(Quick question. If I’m in my genie vessel and my imp is carrying me whilst invisible. Should I roll for advantage? Or am I rolling a normal roll for when I pop out of the vessel?)
Since both Fiske and Tommy rolled above passive perception i would say you were both able to get to the battlements with no incident. You may start your combat there after a free action.
(I do not know about sneak advantage for genies. I would say probably? Depends on the situation. If you muddled your vessel and it isnt shiny, probably. Otherwise, it might actually attract attention no?)

He then points at the party then at himself, then at the party then at his eyes then at the top of the tower then at birdie then at the tower again then freezes forgetting why he was pointing and just climbs up.
At the top he draws his short swords in trys to quickly kill the bandit.
