Seven of the goblins simply stand around staring and mumbling to each other, watching to see what their leader will do.
"Hobgoblin oppressors?" the goblin boss yells back at Prim. "Ha! We are not oppressed. Why should we surrender to you? You'll probably end up killing us anyway."
Right now, everyone is kind of just staring at each other. The last hobgoblin was put to sleep by Prim and is laying face down in the dirt and grass just beyond the campsite. The goblin boss is holding his weapon at the ready waiting to see what you do next, and the other seven goblins who just saw you take out their peers as well as three hobgoblins are waiting on a sign from the boss.
Taxidea starts moving towards the Goblins. "We dispatched your friends pretty quickly," he calls, "so maybe we're spent - you know there was a lot of confusion. It seems to me, you gotta ask yourself a question: 'Do I feel lucky?'....well? Do ya'? Go ahead...Make my day..."
Taxidea readies Scorching Ray (3rd Level) and will cast it if the Goblin Boss seems like he's going to attack.

A rough map of the ruins, numbers of warriors, where they keep the prisoners, frequency & pattern of patrols, magic orbs, that sort of thing. Mind you, I'll verify it with magic before payment. And sorry about your friends, but that's war."
Three goblins fall dead from Taxidea's attack. The other four begin to run away before any of them can give you any decent information. The boss is hurt but still alive.

As soon as the hobgoblin runs, if he's within 90 ft of Prim he takes the 29 sleep points.
If He's over 90 ft she uses fire bolt if possible, otherwise holds the sleep and says "We need to stop the runner before he warns the army".
Seeing them stop Alora will shesth her sword in a sign of good will.
