Karra, seeing the goblins attempting to hide into the holes, rushes over to the entrance of one of the holes. "Cannot escape. Give us away, yes. Let other hobgoblins know." Seeing the goblin just beside him, he draws a shortsword to take it down before they can escape and regroup. (Bonus action dash if required)
Shortsword vs. Goblin (5):24 vs. AC. Hit:14 piercing damage.
It reminds him of the various creepy crawlies that run around in underdark tunnels, finding hiding holes and using them for attack and escape. Once he's done fighting the goblin, he uses the rest of his movement to climb out of that hole, ready to chase after the other one in the next hole.

The shortsword pins the goblin's (5) small body to the ground, causing it to panic for a while before dying.
Hatt looks sadly at the goblin newly dead on the ground nearby; and wishes there were another solution to this. But they kept attacking after the Hobgoblin fell; I wanted to believe they were unwilling participants in this. Is Karra right? But I have to try.
Keeping a tight grip on the torch, Hatt drops his shield at his feet and, now with a free hand and able to work magic, calls out to the other prone goblin at nearby: Release your weapon and stay still, and we won’t hurt you. Remember, we didn’t choose this fight. Then, as before, he will readySacred Flame (Dex 12) to cast on Goblin 6 if it attempts to move or take any hostile action. (1 damage if it fails its save.)
(Edit: My contribution to this fight is one cantrip, with a less than 50% chance to succeed, that will do one point of damage. You're welcome, folks!)
Ashley places her hand on Crispy's gash on her side. She Channels divine energy directly into it, closing the would and healing Crispy for 10. (life cleric channel divinity) I've seen worse. you'll be fine.

Crispy felt the would close, her organs repairing. She immediately regained her strength and stood again. “Ahhh..Hells, that’s so much better. Where have you been all my life.” she winks cutely.

Ashley is probably going to cast a heal, or something similar, so my violent instincts take over now that my guts are not spilling out and finish off goblin6.

Oh yeah huh..Thats an amazing suggestion, ill do that from now on. After re-reasing the rule, it says “an attack”. I guess I didnt have to be as specific. I was under impression you had to call out which attack was which, I didnt think I could “pick” which one to apply it to.
IT also states Per Turn not Per Round, so anything you can do to trigger an attack on someone else's or an enemy's turn will also be able to sneak attack

Ashley collapses to the ground landing as gracefully on her backside is she can manage That was scary. I'm Exhausted. I haven't worked that hard since my days at the triage tents.
Hatt grabs his shield from the ground, and sees Ashley slump to the ground. Unsure if she's wounded or just tired, he crosses briskly to her and asks Are you badly hurt? Can I help? He holds the torch up so that he can see her clearly.
( (4) was the one that hit you and no more disadvantage, Hatt got you guys covered )
Goblin (4) screams as its life is ended by your magical blade.
(And pretty much every single goblin is going to attempt to escape.)

Gasp will go after Goblin 9 ((Who's not prone I think)) and try to take it down.
Shortsword: Attack: Attack: 21 Damage: 10
You turn to the goblin that has been trying to stab you for while and bring your axe upon his head, ending him.
You rush over to Ashley and Crispy's position, charging into the last goblin over there, spearing through the small goblin.
(Okay, only (6) left.)

Thats correct. My friend and I in another campaign take advantage of that with his Commanders Strike. Thanks for the tit. I mean tip.
The dagger cut shallowly against the goblin(6) skin as it still struggled to escape.
Goblin (6) tries to escape through one of the holes, hopefully not missing this time.

He manages to crawl into a hole, scurrying down into the tangle of caves they've made.
