Krav groans, feeling weakened by the demon, and turns, desperately slashing at it with his greatsword. Krav feels the greatsword bite into the demons flash but the eyes of the demon did something to Krav and he can feel weakened during the attack. (13 damage)
Still feared by his worse fears, Kaslo runs himself to the corner and cowers.
Let's see if we can wipe that grin off its face, Kvothe thinks to himself as sneaks in behind the Demon and attempts to strike a blow. The demon howls in pain as Kvothe's shortsword slips into his back, thick black blood pouring out of him. (9 damage) Kvothe disengages from the demons grasp and run back to where he started.
Panwan's eyes begin to glow as he walks into the darkness not affected by it. His hands glow like that of molten lava as he releases twin bolts of force at the demon. Both bolts missing the demon and crashing into the wall above it.
Having shook of the magical fear effect Ezio now assumed came from the demon, he dashed back towards the darkness until he found the southern wall and felt his way through. When he emerged from the darkness he picked up Nightfang and assumed a ready stance next to Yellow.
Realizing he has drawn the Demons ire, but has no magical means to damage the demon in melee range, Taggart will attempt to keep his focus but avoid his attacks using the dodge action for the turn.
If the demon moves, she'll move along with it. Right now, she can flank it with Taggart. If it moves to attack someone else, she will move to the opposite square in order to still flank it. The only way I can see that not happening is if it moves to the square between Taggart and Panwan. Or it could run into the darkness. I'm hoping you won't do that to me.
"Die, you foul beast! I will avenge my brothers!" She swings with a mighty blow.
Having shaken the magical fear effect Ezio now assumed came from the demon, he dashed back towards the darkness until he found the southern wall and felt his way through. When he emerged from the darkness he picked up Nightfang and assumed a ready stance next to Yellow.
Realizing he has drawn the Demons ire but has no magical means to damage the demon so close, Taggart will attempt to keep his focus and takes a defensive stance with his bow in front of him, hoping to deflect any incoming attacks.
The demon howls in delight and jabs at Taggart but Taggart was ready for it and knocks the spear away with his bow and smiles, the demon quickly lashes forward once again and gets the spear between the bow and string stabbing Taggart in the chest with the obsidian spear. (10 damage)
Yellow moves behind the demon flanking it before crying out. "Die, you foul beast! I will avenge my brothers!" She swings her sword across the demons back ripping it open from shoulder to waist, Black blood pours out of the wound and the demon howls its death cry before the aroma of brimstone can be smelt all around. The demon sinks into the ground in a puff of black smoke leaving the obsidian spear on the ground where it once stood.
Great job everyone. That was a tough battle and I thought someone was going to die. 390xp for everyone and there is the spear on the ground.
Moments after the demon dies you hear in a deep loud voice that echoes around the room. "Leave my home now or feel the consequences. You have been warned."
Panwan holds up the tube that Jobul had, "I got what we came for. What should we do?"
Panwan notices Taggart on the ground unconscious and his hands begin to glow as he points at Taggart and Taggart's body is filled with a warm glow (Healed 13 hp)
Immediately after Yellow cuts apart the demon and it sinks into the ground, Krav's greatsword slams into the wall where its neck would have been, blade driven in a few inches. The burly dwarf slowly pulls it out and turns towards Yellow, brow furrowed and eyes wild. After a moment of breathing heavily, Krav lowers his sword and grins tiredly at the Tabaxi.
"I think you have avenged your brothers well," he says softly, sheathing his weapon.
PRESENT:
Krav looks around at the group, noting their wounds and tired expressions.
"We should go. The mission is most important," he says, despite feeling, strangely, that he could keep on for many more battles.
Taggart wakes to see the demon dead in front of him. Foul beast got what it deserved, thank you whoever healed me. If we have what we came for we should leave, this place is one of death and should be sealed. Some tombs need to remain unopened. “ he sees the spear on the ground in front of him dropped by the from.. As he stands he will take up the spear. “Maybe we can put this to a better use.”

Panwan looks at Kvothe and shakes his head. "Returning to Camp Vengeance is not an option. We have to finish the mission first. I suggest we go back outside and rest and heal our wounds before we decide our next course of action. I for one," Panwan looks over at Yellow, " do not think we should leave this foul necromancer to live. He is evil and has shown his true colors. Justice must be done. For the Order."
Panwan walks out of the cave not looking back to see if anyone follows him.

As Taggart picks up the spear he smells the strong aroma of brimstone and the spear seems to vibrate in his hands for a second before stopping.
Kaslo suddenly realizes he's been cowering in fear over on the far side of the room, and that he isn't holding his shield. Looking around, he finally finds it and reequips it.
Looking at Anthoy and Jobul's bodies he says to Yellow, "Don't you think we should bring them out and give them a final resting place?"
Kaslo begins to drag Anthoy's body out. "Someone give me hand yea!?" he yells out.
Once back outside the cave “ while I would like to be done with this place, leaving an enemy at our backs is not a smart idea we should return to finish off the enemy inside.”

Yellow retrieves her two javelins, then surveys the litter of dead bodies. As Krav and Kaslo carry Anthoy's body out, Yellow quickly walks to each of the other corpses and says a quick prayer over it. After praying over the last, she once again looks around the chamber. "You shall all be avenged," she growls. Picking up her pace, she exits the cave.
DM, let me know if either or both of the javelins are no longer usable.
