit her. I will remember that going forward. ;D)

(Taking the time to think about it, I believe that Zale would have been safer staying where she was and simply keeping hitting b1... because if during the 1st round we heavily wounded him, now that we are even more likely to hit him - because he is reckless - we could have finished him. And then only b2 could have attacked the poor she-dragonborn anyway. Moving away, instead, ok, she put herself in a position where only b2 can attack her... but she has also been forced to attack b2 instead of b1 - so maybe we'll need one more round to kill b1. Plus, she might have put herself in a position that prevents Nixi to cast area spells - if she has them ready. Anyway, what's done is done; moreover, considering that a round lasts just a few seconds, it is plausible that Zale acted on instinct. Nixi's turn now, let's see what she can do for us...)
Bear in mind that b2 has disadvantage whenever he takes damage from heat metal spell and don't trow the axe away... that counteract the reckless attack

Nixi, you're up!

Nixi will move eastward until she is directly behind Khessa. (one square above her).
She will then aim her wand at b1 and shout "Mysticum telum!", aiming all three darts from the magic missile at the berserker for 8 force damage.
It's close (with your 25 ft of movement) but you can just make it! The poor Berserker takes those hits and grins at you...
