On my turn, can I move to see what's inside the room? I'm assuming I can't see because I'm kind of around a corner...)
If so, I will put the most succulent ration I have for an Owlbear in my sling and shoot it at a Goblin's head. Then I will sit back and let the Owlbear do the rest!
Oh wait. Just saw your note for Animal Handling. Soooooooooooo could I incorporate my slinging food at the goblins with an Animal Handling roll? (i.e. it will give me an advantage on Animal Handling because of creativity!) :)
Leek moves over a bit so he can see the open door and the panicked goblins. He then tries to goad the owlbear to attack his evil goblin overlords! (and slings food at the goblins to help seal the deal, without advantage, it seems...)
Katerielle gives her crossbow a good long look as she reloads it. She is pretty sure it is broken. She waits to see if anything new comes out of one of the many doors or any of the goblins make it past the owlbear. She tugs at her pony tail and looks around.
Owlbears are not known for their intelligence, but they are wise enough to know that it gets to clobber one of its captors AND satiate its hunger with some easily snatched up food. It turns to the open door and attacks the nearest goblin with it's beak...
Beak Attack: 11 Damage: 14
... followed up with its claws...
Claw Attack: 17 Damage: 15
The goblin was quick enough to dodge the thrusting beak, but pressed up against the wall it had nowhere to go when the paw came slamming into it, crushing it and smearing blood all over the wall.
The owlbear quickly snatches the thrown rations and gobbles it down.
(Leek, remove another ration from your inventory.)

Action: Perception 12
Katerielle: From your vantage point, all you can see is Leek, Kitryn and the owlbear below. You heard one death cry, several gasps and several more goblinoids freaking out. You hear Elila north and east, but rubble and a curtain, of all things, blocks your sight to her. Twenty feet behind you or so is another opening in the roof/floor.
Kitryn looks at the owlbear blocking the door. "That beast is in the way.. hrm.. guess ill try to go around" and moves to O10 and slowly tries to go crack the door and peer through to see whats in there.
Kitryn: You move northward past the curtain, where you see Elila standing over the corpses of several goblins and hobgoblins. Seeing her in control of the situation, you proceed to the door to your left, thinking of getting around and flanking the goblins facing the owlbear. You carefully crack open the door and look inside.
With the door open a crack, you don't see much, but you can hear movement. There IS something in that room.
Since the initiative 21 goblins are too far away to interact with the players in this round, I'm playing them out of order so we don't have to wait for 1 person to post. All you know of what they do, is there's even more goblinoid gibberish yells and hollering.
Everyone can act in this new round.
The owlbear, seeing a clear path, rushes off into the new room.
Flexing her knees, Elila raises her shield and makes a cutting slash at the hobgob in front of her.

Lol, just make an animal handling check already.
@Wyspera: When you enter the damage for your weapon, you have to type 1d8, not 8. Rolling properly for you this time: 12
Edit: Ok... that's almost funny.
Elila enjoys the lethality of this new sword, as she cuts down yet another hobgoblin in one devastating blow.

GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!!!!!!!!! GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOAL!!!!!!!!!
OOC: Oh crap! I'm so sorry. The other numbers you just enter normally so I did that with the damage block. Will never happen again.

Ohhh it's the side door. I thought it was the south door.

I move to follow Kitryn.
Rindelk uses the rickety ladder the goblins built and climbs down to the main floor, moving to stand behind Kitryn.
All of the goblins in the room facing the Owlbear disengage and run screaming gibberish in Goblin. They are evidently raising an alarm.
New goblins added to initiative:
Updated initiative order:

The owlbear, seeing a clear path, rushes off into the new room.
Kitryn kicks the slightly open door the rest of the way in and runs in at the first goblin she sees taking two attacks at it. "Gahhhh"
Main Hand: 22 for 8
Off hand: 13 for 2 *Im assuming no dex bonus to dmg for off hand because no fighting style.
