Shadow starts down the hallway to the east, moving very stealthy. As he passes the closest opening he looks into the room to the south and sees
Four pillars support the ceiling of this otherwise empty square room. Graffiti covers the walls, and the southern door hangs ajar. Nine sturdy wooden cots covered with folded wool blankets are neatly pushed against the walls.
Continuing moving east as quickly as possible he gets another 10 feet before he suddenly feels a wire snap against his ankles. A loud bell starts tolling in the room to the north 15 feet ahead with the ajar door. And you all hear a scream saying something like "Bree Yark" (Irena understands that to mean "Intruders Attack")

Note: I have the marching order as Shadow, Oreus, Irena, Rellahne, and Vuntuk bringing up the rear. If you want to change that let me know on the OoC tread, and if all parties agree, I'll change it.
Shadow will take use a bag of ball bearings to cover the 10 feet in front of him. Creatures moving through it dc 10 dex save or fall prone. Then back up a square and go into the doorway next to oreus to give him a path forward

Shadow throws his ball bearings into D12 and D13 and the moves to E16
Irena moves to F16 and casts sleep through the door at J17. She doesn't have enough movement to make it back to the hallway.
(A Goblin Skirmisher (G1) moves through the door into D11 Dex save 21, his feet give way as he slips on the ball bearings. Looking around he sees the ball bearings and crawls to D9. He doesn't have enough movement to stand up, so he is prone. He decides not to attack.)
Oops, I thought that the ball bearings were in D11 & D12. They are really in D12 & D13. So G1 moves out the door and down to attack Shadow at D15 but slips in D12 and then crawls to D10 and is prone.
A second Goblin Skirmisher (G2) moves through the door and down towards Shadow. Dex save 3 He also slips on the ball bearings. He crawls to D14 and attempts to attack Shadow with his Morning Star Attack: 11 Damage: 5 while prone. But the morning star isn't very effective while The Goblin is prone
A third Goblin Skirmisher (G3) opens to door in D8 and moves to D5 he throws a javelin at (1 to 3 = Oreus, 4 = Irena) 2 at Oreus Attack: 12 Damage: 6. The javelin misses Oreus
Another Goblin Skirmisher (G4) moves out of the door at D8 and move to D9 and throws a javelin at (1 to 3 = Oreus, 4 = Irena) 4 at Oreus Attack: 16 Damage: 6. The Javelin flies straight and hits Oreus. The javelin misses Oreus.
Another Goblin Skirmisher (G5 pours out the door at D8, stopping and D8 just long enough to throw a javelin a (1 to 3 = Oreus, 4 = Irena)) 1 at Oreus Attack: 10 Damage: 4. Even at such a long range the javelin slams into Oreus. Then the Goblin disappears down the hallway to the South.
Another Goblin (G6) comes out the door at D8 and moves to D7 and throws a javelin at (1 to 3 = Oreus, 4 = Irena) 4 at Oreus Attack: 14 Damage: 3. The javelin misses Oreus.
(Sorry about all the strikeouts everyone. I misunderstood where Shadow was and didn't realize that Irena couldn't make it back until after I already posted most of the above rolls. Rather than deleting the post and starting over I decided to just edit as I could.
Rellahne will learn the lesson from her last encounter with the wererats and grab a piece of cured leather from her component pouch. She holds it close to her chest and speaks the incantation, making the air around her shimmer for a second before an armor of force surrounds her along with activating her ward. (Rellahne isn't moving)
After that, Ollie zooms into the hallway and goes over to G2 to provoke them, giving help to the next attack against them before flying back out of range and inside the room where Shadow and Irena were. (Ollie is going to C15, but then ending his turn on D15.)
(I realized a few hours ago that I had G4 thrown his javelin at Shadow at a normal attack. Oreus is 5 feet further than where I thought Shadow was and so the javelin is at long range so here is a second roll for the disadvantage Attack: 7 Damage: 5. So G4 did not hit Oreus, you can add 6 Hp back to your sheet. )
Shadow will move ahead of the party to the east to try and see what is happening ahead

Oreus can make an opportunity attack with disadvantage because you are not within 5 feet and he is prone.
Rellahne, Ollie and Vuntuk are up
As soon as the goblins appear, Oreus is surely not surprised, but their javelins hit hard nonetheless.
Luckily one of the goblin falls practically at Oreus' feet: the paladin sees that opening and strikes with his weapon, aiming at the little body

That roll should be at disadvantage as you are attacking a prone target at a distance of 10 feet.

Oreus uses his polearm training to attack the goblin as it crawls towards him. However because the goblin is prone he misses his attack.
Rellahne protects herself and sends Ollie the harry G2.
