Karra, seeing the hobgoblin engage Aurelia, thinks of this chance to try and slip in a well aimed shot. After that, he will attempt to move away and hide behind some of the larger rocks.
Shortbowvs. Hobgoblin:15 vs. AC. Hit:9 piercing damage.
Hatt frowns at the ruined remains of his torch on the ground - or at least, where he thinks they are, he can't really see much. Then he looks at the two goblins who had tag-teamed its destruction, smiles brightly, reaches into his backpack for another torch and lights it in much the same way as before. When done, he waggles the torch invitingly at the two goblins.

The arrow lands near Aurelia and the hobgoblin as they fight, nearly hitting one of them but bouncing off their armor. You manage to move back but find no way to hide yourself. ( You're about 15 feet from Ashley and Crispy, and about 10 from the nearest goblin. )
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((To help move things along, I'm going to make two different attacks because I don't know if you're using the rules with flanking that give advantage or not))
Gasp will take the opportunity of the chaos broken out to move. He ducks and weaves as necessary to make his way, ending on the opposite side of the Hobgoblin from Aurelia! Gasp will drive his short sword home, going for the gaps in the Hobgoblin's armor!
With Advantage if Flanking is allowed Attack: 11 Damage: 6
Without Advantage if Flanking isn't allowed Attack: 11 Damage: 6
If I can land a hit, I'll pump a Divine Smite into him! Smite:10

Gasps manages to plant his shortsword into a weak spot upon the hobgoblin's back. The hobgoblin shouts in pain but still stands.
Aurelia feels ever so thankful when she sees Gasp get in behind the hobgoblin. Taking advantage of that, she immediately attempts to strike with her greataxe.
With advantage from flanking: Attack: 22 Damage: 11.
If it hits, and the hobgoblin is still standing, I'll also go for some divine smite: 6
