Jan-Karen has begun humming the bawdy tune that they'd thought-sang at Noon. She seems perfectly content to just go along with whatever weirdness rolls their way.

Dave-a nods, then instantly regrets it. "Yes, let's head to the one that makes the most sense, get this craziness over with. We would like to be back to the mayor to assist with Ula and Ethel if possible." She looks at the imposing circle of wagons and with the emptiness that appears to be here, she hopes the man is at least here. "Martin, going to need you to take point on this." and she walks with him to the wagon.
You hear coughing coming from inside the wagon. To Karen-Jan and Dave-A it sounds like someone who's sick. Maybe that's why they didn't take their shift as an acrobat today.
But to Martin-Marrin, who has suffered through too many poor performances in her life, some of her own doing, she knows fake coughing when she hears it.
The door creaks open a little. From the shadows a voice asks.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
"Oh, uh, hey! We are here because... well a guy... well a satyr? But he was a guy satyr, he said you, um, owe him a favor because, I uh, well because he said you made him be a clown? Uh... but he said you could show us the good stuff?"
He will think hard about the satyr, specifically his bottom bits as he says this. He will then nudge mamma Jan,
"Oh, and uh, my mom really needs to, um, use the bathroom. Is okay if she, um, behind the wagons?"
"This is the performers area," the voice says. "Go back to the carousel."
The door then closes and clicks locked. You hear someone moving quickly inside the caravan, and some banging around. Then what sounds like another door opening.
Scowling and grumbling to herself, Avaria runs around to the back of the caravan, making sure it doesn't slip out the back. She readies an unarmed attack and then a BA to grapple (tavern brawler feat) if they come out the back.
Jan finds a wall to lean against that gives her a view of both doors and fumbles inside her illusory coat for a pair of daggers as she tries to stop hiccuping.
Ethel continues to converse quietly with Bigge. She is curious about the ship, and if there are any deficiencies in its construction or upkeep that they should (or even could) address before they put to sea again. She is also concerned about defenses. She remembers the incident with the giant squid, and she wonders how common such attacks are and if there are better ways to avoid or prepare for them, perhaps things that the late captain failed to do, or simply didn't care to do?

Martin looks over at the wagon in question,
"I saw we go straight in and see what's what. You up for that mom? Dave? Right to the heart of..."
Martin squints in thought,
"Wait, ask questions first. Then what is what? Probably subdue then ask questions and then what is what..."
Martin takes a slow breath,
"What did what mean again?"
Martin focuses hard and blinks rapidly,
"Focus! In. Subdue. Questions."

He will then give a knock on what passes for a door.
"Hello?"

While there's banging going on in the caravan, you can all act before the 'voice' moves any further.
Scowling and grumbling to herself, Avaria runs around to the back of the caravan, making sure it doesn't slip out the back. She readies an unarmed attack and then a BA to grapple (tavern brawler feat) if they come out the back.
Martin says quickly and quietly to Dave-a,
"Tackle him if he tries that side. You've got this!"
((Ava gets a d6 of bardic inspiration))
Martin will then ready an action to tackle anyone coming out the front.
Jan finds a wall to lean against that gives her a view of both doors and fumbles inside her illusory coat for a pair of daggers as she tries to stop hiccuping.
((Readied dagger toss.))

Avaria - which action do you ready? Ready allows for a reaction so only one can be set to go
((Ah… sorry! Grappling))
