Leek runs down the creek, sling in hand, ready to slay the last remaining goblin. Upon seeing it slump to the ground, a crossbow bolt through its throat, he mumbles a curse to himself.
He will gather up the dead goblins in that room, drag them towards the creek and slit their throats.
I will them try to heal myself. Good berries and healing spell. (I don't remember if I healed myself to full health after my fall. If I am, then I will heal whomever needs it.)
OOC: I moved Leek to where he said he wanted to go. He's dragging the dead goblins in this cavern to the water's edge and slitting their throats. Kitryn moves to the South West passage, where the fleeing goblin went. I moved Kytrin and unveiled some of the next cavern. With that perception roll, all you notice is the back wall is stacked with crates, barrels and other provisions.
Katerielle and Rindelk have let me know they are away from their PC for the weekend. Feel free to spend the weekend planning, or Kytrin can continue to scout/explore. Need new stealth and perception if you are going to move further than where I put you.
We'll pick up again Monday if Kytrin, Leek or Erenaeth don't make plays.
ooc: Stealth doesn't work if you're out in the open. However, the map shows steps, or in other words, an elevation change. So I rule you can duck down to maintain cover and your stealth roll applies as you cross.
The noise proves too much as the members of the party are attempting to scream at each other to be heard. They decide to move up into the cleared out cavern, head to head to be able to communicate. Kytrin and Katerielle both agree that chasing the fleeing goblin is a priority lest it brings reinforcements onto the party. The remainder of the group don't have a better suggestion. Kytrin moves up to scout.
ooc: Kytrin, you see even more crates, sacks and supplies stacked in this room. In the center are the smoldering coals of a large fire pit. There are signs of recent use, but you don't see any occupants at this time.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Kytrin, being the only target for the goblin archers, takes two solid hits. The pain is too much, and she falls unconscious.
OOC: Kytrin is not dead. She is unconscious, with zero HP. In order to die, she has to fail 3 death saving throws. Taking further damage counts as a failed death saving throw. Any type of healing can get Kytrin back on her feet, and back into the fight.
Following initiative is Katerielle, Kytrin and Leek. Katerielle informed me to use range if under attack, so I will play her. Kytrin can't do anything until he gets help. It'll be Leek's turn next.
Katerielle moves to X10, sees the goblin standing behind the crates and sacks, bow aiming at Kytrin, and Kytrin on the ground with a couple arrows sticking out of her. She raises her crossbow and shoots at Goblin C, then retreats to W9 for cover.

The remainder of the group sees Katerielle move up to cover Kytrin, and then fire her crossbow. She motions with conviction for the others to move up and act. Katerielle's crossbow bolt punches through a sack and hits the goblin in a leg.
Leek's turn.
Also, Goblin B (the very injured one) is going to make an athletics check: 10
Leek runs up to Kytrin and casts Cure Wounds, completely healing her of all injuries. Leek then goes to offer her goodberries, but realizes he only has one left. Seeing Kytrin back up to full form, he chooses to keep it.
OOC: Leek, you are out of level 1 spell slots (You're out of mana, you can only cast cantrips now). I also moved you next to Kytrin in Roll20.
Kytrin, you get a turn. You can use the elevation change/steps at X10 as partial cover (1/2 cover = +2AC) and try to use it to stealth. If you move there, you can do something called Ready. Basically you give me a trigger, and you can perform one action when that trigger is met. For example, you can say "I will attack with my shortsword if something moves next to me". Just a bit of coaching since you have no ranged attacks and I'm guessing you won't want to go in there right away.

ooc. i guess the perception role was 15+ to see/sense the goblins
i think it's go down as a ranged duel.. with both side taking shot and then retreating to cover. the goblins are not likely to move out of cover, but never the less i will guard the 'door' from one side while the rest of the group does there thing.
ooc. per suggestion. i will ready melee for anything coming out
Kytrin moves up to the stairs, ready to attack the first thing that gets within range. Meanwhile a large furred humanoid moves in sight with a wolf by his side. In the echoing roar of the waterfall cave, it is hard to hear what it is saying and you catch bits and pieces, ".....kill them....Klarg kills intruders...….Ripper attack..." It smacks the wall with its Morningstar for effect.
OOC: Rindelk's turn, then Goblins again. I believe all the players have had a turn, so the initiative order is as follows:
Which way? East or West?
Also, roll perception.

moving fully into the room
OOC: Surprise doesn't apply in this situation. I'm rolling initiative to avoid waiting a couple days to get started...
Rindelk and Erenaeth are not yet aware of the combat. Initiative then goes to Goblin A and C.

well that 'went south' faster than expected.
i would like to use ]relentless endurance to stumble out of the cave and warn the others vs slumping unconscious.
OK, then your turn comes before Leek. Move yourself in Roll20. You have 1 hp.
Kytrin's orc heritage manifests itself as she picks herself up from the ground and moves back towards the chamber with the waterfall.
Leek will head to the orc and place his hands on her.
Cure wounds: 10
Silly orc. Stop attracting arrows and eat these. (I will also slip a handful of berried in her pockets. Not sure how many I have left.)
Leek runs up to Kytrin and casts Cure Wounds, completely healing her of all injuries. Leek then goes to offer her goodberries, but realizes he only has one left. Seeing Kytrin back up to full form, he chooses to keep it.

OOC: Has 4 hours gone by since we started to play?
Since you started to play? You left Neverwinter several days ago.
Since the ambush on the road? More than 4 hours, less than 8 hours.
