Theldrin will retreat to take cover at the northern corner down the hall from the caltrops and oil trap. He gets ready to shoot the Fire Bolt to ignite the oil.
Alright, we're back in initiative order. As we were basically in a position where the enemies were going and then you all, we'll say that the as the last enemy, one of the monks, takes their turn, the door smashes apart. From the other side fly in the green eyes, bald monks and Jocelyn, "Kill them now! Before they make find the priest's quarters!"
You all are up, the monks and Jocelyn running into the room in violence.
Knowing that the monks are looking to take him down first he draws their attention by shouting, "Stop them!" He then steps through the open secret door to Room 15, turning and preparing to ignite the oil with a Fire Bolt if they pursue and enter the trapped area.
Xanrym sees that Avery is still defending the door to the skeleton room as the monks finally break through instead of falling back and drawing the monks into their trap. He worries that the fighter is going to get stranded there, a target for Jocelyn and all of the monks, while the rest of the party isn't in a good position to help him. He shouts, "Avery, there are too many of them! Fall back to me! Liarin, now would be a good time for a bonfire in that door!"
Finally, since Avery hasn't fallen back yet, Xanrym fires his crossbow at the same monk whom Avery hit. Then, while reloading his crossbow, he moves to his west about 20' so that he can see both secret doors.
Movement: 20' west, ending on the north side of the near end of the table. Action: Attack the injured monk, Crossbow, Light (80/320): 14, Damage: 7 Free Action: Talking. Item interaction: reloading crossbow.
If Avery makes it back through the secret door into the goblins' room (room 15) this round, Xanrym would be able to see him and is relieved that he didn't get stuck fighting the cultists at the other door. He says, "Close the door! Close the door!", hoping to force the monks down hallway that leads to the torture chamber (room 14) and into their little fire / caltrop trap.
While Xanrym had worried that his companions would forget to jump over the concealed caltrops in the heat of battle, he hasn't realized that that's what happened to Liarin yet. Of course, he also didn't see Liarin's bonfire. It'll be great if that slows the monks down. Or, if it doesn't, it at least gives the party a chance to burn the monks twice: once as they pass through Liarin's bonfire to enter room 13 and again as they try to follow the party through the west door toward room 14 (assuming that Theldrin or Liarin manage to light the oil).
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
I believe the way Create Bonfire works is that the enemies need to end their turn within it in order to take the damage. So none of the rest of them will be affected. Avery is absolutely able to get the door closed as a free action.
Liarin is forced to stop in the caltrops and takes 1 Piercing damage. Additionally her speed is dropped by 10ft until she regains some health. The two monks run into the room with Jocelyn close behind, "One of you take the shapeshifter while the other get that door and kill the Knight. She casts Bless on the two monks. One making an opposed Athletics check against Avery holding the door, while the other attacks Liarin:
Fist against Liarin Attack: 23 Damage: 5 Bludgeoning.
Kick against Liarin Attack: 12 Damage: 4 Bludgeoning.
You all are up. Xanrym and Avery stand outside the east secret door, holding it against the monk. Liarin has been stopped on the caltrops and is being attacked by the other monk. Theldrin stands just outside the western secret door.
Xanrym and Avery stand outside the east secret door, holding it against the monk.
(OOC: Clarification. Is Xanrym by the table as shown on the map or holding the secret door with Avery? I expected that he'd be by the table, but I wanted to check.)
Alright, this plan seems fairly sound. I'll give you a little more time to work on the last couple point, then battle will resume.
Theldrin will retreat to take cover at the northern corner down the hall from the caltrops and oil trap. He gets ready to shoot the Fire Bolt to ignite the oil.
Liarin replies, "I understand." in Elvish.

Let me know if this map seems right to you.
As the monks run in, Avery attacks: 13; Damage: 6
The sword bites into the monk's arm, You see that he is wounded, but he shows no sign of pain. He just focusses his sickly green eyes on you.
Liarin, Xanrym, and Theldrin are up. Avery fights the monks as they try to come into the room.

Avery falls back behind the group, trying to draw the monks after him
Liarin casts a bonfire just on the doorway in front of Avery. (Monk in door DC 15 6.) She then moves west in front of the secret door.

Monk's Dex Save: 3
Do me a favour and Liarin roll a DC15 DEX Save to avoid the caltrops.
Also, Avery would have been open to an opportunity attack as he ran away, the monk kicks out before falling to the ground dead from Liarin's bonfire:
Kick against Avery Attack: 14 Damage: 4 Bludgening.
Fails on the Dex check and I'm outta here for the night

He's where he is on the map.
Gonna retcon this as they all should actually have made saves as they move through the bonfire or take 6 damage.
