As Gor watches the others discovering doors and checking new passages, he begins to smile and roll his shoulders.
"Ah, perhaps there is more blood to be shed and bones to be broken in the depths of this temple. If those slime things are any indication, maybe we will be lucky enough that Lodis can bathe her hands in our ichor tonight!"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
This post assumes that Biezdar didn't open the doors when he found them.
'Orson' raises an eyebrow at the obviously battle hungry fighters choice of words.
"Or maybe we live? Yeah, yeah, let's do that one." Quips the rogue. Orson moves to the right side of the altar. Pulling out a small pry bar from his kit, he starts tapping and probing the door jam. A quick check to disarm any traps.
There are no traps that you see. As you open the door, it is a 5ft wide corridor, heads forward for 10ft before heading off at a 45 degree angle left. The corner has a lot of rubble in but is passable.
Hearing no answer from the dwarves, 'Orson' says, "I'm gonna try down here." He unwraps his sling from his fore arm and loads a stone from his well polished collection. Once prepared, 'Orson' raises his torch high and starts down the tunnel.
As you reach the corner, you see the tunnel extends forward, before another corner heading back towards the main room. Judging the distance, it leads back to the other secret door on the same wall (looping behind the altar). While looking at this, you also get attacked by a psuedopod coming out of the rubble, where you now notice a previously very well hidden Slime.
To hit: 19, Damage, 8 bludgeoning and 3 acidic.
For simplicity we are keeping the same initiative as before.
Biezdar was going to wait, for Orson to come back and return, but hearing his scream he decides to check out what is going on.
If Biezdar has enough movement to get there, upon seeing downed Orson he would try to get him to safety, since he seen that oozes are not fast.
First Biezdar closes in on Orson, defending him with shield (Protection - Imposing Disadvantage on attacks against Orson)
Flail still tucked to the side, Biezdar Grabs Orson and tries to move him away from Ooze. (depending on how much movement left, he might do it on the next turn)
/reminder: creature forcefully moved does not impose opportunity attacks/ - unless DM rules otherwise :)

Jayson moves up to where Biezdar is attempting to extract Orson from harm’s way. Grabbing hold of Orson, Jayson helps remove his colleague from the slime’s reach and casts his second spell.
He looks at Biezdar as they withdraw. “This could have gone a shade better.”
Kosef will move up next to Gor. Unhooking his mace and taking a swing at the slime. Weapons have never been his area of expertise, but he wants to block Orson’s retreat.

Jayson, you see nothing of significance other than the statues. There is no imagery suggesting that the slimes are intended.
Kosef, the door is open, and you see an empty corridor, 15ft long that branches both directions. You can't see around the corners without entering.
Biezdar, you find three more secret doors. One opposite the north wall one, and two, on the same side as the altar, either side of the recess.

Gor was expecting trouble, but maybe not so soon. One minute he's looking around the cavern, and a split second later Orson is on the floor.
Gor's eyebrows arch, and then his maul is in his hand and he throws the torch down close enough to the slime to shine some light on the situation.
"Orson!" He shouts, running to the...rescue? Running to something. "You will not get to Lodis before me!"
The maul rises and falls against the slime as he enters a rage...
