Tenebril and the Devil both just barely miss being slashed by the dragon as they are both surprised by the swiftness of the attack and Tenebril realizes the Dragon wasn't guessing at where he was at. He wonders if it has blindsight(?).
(What does 2LA mean? And yeah they were still within 40ft of each other if that's what you were referring to with the 40ft, I only had them 30ft apart)
Kos swats at the flies as they bite and poison him. It distracts him from what he might cast, if anything.

"A rightful place awaits you in the Realms Above, in the Land of the Great Light. Come in peace, and live beneath the sun again, where trees and flowers grow."
— The message of Eilistraee to all decent drow.
"Run thy sword across my chains, Silver Lady, that I may join your dance.”
(Could I have Tenebril drop a Darkness spell on those affected so that they are now out of LOS of the Dragon? Would that work? I have one charge in my Rod of the Pact Keeper +1 that I could use to restore one slot but not sure if I could get the spell off before he's out of the cavern. If he's far enough away that there's now Darkness between him and the dragon, does that still count?)
You could try it. If he can't see things, he can't target them with spells. But AoE's are still possible and attacks havw DA. I might also adopt the PF2e flat check to decide if a blinded attacker correctly surmised the general.location if a creature.
Calamnus does live in a totally dark cavern...
2LA: 2 legendary actions. In his lair Calamnus has 4 per round, one can be used after another creature's turn. By rule, devil immediately follows Tenebril in initiative, so move and slash after each of their turns, described in one post.

Ah ok, then nah, definitely not wasting a spell on Darkness. And yeah, I've used PF1e rules for blinded attackers but not used any of the 2e rules. Are they still similar or did they make a huge change to those rules?
And thanks for the clarification on the 2LA. Last time I saw something like that post was in a 3/3.5 edition campaign and meant 2 Level Adjustments but I didn't think 5e had that so was confused. I don't think I've actually ran up against anything with Legendary actions yet so that's good to know. So as Adventurers would we know it would be better to try to not fight the dragon in it's own Lair (Or at all I guess lol). I'm assuming one of the keys are going to be in the pile of treasure.
Going back to the light sources vs the darkness in the cave. If we're far enough away that our light sources aren't lighting up the dragon (for those without darkvision) would that count as no longer being able to see them for the "line of sight" part of the Frightened condition?
Kos casts Magic Stone and throws one at the dragon.
Attack: 25 Damage: 9 bludgeoning damage.
Whatever possesses him, albeit temporarily, Kos feels a surge of bravery and shouts, "Eat rocks!"

I'm going to bow out of this game. Nothing against any of you, but this game is just not fitting very well in what I am looking for. Have fun, and I hope you complete it. Thanks for having me, and I look forward to playing with you all elsewhere.
Calamnus lines up a shot to center on the devil and its summoner.
The dragon’s chest expands, ribs creaking like rusted iron gates. A low, guttural rumble builds in his throat, vibrating through the shattered bones and warped relics of Iggwilv’s desecrated sanctum. His eyes lock onto the fairy warlock and his infernal ally—hovering above, defiant, wounded, and still dangerous. “You cling to the air like insects. Let me show you how the mire feeds.” With a violent snap of his wings, Calumnus rears back and exhales.
A torrent of corrosive acid erupts from his maw, not as a stream but as a scouring flood, arcing upward in a powerful stream. The breath weapon cuts through the air like a blade of liquid death, sizzling with unnatural heat and the stench of rotting alchemy. Tenebril, caught mid-hover, is engulfed. His wings shriek as the acid eats through gossamer and magic alike, sending him spiraling downward in a trail of burning green. The devil, snarling and defiant, raises its arms to shield itself—but the acid clings, burrows, and boils. Its infernal flesh bubbles, its form flickering with planar instability.
The acid doesn’t simply burn—it lingers, coating stone and skin, hissing as it devours enchantment and ego alike. Even the air seems wounded, the acrid mist hanging like a curse.
Calumnus lowers his head, smoke curling from his nostrils, and watches the aftermath with cold satisfaction.
“Fly again, if you can.”
Acid Breath. Dexterity Saving Throw: DC 18, each creature in a 60-foot-long, 5-foot-wide Line. Failure: 49 Acid damage. Success: Half damage.
Tenebril and the Devil both take the full force of the breath, not able to dodge in time (Dex saves 16 and 8). Tenebril is barely able to see the Fiend fade away before falling unconscious as he falls to the ground (I'm assuming fall damage here which will put him well under 0.)

<Re fear: spell text says "no longer has line of sight" darkness has no impact. 5e uses line of sight in rederence to line of effect>
<There are no keys. It's the doors you have to find.>
The stone strikes Calumnus, who sneers at the svirfneblin below, and a swarm of flies surrounds the gnome
DC17 dex or da on con saves and 22 poison damage.
Gharzun is up.

(Let me know when Sparhawk is out of los and can make his save. He drinks the potion of heroism last round. Looks like things are not going well.!)

I imagine he could cover the ground in 1 round, so now. Hes just outside tbe cavern in the hallway when he attwmpts the save
