Despite Graxx's intent of facing Rythnax in the air, it is the strange flying reptile that comes at him first. The creature flies with a speed that matches that of the black dragon, attacking Graxx with it's long beak-like maw as it performs a flyby.
After the attack, the creature flies far away {AS-50,AU-52}, maintaining its 30ft altitude. It is so fast, Graxx does not get a chance at an opportunistic attack.
Graxx deflects the creature with his pike but has not enough time to adjust himself for the next attack. Rythnax lets out a loud roar followed by a pained "NOOOOO" in the Draconic language. He lets more of his acid build up in his throat and releases a shot at Graxx.
DEX saving throw {DC 14} or take 45 acid damage (half on a success):
Graxx does his best to avoid the acidic spew but flying is a new experience for him. He can't avoid all of the acid jetted at him. (Graxx takes 22 acid damage.)
His eyes focusing on the barbarian only for a second, Rythnax redirects his attention to the real problem in his eyes. He stares at the cave entrance and flies directly at it. He lands hust outside the cave and pokes this head inside: "Sneaky little halfling," he screams at Obsben.
-> Rythnax is now on the ground at {AS-37,AT-38}. He is within melee range of Obsben.

(OOC: Well if everyone is gonna gamble, Obby might as well too!)
Obsben whips her hair back and puff out her chest. "What an unkind thing to say! It's not as if -- Wait... Those wing beats... oh no! Is that Lord Claugiylimatatar!"She says, gesturing behind the dragon with eyes wide in shock. And even if her ruse is seen through quick, such was her ancestral nimbleness, that it's an unease job weaving past the dragon's bulk just enough to get around to the one side of it, hovering just a few feet off the ground.
She also appeared to have fished out some kind of makeshift kitty toy during the maneuver, and unhesitatingly brandished the rod of amber with a bit of fur on a string dangling off the one end. "You should've fled like Elison told you."She said as electricity began sparking about the rod as the tail rose and pointed towards the dragon. "Fry, you fools! FRY!"She cackled as a purple bolt of electricity is released into the dragon, a lizardfolk, and whatever poor other swamp creature happened to be within the path.
"If you can hear me, Utar. I hope you're done with bath time, and ready kick butt like always!"She called out encouragingly. As for Sourpuss during all of this, seeing his foe start to lose interest, he actually lands for a moment, only to do an about face and start shaking his butt at the lizardfolk tauntingly, but stay ever poised to leap away from danger.
Movement(Obby): To AT-36 using Halfling Nimbleness to move through Rhy's space, remaining hovering just off the ground.
Action(Obby): Cast (5th level)Lightning Bolt down line AT, catching both Rhy and Lizardfolk Mage(AT-44). Dex Save(DC 16) for half of 47 Lightning Damage.
Bonus Action(Obby): Grant Bardic Inspiration(d8) to Utar.
Movement(Sourpuss): To BD-40, landing on the ground.
Obsben does not lose her sense of humor even when bleeding vigorously and faced by a dragon. With a quip and some quick feet, the halfling slides past Rythnax and lets out a powerful lightning blast. The dragon is savvy enough to react swiftly, reducing the damage dealt by the purple streak. (Rythnax takes 14 lightning damage.)
The spellcaster behind Rythnax also begins to dodge the spell, but her wounds were too deep to begin with. (Unarmed Lizardfolk#2 takes 14 lightning damage and is DEFEATED.)
The recently summoned flying reptile disappears in a puff of foggy magic.
Sourpuss lands and taunts the remaining lizardfolk spellcaster.
Graxx's skin stings from the acid and he feels pain even more without the adrenaline from his rage brewing.
(Movement)Graxx will fly down to where he is as close as he can to be the dragon. ( I believe this would be AX,40 but hard to see map on my screen for some reason).
(Action) Graxx will then Dash to move even closer which would be AU,38. (Please adjust if needed.)
Graxx will then point his hand at the Dragon.
"Hey! Eye's on me!" screams Graxx.
(Bonus Action) Graxx will cast Compelled Duel requiring a Wisdom Save of 14!
You attempt to compel a creature into a duel. One creature that you can see within range must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed save, the creature is drawn to you, compelled by your divine demand. For the duration, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against creatures other than you, and must make a Wisdom saving throw each time it attempts to move to a space that is more than 30 feet away from you; if it succeeds on this saving throw, this spell doesn’t restrict the target’s movement for that turn.
The spell ends if you attack any other creature, if you cast a spell that targets a hostile creature other than the target, if a creature friendly to you damages the target or casts a harmful spell on it, or if you end your turn more than 30 feet away from the target.
Graxx makes an aerial u-turn and lands right behind Rythnax. The barbarian issues a formal challenge and magically earns all of the dragon's attention. Rythnax ignores Obsben and turns to face Graxx: "Very well, worm, you'll die first!"
Despite his claim, Rythnax is the one to bleed first in this duel. Graxx pokes him once with his vicious pike. A second attempt fails to best the dragon's scales. (Rythnax takes 6 magical piercing damage.)
Several yards away, the surviving spellcaster stands up, ignores Sourpuss, and tries to wrap Neya and Utar in reeds and wet roots.
05. Unarmed Lizardfolk (black) - concentrating on Entangle (9);
04. Ellison (pink) - off the map;
MAP:
NOTE: Gray circle represents area with thickest fog (works mostly like Darkness). Yellow circle represents Spirit Guardians. Green square is Entangle. The entire area is lightly obscured by a constant layer of fog, so search actions and associated skill checks are rolled with disadvantage. HPs listed above include Aid and Inspiring Leader bonuses, as per this post.

LAIR ACTION
The cloud of biting insets reconvenes once more. This time, Rythnax commands it to swarm the only enemy he currently cares about.
CON saving throw {DC 15} or take 4 piercing damage (half on a success). The description for the Insect repellent-salve item specifically says it does not provide protection against swarms of insects, so we'll abide by it.
Graxx: 18
-> Graxx's concentration check {DC 10}: 15

Graxx all but ignores the biters. (Graxx takes 2 piercing damage.)
Back on the other end of the battlefield, the three lizardfolk warriors advance toward Neya and Utar. Their movement is severely hindered by the overgrown vegetation and by Utar's own spell. Speaking of the later, and three reptilians humanoids are attacked by Utar's former party.

Having gone through their stock of javelins and having dropped their clubs somewhere before being dragged by the water, most of the armed lizardfolk combatants advance with their spiked shields and fangs ready to strike.
The bravest of the trio, a lizardfolk who looks like it hasn't been targeted by any attacks so far and the only one still holding a club, tries to reach Utar. Surprised by the the sudden difficulty with which he is moving, this warrior has to force his way to his target {BB-49}. Ilim has another surprise for him: a radiant fire mote (Armed Lizardfolk#6 takes 4 radiant damage.)
The second one to venture the space reaches Neya and attacks, but not before being greeted by Burga. (Armed Lizardfolk#1 takes 10 radiant damage.)
-> Spiked Shield vs. Neya: Attack: 24 Damage: 10 (24,10,Nat20)
The last assailant seems to have similar intentions to the second, but Grewalt's crossbow bolt has its own plan. nevertheless, the warrior still manages to dish out a couple of attacks. (Armed Lizardfolk#5 takes 8 radiant damage.)

The flame keeps traveling in the sword's arc. Even if the blade itself does not cut another enemy, the flames make contact with the next one over. This enemy looks ready to drop. (Armed Lizardfolk#1 takes 6 magical fire damage.)
Utar's Spiritual Weapon continues to creep closer but it is still too far from any viable target. While he "waits" for it, Utar forces his way out of the reeds entangling his submerged greaves. (Utar is no longer restrained.)
