He'd like to warn everyone not to get to close to the dwarf.
He finds the object he was looking for, and, if he can act, will throw a small black sphere. The dwarf must make a DC 15 dex save or take 12 force damage and be trapped in a force field that the sphere has become.

(( Alright, I'll need initiative rolls for Aeron and Darbakh. I'll slot you both in at 1 and 2, respectively, for now, and will update your initiative on the second round. ))
The bulk of the party is up in the village, 30 feet in the air.
Evan has moved up and then teleported, and is now right beside the crazed dwarf (and there is a shimmering, transparent sphere of force--10 feet in radius--just behind both of them, slowly rolling away from them toward the edge of the platform they're standing on.)
Darbakh is 30 feet below the party on the ground, near a ladder that can take him up to the others.
The rest of the party is near a ladder leading down, and right next to a 10-foot-wide wooden bridge that leads to the platform that the dwarf is on. About 30 feet away, just after the bridge, is an arm of flames separating the party from the dwarf; using 30 feet of movement will put them on the other side of the flames, but running through will cause 1d6 fire damage. Once through, they will still be 20 feet from the dwarf (and Evan.)
The dwarf is in the middle of a 50-foot-square platform; there is a treehouse to the left of him, but it is engulfed in flames that are rapidly spreading. The rest of the platform has no railing left, and the bridge in front of the party is the only way onto or off of the platform.
As Redoffsees the enemy jumps and dodge, he releases the loaded hand crossbow! Attack: 19 Damage: 8
(( You still have your bonus action, your movement, and a possible action surge if you want to take a second action. Or, let me know that that's it and I'll move the initiative forward. ))
*when I say I teleported to the dwarf, I thought I implied I was attacking later*
(( Sorry, you had said you were going to try to subdue him; but I thought you were going to take a second action on your next turn. Since I forgot that Misty Step is a Bonus Action, how about you take one full action at the start of the Dwarf's turn, right before he acts, then you can do your Round 1 actions when your turn comes up. I'll remind you when the Dwarf's turn starts. ))

(OOC: How many more areas are covered in flames? is it possible to extinguish all and save the village?)
(( Well, the torch wasn't dropped, it was thrown into the nearby treehouse that immediately burst into flames (likely some oil was already spread down.) The entire treehouse--25 squares in area--is burning, along with a few squares on other nearby structures, and the flames are already spreading across those other structures. The tree that the treehouse is attached to is also on fire. Without some powerful magic, saving the entire village is highly unlikely. ))
Redoff's arrow lands true, and immediately catches the dwarf's attention, causing him to turn toward the fighter. Redoff then runs across the bridge and through the flames--he seemed to suffer some burns in the process, but it turned out to just be some singed hair. Finally, he pierces his waterskin to put out the flames separating the rest of the party from the dwarf. (( No one else need take fire damage to cross the bridge to Redoff's position. ))
The fire, meanwhile, continues to rage and spread. It's heat can be felt on the wooden platform (( no damage for now, )) and a few nearby structures are already alight. The doused wood that Redoff sprayed down is already drying out--within another thirty seconds, maybe less, it's likely the flames blocking off the platform will have returned.

Gordon races forward to stand beside Redoff, then picked up a broken piece of railing to hurl at the dwarf. The wooden plank flew with surprising efficiency toward it's target.

Gordon throws the bead at the dwarf, but he dodges out of the way of the sphere of force as it expands.
Evan casts his spell, and is now beside the dwarf.
Darbakh calls to the others as he makes his way to the fire. He sees a nearby ladder that can be used to go up or down.
Whistler, Redoff and Aeron all prepare themselves.
