as soon as you pull the lever the room springs into action. 3 large saw blades appear on each side of the hallway and quickly move towards you, make a dexterity saving throw and then roll for initiative (P.S we will wait for Nestor to join on this one)
(sorry am out so might not be able to play much today but shall roll perception now. Rolled a 16+3 so a 19 for perception. For dexterity saving throw I rolled a 6+6 so a 12. Sorry will roll an initiative now but after that really won't be around much, I rolled a 14 on it).
Okay you notice that the only way to stop the trap is to get to the end of the hallway and pull a small lever over there, and you take 2 hit points of damage from the saw blades.
I'd like to run over to the lever as quick as I can so I can turn off the saw blades, have taken two damage already but am willing to take more if it ensures I can get to the lever quicker to turn it off. Do I need to roll anything?
make a dexterity saving throw, also, no matter what you roll once you pass the saws the walls in the section after the saws will crush in intervals of 5 seconds.
I rolled a 25 for the Dex saving throw, 19+6. God I love being a rogue. Anyway I'd like to pull that lever to stop the saws and walls from closing in and killing us.

nothing is noticed.
i advance to the next room.. Investigation 5 (ya know what maybe i won't advance to the next room, imma just interact with this one)
for the first 20 feet nothing seems to be of interest, but then you notice that the room is actually 180 feet long. everyone make a perception check.

Is it one of those traps that act on iniative 10, or 20, or both?
