Rindelk pushes his flaming sphere thru the eastern most curtain (bonus action), causing it to burn in a flash of flame. As the sphere continues moving north, a goblinoid scream of surprise and terror can be heard. Rindelk holds a firebolt to strike the first enemy he sees.
Goblin (22) enters the room Kitryn is observing and immediately rushes the curtain that is being held aside. It stabs through the curtain (disadvantage) with its scimitar...
Scimitar Attack: 8 Damage: 3
The two goblins north of Leek listen to the order given by goblinB (3) and retreat a bit, sheathe their scimitars and equip their bows.
A Hobgoblin enters the room north of Kitryn and also slashes thru the curtain (disadvantage) with its longsword...
Longsword Attack: 14 Damage: 18
The goblin fails to stab Kitryn, but the Hobgoblin's blind stab through the curtain hits Kitryn square in her chest, dealing a devastating blow.
(Everyone gets to go before the next batch.)
(Kitryn... I looked at your character sheet. You should have both your spell slots available. I don't think Kitryn cast any spells fighting the Ogre earlier in the day and had a long rest before that. You have shield available if you want to avoid that Hobgoblin blow.)
The barely alive goblin that hit me for 8. Did you roll for him possibly being prone? (DC 13 strength roll because of DIREWOLF attack) Does it make a difference if he did go prone? (I guess he could still stand and hit me...)
I will attack the goblin in front of me, then move to H15 (just next to the door opening) so no one can shoot me from far and hopefully get attacks of opportunities if goblins start pouring into the room.

I didn't roll. But without allies to take advantage of the prone condition, it doesn't matter. On his turn, he stands up... I guess that means he loses half his movement if he was inclined to run.
Katerielle moves back to G16 behind the Dire Wolf. She casts Thorn Whip and attack the goblin in H14 25 Damage 1 and pull it 10 feet forward into space H15. Hopefully bouncing it off the door frame on the way. She then cast Healing Word as a second level spell on the Dire Wolf Leek 8.
OK, need to fix some mistakes I made. Apparently when you move through an ally, you have to move all the way through before you can do anything. So my tactic of moving into an occupied square, attacking and moving out of occupied square is illegal per RAW. That means Katerielle is still a Panther, and full HP. Leek gets 5 HP back.
Katerielle, you are still a panther, so if you want to do your thornwhip + Healing word combo, you will have to drop your beast shape. Let me know
Meanwhile, Leek rips the head off the goblin in front of him and steps out of the doorway.
Edit to last move. In panther form Katerielle will move 50 feet (with 40 feet climb speed) to J15. Using her climb she clambers over the ruble in I14, and H13, then continues straight into the goblin at H10. Making a Pounce claw attack 5 Damage 3 requires a Str 13 save or be knocked prone and take a Bite attack 7 Damage 4.
( I assume I still have my one hp Katerielle lost and still has her uncast 2nd level spell slot.)
The above attack (that missed anyway) doesn't happen because climbing is vertical movement not shown on the map, but is still a distance traveled. Moving to I14 is 10 feet, climbing I14 is 20 feet, moving across the rubble to H13 is 10 feet, jumping down as a panther is free of vertical movement cost but getting to H11 is another 10 feet. That's 50 feet total, which requires the Dash action to complete. In the end, you are in the exact same situation as your move described above, so that is done now.
GM: Seeing as the goblins can't keep running in, hitting and running out if there is a guy at the door, I would stay at the door then and not have moved out of it.
A trap was set off that dropped wooden beams and large boulders down. It's rubble and not passable.
Kitryn moves north and peeks behind the curtain (left one)
Dire wolf Leek runs up to the door and mauls a goblin to within an inch of its life.
Kitryn pushes the curtain aside and peeks into the next room.
(Roll a perception check)
?: 12 moves. Goblin 11 comes out of a door to the north and sees Dire Wolf Leek in the doorway and takes a shot with its bow...
Short Bow Attack: 6 Damage: 8
... but misses the door opening.
Goblin 12 does the same thing it did to Katerielle... it steps into the square occupied by it's ally at G14 and attacks Leek...
Scimitar Attack: 22 Damage: 5
... and hits Leek for 5, then returns to where it started.
?: 10 moves.
Goblin 9, barely alive after Leek mauled it, attacks Leek...
Scimitar Attack: 23 Damage: 8
... and hits Leek for 8.
The other Goblin 9 is still cornered and can't do anything. GoblinB 3 returns to H9 and starts issuing orders, then shoots Leek...
Sort Bow Attack: 5 Damage: 8
... but it also completely misses the doorway.
?: 3 moves.
NEW ROUND. Rindelk's turn.
I move the sphere past the curtains.

DIREWOLF BITE OF DEATH: Attack: 25 Damage: 15
I think I ate his head...
I didn't roll. But without allies to take advantage of the prone condition, it doesn't matter. On his turn, he stands up... I guess that means he loses half his movement if he was inclined to run.
Kitryn thows up shield as a reaction move. using up one of her spell slots

Goblin 12 leaves the room it was in and sees Leek. It attacks...
Scimitar Attack: 12 Damage: 4
Hobgoblin 12 moves into the room north of the curtains (north of Kitryn, Elila and Rindelk).
Goblin 11 shoots its bow at Katerielle...
Short Bow Attack: 19 Damage: 3
Hobgoblin 10 also moves into the room north of the curtains (north of Kitryn, Elila and Rindelk).
Goblin 9 leaves the room it was in, sees Katerielle and Leek. It moves behind Katerielle and attacks...
Scimitar Attack: 22 Damage: 3
The seriously injured Goblin 3 shoots its bow at Katerielle...
Short Bow Attack: 12 Damage: 5
?: 3 moves.
Panther Katerielle takes one solid hit and loses 8 hp. Leek takes one solid hit and loses 7 hp.
(Rindelk's turn)

Grr... fixed my posts then. Leek takes 7 damage, Katerielle takes 8.
