The two thugs, seeing as they cannot move much pulled out their crossbows and attacked (1-Hadrian, 2-Jetsam, 3-Tommy, 4-Fiske we all have 3/4 cover so add +5 to AC)
Thug1: attacks 3 with his crossbow with a hit of: 3 Damage: 8 Thug2: attacks 1 with his crossbow as well with a hit of: 15 Damage: 10 Captain 1: attacks 3 with his TWO throwing daggers doing : 19 Damage: 5 and 17 Damage: 7
Fiske sends an eldritch blast at the thug that attacked him sending his imp To attack in unison. (It has 40ft of flight. Would that be enough? If not I just have it turn invisible.)

Thug1 decided to fight to the death which he knows have already knocked on his door. He shoots at 2(1 - Hadrian, 2 - Jetsam, 3 - Tommy, 4 - Fiske)

Thug2 saw the determination in his ally's eyes and decided despite his wounds to take shots at his enemies still. He shot at: 1 (1 - Hadrian, 2 - Jetsam, 3 - Tommy, 4 - Fiske)

Bandit Captain 1 chooses to approach Hadrian and Jetsam and walked through the Spike Growth to get to them taking 11 to stand next to Hadrian and Jetsam. He then attacked 1(1 - Hadrian, 2 - Jetsam). He uses his superior reflexes to slice up twice with his scimitar and followed up with a dagger straight to the torso!
(Smoke: nope, no rest for us big boy. Aelas: yep melee range. no need for a con save. you just killed him outright.)
Hadrian steps towards the open door and throws a javelin at them.
