Rellahne is overjoyed to be able to go back to a comfortable bed to rest after that troublesome fight.
Wand of Cure Wounds Recharge:5
She wakes up and returns with the group back to her serious and composed self. She hears Oreus's and gives him the answers directly. "I don't see why we'd avoid getting permission to investigate. We have definite proof that there's something suspicious there since the guards met a few goblins leaving the bathhouse. As for the enchantment that was put on him, Vuntuk already told us he has a spell for it. It should only last a few minutes, as I remember he said, so it's perfect for a confession and nothing else."
Vuntuk is "brushing" the dents and scratches out of his armor before going to rest.
He'll ask the guards if the goblins were carrying anything of interest for their investigations and when the group brings up the enchant3d Orak, he responds with a nodd and says
"Ah'll do mah best, but as ah said, ah'm not sure it will work. Mayba we should also hav' those lads from the town guard take 'im in any case, to make sure he does not act...aginst his interests."
I agree we should ask the captain for an official warrant so we can search the bath house and find where the goblin came out from. If we can compel or possibly remove the enchantment from the bath owner great but we should be prepared to subdue (not kill) him if he tries to prevent us from investigating. We can have the guards on standby to hold him if we need to.

Upon returning to the bathhouse a little bit after dawn the guards report...

... that while they didn't see anymore warerats, a pack a four goblins emerged from the bathhouse about 3 in the morning. The guards quickly dispatched the goblins, but are glad that you are taking over from here. Now that the guards know where to look, they will be keeping an eye on the bathhouse, but tell you that Skellerang wants you to find the source, and that the bounty is still in effect.
Upon hearing this, you go to find the Captain, who reluctantly agrees and sends two of the town guards with you.
You arrive at the bathhouse and pound on the locked door until Orak appears. You show him the warrant and he brushless refuses to let you in, but when the two guards try to arrest him, he grudgingly allows you all in.
As you move into the bathhouse Orak retreats to stand outside his office door. The two town guards fan out and look threatening, but really leave everything up to you. Shadow moves into the room, followed by the rest of the party, Oreus is bringing up the rear.
"Let's get to it then. No need to waste ahr time. Ah'll try to bring 'm back."
Vuntuk walks closer to Orak and casts calm emotions on him (and everybody else in a 20feet radius around him, dc 15 cha save which the target can choose to fail).
Orak suddenly sags against the wall, clutching his head, after a couple of seconds he blurts out. "Th'se eyes!!! The bugb'r with the piercing eyes, 'e came up from my cellar. Oh miserable me what have I done?"
calm emotions lasts for a minute, so you all have a minute to ask questions or perform tasks. While talking is technical a free action, I'm going to limit questions to 5 per person assuming that you want him to perform actions as well (show you where the cellar is, ect).

"You've been enchanted by someone's spell. Can you tell us how that happened? Who cast that spell? And I'd like to make sure, yesterday, you told me you hadn't heard of the woman who led us this way, do you stand by that?" Rellahne takes a bit of fleece from her component pouch to cast an illusory spell just like last time, so that the voice of the woman she's referring to is heard in the middle of the bathhouse. "I think you'll find that's where the goblins come from."
(And, I think I'll be done with 3. It sounds like a strain the situation of being the DM that has to answer 25 questions.)
Happy that the spell worked as intended , Vuntuk gives Orak a comforting clap an the shoulder.
"It's not ya fault, but even more important ta find those nasty creatures who did this to ya."
Vuntuk will ask if Orak remembers any conversations or other things that would shed some light on what the people who did this to him are trying to accomplish and how.
3) are they involved in the vandalisms around this district?
4) if there are wererats or goblins involved, how?
5) ever heard the name of ... OCC:I CANNOT FIND THE NAME OF THE MOST COMMON GOLBIN NAME WE HAVE FOUND ON THE WALL
Orak's answers the question as much as he is able starting with Oreus' questions
1. At the end of the questions
2. He ordered me to let goblins that entered my shop each night after I close the bathhouse at midnight, into the city. And then let them back in before dawn.
3. I have no idea if the bugbear or the goblins are causing vandalism around the district.
4. I've haven't seen warerats in several years, since I have given up my adventuring days.
5. The goblins are always saying "Drakthar" but I don't speak goblin, and didn't realize that it was a name.
He then goes on the Rellahne's questions.
"You've been enchanted by someone's spell. Can you tell us how that happened? Who cast that spell? And I'd like to make sure, yesterday, you told me you hadn't heard of the woman who led us this way, do you stand by that?" "I think you'll find that's where the goblins come from."
I can only assume that the bugbear, somehow charmed me, I have seen to have been living under a cloud for at least a couple of weeks. No I don't know anything about that woman, I certainly don't recognize her voice.
So saying, he reaches to his belt and pulls out a key. He walks to the Iron door and unlocks it revealing a stone staircase leading into darkness.
Assuming you descend the stairs Shadow, Rellahne, and Vuntuk see..
The stone stairs from Orak’s Bathhouse descend thirty feet, eventually opening into a five-foot-wide corridor that runs east to west. The masonry walls are covered with crude graffiti written in chalk, blood, slime, excrement, and other less recognizable substances. To the east, you hear a strange cacophony of monstrous chatter and barking dogs. There are two openings in the south wall. The doors that once sealed these openings have been removed, but their hinges remain in place.
Irena and Oreus don't have Darkvision vision and nobody has Light anymore, so without a light source they are blind.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
If we really want to figure out what is going on, we should probably start heading toward the noise. Checking each door on the way just so we don't leave surprises behind us. Since it is dark I can scout ahead so we don't give ourselves away with the sunrod too.

Ooc: @Matthew, everyone agreed, let's do this

How do you want to proceed?
"Let's get to it then. No need to waste ahr time. Ah'll try to bring 'm back."
Vuntuk walks closer to Orak and casts calm emotions on him (and everybody else in a 20feet radius around him, dc 15 cha save which the target can choose to fail).
Oreus does not think Vuntuk's action would do any harm, so he let him do.
He find himself cheering up for the dwarf : Yes, gents, that's talking!
Orak suddenly sags against the wall, clutching his head, after a couple of seconds he blurts out. "Th'se eyes!!! The bugb'r with the piercing eyes, 'e came up from my cellar. Oh miserable me what have I done?"
The two guards decide that they are no longer needed, and tell Shadow that they are leaving. Then they depart.
“Sounds like we have a cellar to examine!”

That the 5 questions Oreus would ask:
1) show us the cellar
(I think you're talking about Drakthar. Here's the link to the post.)

Oreus has a sunrod, he is going to lit it up unless there is another magical source, he also have torches to give to Irena in case she hasn't.
Oreus suggests to look in the room in front of them, first
Irena agrees with Oreus. "Thanks for lighting that, I've got torches but they are annoying with the smoke and such."
